My experience at this store was the worst. Poor customer service from Ghassan. He was rude and being annoying to the poor lady working with him. While the young lady was very nice and helpful, Ghassan showed no respect or care for the customer. He didn’t help me with my problem, instead he tried to make it worse and stop the girl from helping me. Very dissatisfied with the customer service from Ghassan. However, the girl was very nice and tried helping me until the end. Props to her
5 star to alvi for assisting us. Good customer service, very polite and answered all our questions. Very good in communicating people. Addressed all my concerns and offered a great phone deal. I switched to virgin because he explained everything. Thanks to his service.

I'd bought a Canon Pixma TS3420 printer from the La Source in the Cote-des-Neiges Plaza Mall that was an absolute dud ; after 4-5 months of incessant problems, I returned to the store in exasperation.
As expected, the salesman informed me that the product warranty out-of-the-box was only 30 days ; however when I mentioned that my infrequent use had meant that it took some time to realize the printer's shortcomings were constant, he directed me to the store's manager Pascal.
Pascal's approach towards me was the epitome of excellent customer service: after asking some questions about what the problems were, he too came to the conclusion that the printer was defective. When I told him I could go and get the printer's box/styrofoam etc, he generously offered to exchange the printer for another model etc.
This kind of service has become increasingly rare, and this store deserves the highest rating I can give it for its sensitive approach to an issue for which no one was to blame. I was expecting the usual corporate regulations dead-end ; instead I was treated with respect, courtesy and sensitivity. I will return to this store whenever I need any electronic products.
I dealt with Anthony and I had a very good experience with him he helped me out to the upmost I would suggest anyone to go to him for a phone and plan if you want a good deal and excellent service
I had a terrible experience at this store regarding Bell services. Please think twice before signing up to a TV and Internet Bell subscription plan with them as they verbally make promises to you in store such as $10 rebate in your monthly plan and even write it on the order confirmation paper they print out but once you receive your bill, this rebate will not appear! Spent hours talking on the phone with Bell reps and unfortunately, they are not even aware of the rebates store employees promise to their customers so Bell reps cannot even help you. All this to say to please be careful with subscriptions the staff in this store offers you as it appears they will say anything to get you to sign up, giving false promotions. I feel very scammed from this whole ordeal. Very disappointing.
I highly recommend dealing with ALVI if you have a problem with Bell, he is very understanding, patient and most importantly he will solve your problem. Thank you again for a good service

The best employee goes by the name of Islam. He gave me a lot of options to choose from to better get the deal that I really want because I was upgrading my phone. And because of him I have my new Samsung S21+5g. For me it's the best deal that I got. Keep it up La Source.
I had purchased a headphone worth $70 from their Atwater store with a $15 insurance. And in a month's time it stopped working. I went to this store to get it replaced. They replaced it after seeing the original receipt. Helpful staff.
Excellent customer service! We were having problems with opening an account with Virgin Mobile but their staff (Koffi) helped us all the way through! He even went to work on his day off and stayed way beyond their closing time just to accommodate us. Other staffs were also very understanding. Really recommend this branch!
Really bad service the employees are really unprofessional. They charged my grandma more that what they were supposed to charge for the product.when i went on internet i saw that the product was overpriced on the bill. The seller was the employee Koffi. When i found out i went to see the manager and he told me that he can't do anything for my grandma.they are scamerssssss.

I got scam by this place. A week after buying a chromebook for my son, i recieve weirds fraudulent calls from this place. They also tried to scam my crédit cart. And the employees insult me infront od the manager. The service is really bad.
I usually never write reviews but I had an awesome experience today! Their sales associate, I believe his name is Taseen, was extremely informative and helped me pick out the best plan and phone suited for my needs. He was patient and answered all my questions clearly. Best customer experience I’ve received in a long time. I will definitely be coming back!
Useless incompetent staff, I passed by for a holiday return, a sealed ring in box and: 1- The employee tried to open the factory sealed item, until I pointed he shouldn’t 2- They told me I cannot return the item since I do not have the original payment, 15 minutes I explained to 4 staff members that per law they are obliged to comply to the return policy and refund to a store credit, they told me not possible, the manager can decide, I pointed them to the return policy that clearly states my words 3- Then they tolde me a return on a store credit needs to be returned to the original store where bought, again pointed to return policy 4- Then they told me they cannot return they need the manager to be on site while he isn’t as he is on a vacation.
What a bunch of lying and/or incompetent staff the Source brand has.never again
It is common knowledge that the source employees are poorly trained but the extreme level of incompetency and indifference from the employees in this store is beyond ridiculous
Went in for a crazy deal on the Xbox One S bundle this morning. Found out about the deal around 9: 40.
At 9: 50 I was in my car driving towards the store, while calling (hands-free) to make sure I reserve the item (the stores open at 10). I never got through to the store. I get there at 10: 10. I see an employee handling a few of these bundles in the back, but apparently everything is sold out.
Sold out to whom? Well, to other employees from other stores, because "they are allowed to do that". Great, I'm glad other employees manage to get through to their buddies in order to reserve this for themselves (wouldn't be surprised if many Kijiji postings come up later today at an inflated price), but I can't get one for my nephew.
Oh, and calling another store, apparently stores can't call into other stores to reserve (according to the Blainville location). So, if that's the case, that means these reservations where not done through proper channels, but by the buddy system.
Even The Source CS couldn't really do anything about it.
Thanks, The Source, you'll have saved me an extra trip when shopping for my holiday gifts cause there's no way I will set foot in another Source location again.
As an aside, a little advice to avoid similar reviews from other people in the future: just don't advertise similar sales in the future if these sales are just for Source employees (and the one random customer lucky enough to find one). Just advertise it internally to your employees through a memo, and only if there are quantities left then advertise it nationally.
The best team Marwan and Zied in Cote des neiges plaza were able to fix the complicated issue so fast. Great service super fast and completely satisfied. Thank you Zied and Marwan.
Closed for 2 weeks from jan 28 2019 and moving to different unit in Plaza CDN. Feb 4 2019 update: They do NOT answer listed phone number. Whoever posted an answer to my G review should UPDATE opening hours ie - CLOSED.
