J'ai eu une expérience décevante. Le résultat n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Mon second rendez-vous a été annulé et il n'est pas possible de me servir en français.

Service is amazing as usual. Tiana is very professional and always provides the best service possible.

Serena did such an amazing job on my pedicure. Serena was great company and very professional and attentive. I was so relaxed and feel so rejuvenated after, definitely will go back to her for my next pedi.

Le travail etait assez bien pas vraimenet une pedicure mais plutot une manucure au pieds et la manucure assez bien rien d'exraordinaire
a part cela ambiance tres froide personnel qui te donne l'impression que tu les fatigues et tout ce que tu demandes c'est non so pas tres invitant pour y retourner
pourtant je suis alle avec l'intention de devenir une cliente reguliere
elles avaient vraiment l'air de ne pas vouloir de mon argent et de ma clientele

Bonjour, javais rdv hier pour une épilation sourcils. Javais demandé une épilation à la pince mais l’esthéticienne ma fait une épilation à la cire sans me demander ce que je préfère. L’esthéticienne m’avait lair pressée et a fait cela de façon brusque. Ce matin je me réveille avec le dessus de l’œil complètement irrité et enflé comme si on m’avait arraché de la peau.

Tiana is the best aesthetician I’ve ever had. Her work is consistently excellent and she is so friendly! Could not recommend her more.

Bonnie gave me the most perfect nails I have ever had, somehow even better than the image I had going in

I did my first laser for my upper lip the tech explain me everything and after that my pedicure was A1 for all the services

I came in for a manicure with my daughter on Wednesday. She got regular and I got shellac. 4 days later two of my nails are completely chipped and though they mentioned they do free touch ups, I’ve never had my nails ruin so quickly elsewhere. My daughter was drying her nails and the technician told her that she was good to leave, only to then have two of her nails ruin after leaving the salon. The quality of work is unfortunately not worth the price they charge so I will not be returning.

This place has the cleanest nail care process I have ever seen. They are professional and take their time. I also go for lash services and the results are always excellent.

Une place vraiment à l'argent: on annule et on te charge le prix complet si tu es 5 minutes en retard à ton rendez-vous! Des arnaqueurs.

En plus, la loi 101 n'y est pas respectée, j'y ai été servie entièrement en anglais, et l'esthéticienne m'a même répondu qu'elle ne parlait pas français.

Leur réponse ne répond pas du tout à ma plainte, aucune explication sur cette politique dégueulasse pour les retards, vous ne devriez jamais charger les gens parce que vous refusez de les prendre après un court retard.

I get a mani here every two weeks, and always get the best service and the cutest nails. Katie did this design on me yesterday and I keep getting compliments. My favourite place! All the staff is super friendly and it shows that they are a good team:)

Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Muriel, Katie and Oriana who were all so lovely! Very happy with the pedicure and my daughter is over the moon with her manicure.

Je suis entrée pour demander une information et puis l'odeur qui régnait dans le salon semblait a un restant de friture ce n'était vraiment pas agréable. Aucune envie d'y bouquer un soin

I’ve been going here for manicures since the beginning of this year and I had my first ever Brazilian wax today. I would recommend it to anyone willing to listen. I was nervous but it went so well that I booked my next appointment.

As always, I am very satisfied with their service. My manicure is always perfect, the staff is kind and very professional, the place is vey clean and modern. I love it!

Went here for a birthday mani pedi.while the pedicure was great and esthetician was very sweet, the manicure was not very well done (uneven on some nails and didn’t fully dry even after 15mins) and left my cuticles bloody.the nail polish looked kind of goopy/old so maybe part of it was because of that? She had to rush off to another client right after so i couldn’t really raise this with her and only noticed after she left.the receptionist was very nice and apologetic and offered me a discount which was good customer service just unfortunate that my mani turned out like that: (

Très déçu, hors de prix et très très basse qualité de manucure. Nous ne retournerons pas malheureusement. Accueil froide des employés et incapacité a faire une manucure avec motif.

Je suis allée au ten spot avec ma fille pour son anniversaire et c'était une réussite! Manicure et pédicure elle en parle encore!

Le staff était à ses petits soins et on bien pris leur temps tout en lui offrant un service professionnel comme pour une adulte! C'était trop beau à voir

Ma manure main est restée vraiment longtemps même sans être du gel, et à même survécu à un séjour à l'hôtel avec piscine et à une bataille de boules de neige sans gant! J'y retourne les yeux fermés!

