Had brunch mon Sunday with the family. Great food and good value. Angelo our waiter was phenomenal. He was quick and professional. We even had a few laughs. Great job:)

Que vous dire.manque de personnel évident, là serveuse n'arrête pas, pas le temps d'être resservie une seule fois en café, pas de beurre de peanut sur notre table.et les ingrédients sont cheap, les fruits pas mûrs, les assiettes sont fades et manquent de générosité. On n'y retournera pas!

J'aime bien le fait que le resto est 24h ouvert et qu'il est à l'intérieur du casino. Bonne cuisine et service rapide.

Took 50 minutes to get my food. All that to see at the end it as been ready for a good 15 mins but the girl was alone and was not able to multitask. Manager was there watching her and seing the line up without even helping! Clients were going outside to complain that it was ridiculous

From the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out, the service was nothing short of excellent. Friendly smiles all around from the staff, good music and fantastic food.

It was clearly a busy night but we received our drinks quickly, our waiter, Amine, was very attentive and our food was fantastic. I ordered a Rib Eye Steak, asked for it to be cooked Medium, and to my pleasant surprise it was cooked to perfection! That alone made my night, everything else was just a bonus.

I never leave reviews for restaurants but this time I felt compelled. We heard many great things about The Rail but words don’t do it justice. I’ll certainly be returning shortly. Cheers!

I had to change my review. After being seated in a 50% capacity dinning area. We waited over 15 min for any waiter or hostess to greet us, take our order, or offer us water. Nothing, despite having 2-3 managers roaming the room. I would give the service 0. We left without anything. Better off going elsewhere. You can really feel the lack of concern amongst the staff.
I won't be back.

This restaurant is connected to the poker palace. It’s open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. It offers stellar breakfasts every day until 11 (weekends until 2) and great dinner options the rest of the day. They also offer take out and delivery at any time as well which lets you feed your hunger no matter the hour. The service is always great and it’s fast and accurate consistently. You can deduce they treat their staff well as most have been there for years. As well as an openly LGBT person I have never run into any issues here, so despite not having a pride flag on the door I would consider it LGBT friendly.

Delicious food, good for whatever you want, from an omelet to pizza, they have everything. Great prices for the food too. Pizza tasted really good! It's a really nice environment too. Right next door, there's a poker place. The service was excellent. The waitresses were really nice. Had a great time!

Always great service. Good food presentation. Delicious food. Plenty of choices. The Jalopeno cream cheese dip was fantastic as an appetizer, but with the flatbread and veggies could be a main dish.

This is a place that I would recommend for brunch with friends, family or even by yourself. Great pricing and very efficient staff. Yes, it's noisey and but not too crowded. You might have to wait to be seated but this restaurant is worth it. The food is good and there is a large variety from breakfast to after dinner Staff are helpfull there is a long bar that you can eat at if you don't like tables

We had an early dinner here before a show. I had not been in the restaurant itself in years (although BF sometimes orders us takeout from here). The place was packed, food was great and service too. I had the oriental salad and he had the pepperoni pizza - we pretty much cleaned our plates. This is a place that I would recommend for brunch with friends, family or even by yourself. L’administration s’est bien occupée de me rappeler pour savoir exactement ce qui s’est passé et ils ont tout fait pour me rendre heureux lors de notre dernière visite cette semaine. Les calmars et les ailes de poulet étaient très bons et le saumon très bien apprêté et présenté. Merci de vous avoir bien repris! Nous sommes heureux d’être de retour:)

So the fries are really good. The fish for fish and chips tasted like a wet sponge although the batter was tasty.
The jack burger was creative but did not deliver. The patty had ok flavor but was overcooked. The crispy onions tasted old, the caramelized onions were good, the bacon alright.

I would go back and definitely try something else.

Was gonna order a pizza but she told me about here specials I got the cod fish it creamy and amazing and there pizza was well compatible to the high standards set in Montreal that is lol I was Impressed

Wide variety of bar fare and bistro foods with a pizza oven. The food is nothing special but is very consistent. The restaurant is open all day and service is quick.

It is very open in the dining area and can get very loud during peak hours. Often a line at the door for breakfast on weekends.

It was not the first time I came to the rail. My first time my experience was amazing. My second time service was very bad as we arrived because we were one extra person then what we had originally said. We were a group of 9 and order mostly all different things; as we finished eating many of us were not able to finish our meals since it was not very good. In one certain case I ordered the rail burger as I did the first time I came, my burger and the meat inside was falling apart as I was eating. The meat seemed very old and had a pasty taste. All 9 of us had felt either nauseous, stomach hurt extremely. The orders from our table were the steak, salads, wraps and different kinds of burgers. Do not recommend in going again.

Good ambiance and food. The deep fried mac and cheese was amazing but make sure you share; it's almost a meal in its self. The chicken wings are a must, they are so good! I was happy to have chosen the red velvet cake for dessert. I don't normally like cream cheese icing but the way they mix it with whipped cream, made it awesome. Our waitress Amanda was very courteous and kind and answered all our questions with a smile. All in all, a place to return to for sure.

Have been to The Rail more then once and the food was good, but this time it was awful and the service was not good. We had said we were 8 people but we were 9 instead but did not realize so after waiting 45 minutes they were making a big fuss about it and being very rude about it. They did not want us to sit in our original spot and ended up making us all squish together. All 9 people had ordered different food and everyone did not feel well. Our stomachs were hurting and we felt very sick. 2 people even ordered salad and they did not feel well afterwards. I had The Rail burger this time which I have had before, but when I got it, it was extremely dry and the burger was crumbling and falling apart it. When we told them they said that’s how it is supposed to be but I have had it before and I can assure you it was not like that. It was not a burger it was falling apart everywhere and didn’t even keep its shape it tasted old and dry and I felt very sick afterwards. Bad experience would not go again nor will I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant! As it is in the reserve, you do not pay taxes! Best thing ever! We got the private room to celebrate a birthday, good service, lots of people but good atmosphere. Recommended.

I called for delivery. An hour later, I called back and was told the order hadn't yet left the restaurant. I said to cancel it. I was told I'd have to wait for approval. After being put on hold, I was told that my order cancellation was approved. Seriously?

Go for the fun of the game or just for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is fantastic. Great service with a dynamic team. Food is always top and price won't break the bank. Go with family for the dining or go for the gambling combo. Can't wait for the expansion to be completed. Will add to an already great experience.
