I really like the Ten Spot because I know I’m going to get good service. The estheticians are super friendly which is important for me and I feel really at ease. The waxing experience is always great and I like the selection of nail polish for shellac.

Very nice place! I had a manicure and the esthetician was very nice and careful! The results were great!

One of the worst manicures I’ve had. I’ve had good experiences in the past at the Westmount location as well as with Alexa at the Griffintown one, but to put it plainly, this manicure is of really, really poor quality. Both the shaping and the execution/application are horrible. I’d recommend finding another salon or at least booking with someone who comes highly recommended.

The receptionist was nice though, and was super apologetic. She offered me a $10 off coupon for my next visit but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Very clean and well lit salon. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and the services are done impeccably. I will be coming back:)

Such a pleasant experience. The salon is opened on Sundays and I did brazily waxing with Tyiese at ten spot Griffintown. She’s professional and the service was excellent.
Definitely try it again.

I came in for a shellac pedi and removal appointment today (Sunday) and arrived 5 minutes early. Staff were kind and polite but clearly not trained well. I have regular pedicures every month and have been to many salons across the city—this was one of my worst experiences in terms of quality of service. My toes are burning in my socks as I write this. My removal was very painful, the technician was rough with the file and kept hitting the edges of my toes. She was apologetic, but it continued to hurt. My toes were burning once the acetone-soaked cotton was applied. The heating pad she placed on my toes once the foil was put on was far too hot and was burning my skin. I told her and she adjusted it but this did very little to soothe the pain, and it only got worse. She walked away for a while to let the acetone soak in and left the heating pad on my toes. I removed it after a few minutes—it was far too painful. 45 minutes later, my shellac was finally removed. There were 15 minutes left before closing time. They offered to do what they could with the 15 minutes they had but I politely declined, based on the amount of pain I’d experienced, I did not want anyone there touching my feet with anything remotely sharp. The technician sincerely apologized but then walked away and left me with my feet in the water, I had to grab a towel and awkwardly wipe the soap and water off myself. So… 45 minutes after I arrived, I left with a simple shellac removal and no pedicure. On top of this, I still had to Pay $18 and the price of my Uber to and from my house. I’m so disappointed. The girls were sweet, I must emphasize this, but this doesn’t change the fact that your technician inflicted a lot of pain and that I did not receive the service I booked for. Based on the good reviews and the level of service I experienced at the Westmount location with waxing, I expected better.

Update: I got home and checked my toes. Your technician RUINED my toes. They are damaged beyond repair and I am STILL in a lot of pain. She filed LAYERS of my nails off and they are still painful, hours later. I am furious and incredibly upset.

Update #2: I was unable to sleep properly due to the pain of my toes against my blanket last night. The slightest brush of fabric stings and I feel a burning sensation even when my feet aren’t touching anything. I am severely injured after the service rendered at your salon.

I went in for a facial and Tyiese left my skin feeling amazing! Everything is super clean and all the staff are really friendly too! Can’t wait to go back!

Went for a standard facial and was very underwhelmed.

I had no idea what the person was doing or using. She didn’t ask for my feedback either throughout the session. I don’t even know her name. The massage was nice but very short.

The place was loud and could have been more hygienic (ex cotton pads, etc were sitting in a dusty open jar). The table was comfortable enough but the blanket didn’t even cover my feet. Towels looked old.

They used dermalogica products which are nice. No special tools to enhance the experience.just basic wet cotton pads on my eyes that kept falling off and hot towels.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. It’s totally overpriced for the experience. I paid $140~ with tax and a $5 tip.

Very friendly little salon where my girlfriends were able to have side by side pedicures. We really enjoyed ourselves and Jade even offered us a special beverage to celebrate our girls weekend. Thank you.a Montreal gem

I regret going. Got a thongkini wax and still irritated a day later, got a bruise, the top is not symmetrical, had lots of strays to shave. It's a tricky job but I was counting on better results from a professional. The service itself was smooth and friendly though.

Mes ongles sont corrects, sans plus. J'ai un orteil qui aurait pu être mieux taillé.
Je voyais Nikki à la succursale de Griffintown et elle était fabuleuse. Pas de doutes qu'on lui a offert un poste ailleurs!
Je ne retournerai plus au Ten Spot. Je vais trouver un autre endroit pour donner mon argent!

Best spot for Laser! They're so professional, kind and efficient. I barely feel anything because of the cooling method from the device. Highly recommend!

I got a gel manicure at the ten spot last week. After two days I had a chip already and after four days the polish was peeling off the sides of half of my nails. I don't understand what happened since I got many gel manicures from other salons and all of them were still intact after two weeks.
However, the staff was really nice. I would still consider going back for a different service in the future just not for nails.

I had my very first manicure and pedicure and I didn't know what to expect at first. It turned out to be incredibly good and relaxing. Ash and Ty were extremely friendly and exceptionally professional. I'm definitely going back soon! Thank you so much ️

L’esthéticienne était très sympa et l’endroit est propre. L’épilation était bien faite dans l’ensemble mais:
- sur la fin l’esthéticienne me demande de vérifier où il reste des poils.pas à moi de le faire mais bon ok
- quand tt est fini j’avais plein de bout de cire sur les jambes, que j’ai du enlever plus tard chez moi

Du coup je mets 3 étoiles car pour le prix je trouve que ça peut être mieux fait ailleurs.

