I have visited several source stores, but by far this is the best in terms of clear information, customer service and hospitality.
I would much rather go to Alexis Nihon to go to this store than to go to the ones closest to me.
In addition to worrying about having Spanish-speaking staff like SANTIAGO, a very loving boy who takes the time and patience to explain everything in detail.
For these reasons and many more, I give this particular store 5 stars!

I stopped by for help with my cellphone that was charging slowly.
The young salesman, Santiago, was super helpful. You could tell he listened by the subtle jokes and funny comments he made. I also received a great offer to try fiber optic WiFi with Virgin - double the speed for the same price I was paying elsewhere.
I will definitely go back to The Source for my electronics needs.

Super old tech, selling cords that haven't been used in 10 years but not any of the common ones.

Worse experience ever, employee don’t have a clue they just answer but most of the time there answer is wrong
I bought AirPods in December asked specifically if the protection plan his trying to sell me would cover if I lost them he replied yes for sure, lost the right one came to the store THE Store Manager said when I told him what happened it coves lost but we used to do it in the store but now u have do it over the phone (he assured me it’s covers)
Guess what it’s not covered and they have no clue what so ever
My advice to you if ur buying anything from the go on Google better for ur questions

This the best La source in Montreal. U can trust Salim manager n Ghaiss. He gives best deals and offers for mobiles n plans. I see Some Negative reviews from others. I feel Sorry for them, but Any La Source, Bestbuy if u need best deals u must do your research wait for the perfect time talk to a friendly sales person who is ready to help, when they're busy and get best service.

The worst store ever. Worst customer service. Especially the manager is so rude to the customer. Would never recommend anyone to buy anything from here as their service is the worst. The manager -Salim threatens to call the security.

Worst ever after sale customer service ever. Once you get anything from them and then it's a goodbye forever. They don't take any responsibility to answer back to the customer. The manager Salim who is very rude and thinks he is only the one in town. Please read all the reviews and make sure you make your mind stron before you buy anything from them!

I bought 4 phones for my family. All were bought from la source. Salim is the manager there, I got the best deal from him. I would suggest everyone to visit at least once, if you are planning to buy any electronic product.

Very bad stuff and lier specifically their boss he is a huge lier they don’t explain the important things and the truth socially if you have planning to buy a phone I don’t recommend them to you they are very rude they only care about money.

I went in to buy an iPad today. 3 staff were standing around chatting at the cash. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if anyone would approach me. When no one did I went to the cash and asked if they were busy. One of them said yes so I left the store and went to buy my Ipad at Best Buy.

Employees are too busy flirting with clients rather than assisting with a 2 minute transaction. Waited 15 minutes for absolutely no reason.

I was told that there will be no payments for the first 4 months as credit so i took the plan and was out of country for 4 months and ended up paying 85$ every month called them no response will never go there again
