I worked with them once, it was great. I am currently trying again and it is impossible to have a continuous conversation for a simple estimate! I’ve been trying for weeks and the one responsible for the printing can never answer me. I called and they assured me they receive my emails yet I can’t get a response. It’s rather disappointing.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years, super good service and reliable. Whatever service you want from printing to mailing they will take care of you. The owner is awesome too.

Fadi, the owner is very kind and accommodating. Our 2 year old took her passport picture and he was very patient. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

First time ever I post a review for a shipping services. Seriously, awesome service from this UPS Store, as I was late in sending my team members (who are scattered across the country) their gift sets for Christmas! I chose this location based on the reviews, and this decision saved me of my own mistake.
The owner of this UPS Store, Farid, was there at the time. I went into the store at 17h20 a Friday, already too late and with the UPS truck about to leave. Not only he held off the UPS driver who needed to get back to the main office in time (he kept him for a good 20 min!), he even took the time to tell me that if I register to the UPS Store Canada I would get a discount! I was not even aware; and there was no marketing at this effect, so he could have said nothing.
And to add to the this already incredible service, in the rush I had assumed that all shipping would require signatures from the receiver. When I realized that it was not the case (and I needed signatures), Farid kept his composure and took the time to redo the label and adjust accordingly. Again, holding the Driver for longer.
This is beyond awesome. I'm used to see people working in Shipping Companies that couldn't care at all in helping customers. This was impressive.
As a last note.you can judge the character of someone in many ways. Taking care of a customer is always welcome, and from a shipping counter, this is a great surprise. But I could also witness the mutual respect he had with the UPS Driver. He kindly asked him to wait, and kept him updated on the progress of the shipping labels/organization. When you see someone treating his customers and his peers in the same way, then I see why this UPS Store got so many great reviews.

Great service and very friendly, I actually drove 20 minutes from another UPS store that has always had garbage service and I purposely left with 3 packages because of the crummy service and drove 20 minutes to go to this location and the service was amazing For now on all my packages will be only given to this UPS store and that's probably about a 100+ packages a year not much but if everyone who gets great service from this location keeps going back it all adds up.
The gentleman inside knows how to run a business.again Great Service if I could give a higher rating he would get it.

Je ne publie que rarement des notes et commentaires sur les commerçants avec lesquels je fais affaire. Depuis plusieurs années déjâ, Fadi, Amal et leur équipe prennent soin de tout ce qui leur est envoyé et m'ont constamment offert un service rapide, professionnel et courtois. Ils ont rattrapés plusieurs erreurs commises par certains magasins qui m'envoyaient des paquets ou du courrier mal identifié et m'ont évité beaucoup d'ennuis. C'est sans hésiter que je continuerai de faire affaire avec eux car il est rare de trouver des gens qui comprennent les enjeux de sécurité avec la protection du courrier et qui ont vraiment votre intérêt à coeur.

I seldom publish reviews on stores I do business with, but this one is more than earned. For a few years already, Fadi, Amal and their team take care of everything I send and receive. They've provided me with a genuinely courteous, fast, but also consistent service. On multiple occasions, they had my back when stores and correspondence I received wasn't labeled properly and avoided me a lot of inconveniences to say the least. It's without hesitation that I will continue doing business with them, it's not a common occurence to find a shipping partner that understands the security implications and importance of parcels and correspondence.

I spoke with a woman on the phone, I think her name was Amal. I had a particular situation being abroad and needed to have a delicate package shipped to me. The care she took was honestly one of the best customer service I received in a very long time. I can only thank her for that and say how happy she made us when the package was delivered to us.

SERVICE IMPÉCCABLE. Le personnel m'a écouté, pris en charge, a compris mes besoins et m'a aidé à obtenir les meilleures solutions. Rapidité dans le service, que ce soit en personne, au téléphone ou par email, et suivi personnalisé. Je fais le détour pour aller à cette succursale.

Pire compagnie de livraison au monde, ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient livrer la journée mais rien est arrivé donc je les ai appelé le soir même et ils m'ont dit que rien était partie du centre alors que sur le site c'était marquer que c'était partie du centre donc en gros leur système est complètement pourri à la moelle et en plus le jour d'après j'ai demandé pour que j'aille le chercher au centre et ils sont aller le livrer à 10 h du matin chez moi le jour d'après alors que j'étais pas chez moi! ILS ONT MIT UN PAQUET DE 1200$ DEVANT MON GARAGE A LA VU DE TOUS! ET EN PLUS LA LIVRAISON ÉTAIT 100$! C'est pas sérieux! Honteux

The staff in the building is fine, but I must have gotten unlucky with the delivery guy, cause this is rage inducing
Shows up, rings the bell, I'm out not even 10 seconds later from the 2nd floor and he's already gone. Leaves a note telling me I need to go for a pickup point because I WASN'T HOME?
Didn't have the package in his hands when he was coming to the house, so it's obvious he had no intention of delivering the package in the first place. Awful.
