J’ai voulu déposer un colis la dame présente n’a même pas dit bonjour, n’as pas fait attention à moi, elle m’a juste dit « si c’est pour déposer tu peux laisser le colis et partir » je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait scanner elle a soufflé et dit « non pas maintenant » puis quand je suis partie en disant au revoir elle ne m’a même pas adressé la parole. Les 2 autres clients présents dans le magasin étaient aussi choqués.
Je suis vraiment déçue car j’avais toujours été bien reçue par les autres employés que j’avais vu auparavant.

We went in to have some passport photos taken of our seven week old baby. Aziza and her colleague were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and patient in what was a very frustrating exercise. Highly recommended!

My package was sent to this UPS store for pick up. Since I am out of town, I have been communicating with the store and they have been very accommodating for me. They have been kind enough to extend the hold on my package, as well as to guide me on what would be required to have my friend pick up the package on my behalf. They're communication by email is very prompt. I've been very happy with their service! Thank you so much!

I’ve been very disappointed by UPS recently - have sent 2 packages in the last month to the US and both had problems (they were sent from another UPS location, in Dorval). The last package appears to be lost since there was no update from the moment it was picked up from the store. As the scheduled delivery time was approaching, I contacted multiple times customer service and they weren’t very helpful. I mistakenly called this UPS location, and although it technically wasn’t their problem, Maxime was super helpful and went out of his way to contact the other location, even though they didn’t want to help him. Turns out I had to call them myself, and they still failed to reply to me in acceptable delays. I want to say how appreciative I am of Maxime’s quick and prompt help.

With the hours being Mon-Fri open until 5PM I was unable to pickup my package as I work during the open hours. I called and spoke with an employee requesting my package be held until Saturday as I do not work and would be able to pickup my package then. The employee informed me he would put a note down to keep it until then. When I arrived on Saturday at the location I was informed that the owner of the location DID NOT read the note and had sent the package back on Friday. Absolute waste of time and now I won’t have the gift for Christmas.

Bravo au livreur ups qui ne sonne pas, ne frappe a la porte pour la livraison alors que ma blonde etait dans la chambre donnant sur la rue.
Maintenant on va theoriquement attendre une semaine pour que le colis arrive au point relais

Now we have to wait theorically a week before the product is available on the delivery location

With enthusiastic appreciation, I have to give this store a 5 star rating! I recently had a package shipped from a company in Canada, that didn’t mail directly to the US. I randomly called the store to see if they could help forward the package without me being there. Without any hesitation, I got a “Yes, no problem! ” It shocked me, because so many other places said they couldn’t do it. Alice Tan, the pleasant lady who helped me, patiently guided me through the process of getting my package delivered, once I had it shipped there. (She had to look out for in coming mail.). I am very pleased and highly recommend using the store for any mailing activity. THANK YOU!

Une étoile serait de trop mais pour voir apparaitre nous sommes obligés de cliquer même si pas mérité. Horrible expérience pour la première fois et la dernière. Je recommande de ne pas utiliser UPS en général, à partir de cette succursale en particulier. Délai non respecté du livreur et surplus imprévu à payer au moment la réception et stockage.
One star is already too much but to see this message puvlished, you have to click. Horrible experience, utilized for the first and the last time, UPS in general, from this store in particular. Delivery schedule not respected at all from the driver to the store, unexpected overcharges at the reception + storage at the Store. If every one can be franchised by UPS, it also includes the worse franchised stores ever imagined.

Pire compagnie c est la deuxième fois que je me fais livrer. Il ne sonne même pas et ça fait 2 fois que je retrouve le papier ailleurs que sur ma porte ou sur la boite aux lettres. Toujours dans un coin caché ou sur un mur complètement improbable. Ils font le travail qu' à moitié.

I called with a tracking number to inquire about the status of my package. Before I even finished giving the tracking number, the woman on the phone told me it was the wrong number, then told me to stop wasting her time. I was shocked. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep.

I asked for her name, but she refused to tell me and hung up on me. I would like an apology from UPS for this behaviour, and this woman should not have a job there if she's going to treat customers so badly. I called another location soon after and everything went smoothly. They tracked my package, helped me give instructions to the driver and all was well.

I moved from Montreal to New York, the ups store in St-Denis help me to picked up 19 big boxes, and packed the fragile items. They offer very good quality boxes, all the boxes arrived in amazing conditions. Moving is a headache thing, but they help me solve all the problem. I really appreciated their help!

I strongly recommend the ups store in St-Denis to you.

This was the worst customer experience and the worst, dirtiest, least friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Alice the attendant was eating her Iunch and me and the people calling, etc, all got horrible service. I *hate* writing negative reviews especially on a franchise/small business. I spent over $50 in nickel and dime fees that are standard at UPS stores, for a used box, and told that I was lucky they didn't charge me to use their scale for the boxes I was shipping. When I went to pack my boxes there with the materials I purchased, I was told to leave because I was in the way (while she was eating her lunch). Literally asked to leave after spending $50 on two boxes and three packs of peanuts. Please someone (UPS, a franchise owner) do something about this store. Look at the other reviews as well.