As a first time customer, I've really enjoyed my experience with this salon. I had a laser and it was very fast and painless. Also, All the other staff I spoke with were so friendly and professional. Lastly, the spa is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!

It was my second time there and the staff is very friendly and professional. Most importantly its very clean. They do not reuse the nail files or skin exfoliation tools. They change it for each customer which most places do not do. I had a pedicure and the aesthetician did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Update - the owner contacted me and arranged the service at a different location. Circumstances changed again and he contacted me to offer to move back to my original location (which was appreciate and much more convenient). The service was excellent, the staff member who did my services was professional, friendly and attentive. Would go back again in future.

Online booking system allows you to book appointments then they call and cancel as they aren't available. Second time this has happened to me.

I had a problem with the colour of my nails and after a retouch, my nail chipped on the same day I got them done. The manager was kind enough to call me and do them all over again for free. She was so sweet and attentive and took all of her time to make sure they won’t chip again. I was so satisfied from the result! The staff is very kind and welcoming! I would recommend you going there!

**UPDATE** The owner personally called and spoke with me and informed me that this will be rectified and has offered me a free service next time I will be in. I previously gave it 2-stars for my manicure experience only (I'm pleased with my waxing services) so I change my rating to 5 due to the care and diligence of the owner as well as offering to make up for my previous negative experience.

I am only submitting a review based on my last two separate experiences getting a manicure with two different aestheticians. I am very pleased with the service I receive monthly in waxing and my pedicure (I have a regular aesthetician but the manicures were done by two different aestheticians). First manicure which was shellac, got chipped before two weeks passed. The 2nd time I time I booked a shellac, I was very disappointed with the service, price and quality. I booked a shellac manicure and it was my fault I didn't book a separate service for the removal of my shellac. The shellac I had on my nails were Russian style manicure where you sit for 3 hours in a chair to get it done. When my aesthetican found out that I had shellac I felt like she was inconvenienced based on her reaction. When she had trouble taking it off (they don't use anything but files and acetone) I could sense she was very frustrated and I felt like I ruined her evening. I guess it was the end of her shift and she even apologized to the receptionist - I am sorry but I've never had this experience when I was inconveniencing the business because I believe all businesses should be prepared in their field to deal with various situations. Furthermore, after she managed to take off my shellac (after questioning if I used an Asian place - I'm not Asian but this actually offended me), she did a very bad job of putting the nail polish on because she didn't properly take off the previous polish so it looked pretty "goopy". FYI, I've had my nails re-done several times after the Russian manicure and I've never had such a polish job. What's more is that I was charged $70 + for a manicure & removal. It honestly pained me to pay this much and to even provide a tip, which I don't feel was deserving at that point. I normally do not put poor reviews and I tend to let certain things slide, but this last experience truly made an impact.

J'ai adoré. Personnel hyper sympathique et accueillant. Lieu super propre et bien adapté a la prévention de la Covid. 5 étoiles.

I've been going to the Ten Spot for a few months now and I absolutely love my visits here. Everyone is so attentive! And when you go a lot, you get to know everyone and you feel like a part of the team almost:) It might be a little on the pricier side but after a glass of wine (or two) you're already well into that price! Definitely worth it:)

Right when we game in, we felt the relaxing and calming ambiance:) they offer tea, coffee, wine.it's really great! Everything natural (so it smells good). Very pleasing experience, thank you!

Had an amazing experience! Went with my mom and sister, all the staff were so nice and welcoming! Despina, the receptionist, was so kind! Alexia did my pedicure and not only chose out a great colour for me and did a great job on my nails but was also so nice to talk to! Overall very fun but also relaxing experience, definitely going back!

Naomi did my waxing and she was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and will definitely be returning.

Honestly, this beauty bar is so beautiful and zen. I had an incredible pedi by Catherine (the manager-what a darling) and took such care of me. Karina, the Supervisor, is an absolute gem and is so attentive to clients and the staff is so warm and welcoming. It’s impeccably clean and polished and an experience like none other. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!
P. S. I wanted to add that your front desk coordinator, Despina, is an absolute delight with a delightful energy that is contagious. Great staff all around!

Tenspot: prix abordables et raisonnables, accueil incroyable, tout le staff est très professionnel, l'endroit est impeccable, 10/10!

Le salon est très joli, l'accueil y est chaleureux et le personnel très gentil. J'ai fait mon soin du visage avec Naomi qui est vraiment très professionnelle et qui aime vraiment prendre soin de ses clientes! Je reviendrais sans hésiter!

TRIFECTA! Third location I have been to and always consistent and warm service. This time, they have even improved their already great service by offering mani-pedi at the same time! Perfect for people who want to look groomed but are always on the go! Awesome location!

I went to see Naomi for a wax and she was fantastic. She was kind, efficient, and made sure I was satisfied with her work (which I was, because she did such a great job). The receptionist was also super friendly. Most importantly, the salon was SUPER clean. I would highly recommend this location!

Naomi did an amazing job on my nails at the Griffintown location! She’s meticulous, friendly and professional. I had previously had a bad experience at a different location but the owner, management and overall team provided a fantastic experience that completely changed my opinion about the TenSpot altogether. Despina the receptionist was also lovely and very personable. I highly recommend this location.
