The North Face - Montreal

A young lady named Cindy helped me find cute clothes for my little boy online. She was super helpful and patient. I can be quite indecisive so I really appreciated it! Wonderful experience!

Quality coats. Prices are high but they have lifetime warranty. Staff help a lot and know everything about their products.

Very nice experience, we came in looking for a serious winter jacket. I am a wheelchair user and I was disappointed when I heard that the upper floor was not accesibile for me. However AIDAN came to help us, and the store has an iPad, he showed us what he had available and I opted for a Navy blue McMurdo winter jacket (600 down feather fill, waterproof, up to -30°C) and he brought one down for me to try. It was a very good fit and I bought it on the spot. The price was very good for the quality (500$) the same quality winter jacket at Canada Goose was 1700. Thank you Aidan, awesome service, keep it up!

Stopped in the store to grab a few things during a visit and was assisted by Antoine. Antoine was super helpful, helped show me where the changing rooms were, helped me register for a new North Face customer account for some savings, and even helped search to see if they had my size available in the back stock room so that I could get all the things I was hoping for. Def would recommend the store, and thank you Antoine again for your help!

The have a well balanced store, as it is the last one in Montreal at least it worth it you can find all you want from north face quality!

Excellant service à la clientèle malgré le fait qui'il a fallu que je le commande en ligne et reçu le colis en 48 hrs par purolator. Que de l’excellence.

Beau magasin propre et beaux produits. Les employés ne sourient pas et sont très ordinaires avec les clients, lors d'une visite de 45 min, il y avait 2 autres clients et aucun employé ne m'a adressé la parole, pas même pour un bonjour.

Employees are not around the store maybe scared of the second floor? And in case they are with a client they should not suddenly leave without notice to help other client

It was great to see a North Face. Staff is extremely knowledgable on their products and were really polite and patient in fielding my questions. If you're a fan of North Face I would recommend checking out this location

Lorsque nous y sommes aller le 1er avril 2019, nous avons reçut un excellent service de la part du personnel qui nous à assisté dans nos achats et répondus à toutes nos questions. Il faisait très froid cette journée là avec le vent et nous avons pu nous équiper pour être capable de se promener dans la ville sans geler le reste de la journée. Matériaux de très bonne qualité qui tiens au chaud sans faire transpirer.

Le personnel est très gentille, le gérant a un vrai sens d'attention à la clientèle, il a fait tout pour me faciliter la vie. Ça vaut la peine d'aller à cette boutique!

Un large choix de vêtements de la marque sans pour autant avoir toute la collection. Les vendeurs sont de bon conseil. On y trouve un rayon femme, homme, chaussures, haute montagne et enfant. L'agencement du magasin est agréable et laisse la place à plusieurs dizaines de clients une libre circulation. Le bémol, les prix trop haut mais qui sont tout de même justifiés par la qualité et la garantie à vie des produits.

Offre un service de reçyclage pour les items que l'on n'utilise plus. Lorsqu'on apporte un item peu importe la marque (par exemple souliers de course) pour les recycle on a droit a 10$ de rabais sur un achat. C'est un beau magasin par contre il n'y a pas une tonne de produits.

Salesman was rude and argumentative when discussing a defective item. The store itself is nice and the selection is good, but the way I was treated left a bad taste in my mouth. I have had other, positive experiences with other staff members, however.

Good store with a good collection of outdoor sports wear and winter wear. Products might appear to be on the expensive side but the quality and the lifetime warranty they offer is well worth it!

Gr8 place to get a jacket, but didn't have enough of sizes or colour. Had to go and get one online.
But daam there costs are made for a bloody winters

Le vendeur ne parlais vraiment pas bien le français, j'avais donc énormément de la difficulté a le comprendre. Nous somme au Québec, engager donc des gens qui parle le français correctement.
