I don't remember how many times the staff were late for the work. They are always late for 10 or 15 minutes to open the store, terrible!

Horrible service, do not recommend. Service is non-existent, the box is damaged. Box delivered to wrong address.

Chad, hear me out, hear me out:
a multinational shipping & supply chain company that.does not ship and supply to the requested address.

I thought I was the only one, but then I read the reviews of the rest of the people affected by the service, and it all made sense.

Like those before me, I have not received any calls and notifications that a UPS person is dutifully trying to enter the building but is being unable to.

Turns out that the multinational company with the majestic golden letters UPS on their cars is the same company that expects me to drag a heavy box for 20 minutes back home in a heatwave.i've always thought that service is supposed to solve problems, not create them. I would say "please have your one star", but you dont need it. The overall rating already clearly shows that you're miserably failing at what you're doing as a company.
Ew, honestly.

They didn't deliver my package and changed the status to delivered on their website. I paid tax and duty online. I opened the door for the delivery man. He didn't bother to come inside I guess!
Now I have to get there and pick up my package! A terrible ever shipping company. A total waste of my time.

Its 9: 17 am on a Thursday and they are still NOT open. Totally unreliable. What a shame being a corporate store. I guess they dont really care about customer service.

I was home all day and I have proof that the courier never ring the doorbell or call anyone. He or she just left a notice.

Pizza delivery drivers put in more effort than UPS! Terrible service. Do you guys hate your job or what?

Ce fut ma première expérience avec cette succursale et je croyais fermement que j'allais continuer encore et encore avec eux.

J'étais habituée avec une autre succursale où les colis se faisaient assurés même si fragiles, par tranche de 100$ et j'ai été très satisfaite de leurs services et j'ai pris pour acquis que le service d'emballage UPS était imbattable. Mais la direction a changé et j'ai dû me tourner vers cette succursale.
Par contre, quand on m'a annoncé que le produit n'était pas assurable, c'était trop tard, tout était prêt pour l'expédition et j'au dû accepter de ne pas l'assurer.
Mon item a été brisé. J'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent.
Je crois que cette façon de faire (j'assure pas, si ça casse on vous dédommage pas, car pas assuré), c'est une façon quasi-légale de voler les citoyens.
Je dois voir avec Ombudsman, Protégez-vous, La Cour des Petites Créances, cela ne peut perdurer, car injuste.

I've had problems with UPS in the past but this time around was ridiculous. Not only did they fail to deliver my package twice, the second time the driver didn't even get out his truck, but they decided to cancel my order for me and return the package to sender.

This specific store never picks up the phone, has no voice mail, and seem to have the worst delivery drivers of the fleet. 1 star is too high of a rating for the customer experience I've had.

Great customer service! Adam is the man when you want a shipment or printing done fast. Very reliable. The workers are always willing to help out! Best UPS Store in the area!

Great store! Great service! The UPS driver never delivers to my house so I always have to come here. Mind you they are two DIFFERENT companies They give me my package really quick. Returns are really easy and I can print out quickly as well! Great workers there! Really have been helpful during this pandemic! Keep up the good work!

Are u serious, a delivery company that doesn't deliver anything? They don't even notify you when a package is sent to a warehouse and just return your orders without warning! It is the 3rd time it happens this year. Get yourselves together.

Had some issues during shipping process but rep at the store was quick to resolve my issue. Super helpful.

Extremely helpful staff, never say no to assisting as opposed to other companies that tell you you’re on your own.

Great staff, not sure why this branch has such low ratings. I was treated well, and they did the job well
