Première expérience très brutale de la part de l'homme du bureau donné. Pourquoi UPS se permet-elle de gâcher son image avec des bureaux au personnel aussi brutal? Je ne suis pas le premier à remarquer l'attitude NEGATIVE, BRUTAL et DIZRESPECTABLE du monsieur en question et à détruire l'image d'une entreprise qui ne mérite pas d'être aussi mal notée. En tout cas, personnellement, je n'irai plus dans un tel endroit. = Very brutal experience from the man in that office. Why does UPS allow itself to ruin its image with such brutal office staff? I'm not the first to notice the NEGATIVE, BRUTAL and DIZRESPECTABLE attitude of the gentleman in question and to destroy the image of a company that doesn't deserve to be so badly rated. In any case, I personally won't be going to such a place again.
If you what to print or photocopy, please go to the Pharmaprix just next to the UPS. It was my first time to went to Pharmaprix to print today. The clerk showed me how to use the machine with patience. Once he helped me to print them out, he said "it is fine, have a great day". He did not charge me because the machine only accepted coins. Actually I told the guy that I did not take coins before printing, but he still helped me out to print! What a nice person! By the way, it is 10 cents for photocopy, much much cheaper than the UPS. PLEASE GO TO Pharmaprix FOR PRINTING OR PHOTOCOPYING. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THE USP OWNER!
Always a bad experience here! I hate when my packages get delivered here. The clerk is rude, over charges, and refuses to take packages already prepaid online. Some one from UPS Head office must do something as I now refuse to us their service just because of this location.
AWFUL experience. The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t have this store open whatsoever. UPS should be aware as this is affecting directly to their image and reputation to customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE.
Refused to take a prepaid UPS shipping label (against their policy and honestly it's a first for me). Also said that he does not sell any boxes which is really weird, I have a feeling he didn't care to make an effort as soon as he saw that I had already paid online for the label and not in store with him. Filed an official complaint with UPS and I suggest you do the same if he does that to you!
Le proprietaire ne respecte jamais les heures d’ouvertures. Il charge également beaucoup trop que ce qu’un service d’impression devrait coûter mal organisée et pas un bon service. Poste canada du pharmaprix est beaucoup mieux!
I went there 2 times. My package has been lost for the first time. For the second time, my package took 2 weeks to be arrived. HORRIBAL! HORRIABL! I recommend Canada Post if you have important packages to be delivered.
This store deserves the worst customer service award. I called them a few days ago to get some information and the clerk was unhelpful and disrespectful. Today, when I went to pick my parcel up, I had to wait for almost 30min to get it and the clerk talked to me in a very rude tone. This franchisee's behavior really affects UPS quality of service.
Never experienced great customer service here. Usually, just the minimum. This morning I called. I could hear the other line ringing as I began my question. He asked me to wait as he answered that call, yet he handled it instead of asking that caller to wait and get back to me. It took a couple of minutes.
