So UPS uses the franchise subsidiary stores to avoid having to be accountable for bad illegal service. So I feel a little empathy for the shop that has to deal with UPS mistakes. However that is no excuse to lie to your customer and overcharge them. Or to avoid rectifying that to your customer. I paid $200 for express delivery, I asked if there were any cheaper options but they assured me that was the only option. The “express” order was delivered after 2 weeks. Not really “express” at all. Speaking to different people at the ups call line some lied and some said the truth. The issue was UPS warehouse. But some lied and said it was a “customs” issue. Customs doesn’t hold packages without a reason. And certainly not for two weeks. Asked for a refund under the “guaranteed service” and just common sense. UPS refused said that the UPS store took to long uploading billing information and the UPS store blamed UPS using the lie that it was a customs issue. Completely shocking illegal activity to me. Blatantly lieing about customs issues to avoid being accountable and totally disrespectful to a paying customer. Both using each other to avoid providing proper service, oh call UPS, oh call UPS store…. Loop.

Les livreurs de UPS sont des menteurs et des incompétents. Ils prétendent faire une tentative de livraison alors que c'est FAUX.et j'ai une caméra de surveillance pour le prouver. Mon colis a été déposé dans dans leur centre de dépôt. J'insiste auprès de UPS afin que mon colis me soit livré. Et ca fait deux semaines que j'attends. Autrement, je retournerai mon colis auprès du vendeur de La Place du Marché de BestBuy pour un remboursement complet.

Honestly, bad service is one thing. But bad customer support is worst. They make you jump through hoops to talk to someone following a tracking number, tells you can’t help for your country, then transfer fails, and to email them they force an account creation. Figured I could tell them what I think of all that here versus those hurdles.

C’est une gang d’incompétents, je viens de passer plus d’une heure trente à attendre pour me faire dire que ce n’était pas possible d’envoyer mon colis à cause d’une erreur de système. Never again.

Centre d'affaires. Lié avec la Papeterie Le Plateau. Services offerts: postes d'ordinateurs/internet, fax/télécopie, expédition de colis, emballage, casiers postaux, photocopies/impressions, scan/numérisation, reliures, plastifications, cartes d'affaires, infographie, photo d'identité, impression de t-shirt, etc. Le service est habituellement plutôt courtois, bien que parfois lent. L'endroit est bien tenu. Les prix sont OK.

Excellent service client. Les gens sont impatients et impolis alors que l'agente est tres competente et essaie de satisfaire tout le monde en meme temps. Bravo et merci mademoiselle!

They can help but not a 100 % because sometimes they're not sure about some information in they're Service
