I have a parking spot at the Tadoussac Appartments since October 2023. The service provided by the rental office is great, very professional and friendly!

I received a lease transfer from a previous tenant of 7 years, so my rent was super affordable, and the apartment was in good condition. Any time there was a maintenance need, we were helped super quickly. Fantastic location, responsive staff, and we made good use of the pool and gym!

My husband and I will be leaving Capreit The Tadoussac since we're moving to another city. We have absolutely loved our more than one year renting through them.

I have experienced one of the best residential support services with Capreit Property Management. The staff are friendly and helpful (Cinthia Moya and Madame Cioclu). Anytime I submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was for changing light bulbs or verify appliances, or any type of maintenance, they ensured that we have an optimal experience and living environment. I strongly recommend their properties, especially The Tadoussac.

Inondation de la Piscine au 21e Etage il y a 1mois et demi, je n’ai plus de plafond dns ma salle de bain, je suis tjrs sans plafond de salle de bain ça fait presque bientôt 2mois. Ont m’a dit que les rénovations débuterais fin Octobre, C’est début Novembre maintenant et elles n’ont tjrs pas commencé, Capreit ne m’a pas dédommagé pour 1$ Et il ne vont pas réduire le prix de mon logement pour m’accommoder m’aider non plus pour ça, Plus je suis au prise avec une Infestation de fourmis pharaon depuis 1mois maintenant, (je ramasse genre une 10aines de fourmis par jours No joke) fourmis qui sont arrivées just après l’inondation dégât d’eau de la piscine, Je suis pas le seul aprox 10 appartements dns les étages supérieures sont Infestés de ces fournis qui sont arrivées dû lié à l’inondation de la piscine. (Le management team m’a donner comme défaite que cette été y’en avais partout à Montreal que c’etait « normal ») Ont m’a dit au bureau de gestion qu’un exterminateur allais passer la semaine prochaine (la semaine passée) No show no call toujours rien. Très décevant! Ça me fait vivre un « stress » du négatif dns mon Quotidien dont je n’ai pas besoin sérieusement. Ça fait 15ans que j’habite Ici dns ce même appartement et c’est comme cela qu’ont me traite de la part du management Capreit. Très ordinaire!

My friend live there and I'm always unhappily surprise by the smell in the lobby and corridor. This place is not well clean.

The staff does not wear masks during COVID but puts up signs for the residents and guests to.

The manager Fabrice treats residents like stray animals instead of CUSTOMERS who contribute to this overpaid salary! What a disgusting way to behave.