I went for my first time to this spot! Everybody is so kind, professional and skilled! Love it and their subscription can be a good fit if you go often ;)

Je dois dire que pour la première fois que je cherchais à me gâter un peu et je me suis dit je vais essayer une nouvelle place. Et bien voilà! J’arrive à mon rendez-vous 5 minute à l’avance et j’ai due attendre 20 plus tard pour me faire serviré, ce qui fait que j’ai due payer plus de stationnement. Du à leur retard!
il n’y avais qu’une seule cliente 3 employer et une sur son ordi surment la gérante pas profesional du tout. Celle qui devais faire ma pédicure c’est excuser du retard et à rectifié quelle était nouvelle qu’elle s’excusait. Mais quand même mon rendez vous était à 4: 05 pm et je suis sortie de là à 17: 45, n’importe quoi!

Je ne reviendrais clairement plus jamais et pour le prix exubérant de 64$. Non merci! Aucune différence avec le pedicure a 30$ vraiment!

Rien d’exceptionnel sur place concernant l’accueil. Plutôt déçue de la manucure que j’ai faite la semaine dernière pour un événement important la semaine prochaine.

Le vernis à été appliqué en couche trop épaisse aux extrémités de plusieurs ongles.

Ensuite 5 jours plus tard deux ongles se sont décollés. Ils m’ont (conformément) à leur politique refait ses deux ongles gratuitement (et mieux, pas en couche épaisse)

Mais à peine sorti ce soir, un autre est décollé encore. Je suis dégoûtée et j’habite pas à côté. En dernier recours j’ai essayé d’acheter un top coat pour recouvrir et évidemment c’est moche.

C’est la première fois que j’ai ce type de problème aussi vite après la pose: (

I went in for my first ever Brazilian wax at 38 and overweight and Sandrine was an absolute godsend. I was really self conscious, but she took care f that right away. Not only was she extremely professional and walked me though the whole process, she made me feel right at ease immediately and because of that I will be going back regularly. Merci beaucoup Sandrine! Tu es merveilleuse!

J'ai fait beaucoup de lieux pour trouver une bonne esthéticienne. J'ai enfin trouvé!
Katia est super professionnelle, vous met à l'aise et surtout ne vous fait pas mal! Un critère très important pour moi. Oui prendre soin de soi mais sans souffrance merci:)

The Tenspot mile end is hands down my favourite place for esthetics, manis& pedis! They are professional, so talented, nice and beyond clean! I wanted to mention the receptionist Sarah who will be moving abroad soon. She has done such an amazing job over the years I have been going to always make me feel welcome and comfortable. She is the sweetest, nicest most attentive person and makes sure everything runs smoothly. I am sure the will find another great receptionist but Sarah we will miss you and wish you much happiness in your new adventure!

11/10! My go to salon for manicure, pedicure, waxing, facial & laser. After having tried many places in Montreal, I can definitely say the ten spot is one of the best. Not only the staff is extremely professional & helpful but also very kind. Ask for Tiana, she is the absolute best! My manicure always comes out spotless.

I have been looking for a manucure pedicure place ever since I moved to Montreal. This has to now been my best experience in a year.

Just got a regular manicure. Wasnt a huge selection of colours, no neons in any colour other than pink, the woman who did my nails was very lovely but didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t polish the entire nail every coat and left some nail polish on my skin. At the time she did ask if everything looked okay and I said yes, it wasn’t until really inspecting after I left that I noticed. Overall, it was not at all a bad manicure or a bad experience. Just for $40 it wasn’t perfect and I doubt I’ll be back.

Had a great experience getting my nails done by Tiana! She was so kind and professional and helped me choose a great color. Will be back for sure!

Cela fait désormais quelques temps que je vais au TEN SPOT Mile-End et j'en suis très satisfaite! J'ai pu tester différents services: manucures, pédicures et l'épilation laser. Moi qui avait peur de l'épilation laser, Annie a très bien su me mettre en confiance et m'expliquer en quoi cela consistait. Je recommande à 100%!

Cela fait quelques fois que je fais faire une manucure au Ten Spot Mile-End. J'apprécie la propreté et le respect des normes sanitaires. Le service est toujours impeccable. Merci!

Every time i go the service is great BUT do not attempt to pay cash, they never have any flow … Extremely annoying we should be able to use a payment method of our choice.

I always love my visits at the Ten Spot in Mile End! Everyone is so nice, my nails always look amazing (thanks Tiana!) and it’s clean and comfortable. I can’t go anywhere else to do my nails anymore. I’m hooked!

First time there and I really like it! On time, good atmosphere and the girls were nice and smiley! I made pedicure for 45 mins and the results is very satisfactory, We should have waited more until the nail colour dried but thats okay I had a nice service after all and definitely going back again

Et je suis plus que satisfaite, avec un Excellent service une propreté 10/10 et un agréable accueil et professionnalisme de Katia. Je suis vraiment contente. Elle a su être à l'écoute et s'assurer que mon processus se déroulait parfaitement.j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

My girlfriends and I went to Ten Spot in Mile End for a bachelorette and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to create a fun experience for everyone involved. Not to mention the manicures were on point. Thank you so much for making it an afternoon to remember!
