Mr. Nahid is so sweet. He genuinely cares about your overall experience with your shipments. He handles the packages with care and is doing everything he can to ensure that your package gets to its destination (e.g. Perfect shipping label). He is very kind and it is always a pleasure to deal with this store.

Service parfait! Le monsieur qui travaille ici est très attentif aux demandes et aux questions, de très bons conseils et est très minutieux dans ses méthodes pour s’assurer du bon fonctionnement des envois et des réceptions de mes colis.

Like the place the man was very help full to help me ship books. It’s was my first time and he took the time to explained to me the steps and was very attentive to my questions.

For many years i use this ups store, 5920 boulevard Gouin Ouest, Montréal (like 7-8 years) the guy who work there Nahid always give a 5 stars service but i never understand why he never take any vacation. He always there for so many years without any vacation, i think he needs some vacation at least 1 month for the sake of his health and his excellent service for UPS. Thank you Nahid for your service.

I always send and get packages delivered to this UPS location. Nahid is super helpful and efficient. I am in and out in a timely manner and his customer service is a 10/10!

I would like to thank the gentleman that was working during the evening shift. He showed patience, professionalism and great client-service overall. This specific location can get quite busy and even in times when a client depicting frustration presented itself, he kept it cool and composed. Thank you for your courtoisie!

When I went there I was served by Nahid. He acted like a gentleman and even helped me secure my package slip, which would probably have been lost. He has great energy and is very honest. I went there for probably 5 minutes, but will always remember my interaction with this man.

Nahid exemplifies the definition of good customer service. I needed to send documents to a rural overseas destination and he gave me the best rates available along with all the information that I needed. The package even arrived earlier than I expected. He is very empathetic to his customers and I can't thank him enough for that. This is my new go-to for anything mail related. Thanks again!

Super great service, I highly recommend coming to this place. I got two of my packages there and it was super easy and quick. The owner was very sweet and offers a bunch of services.

The one service that caught my eye was the photo services for 11.99$, one of the cheapest places to get your passport photos done.

I am giving the 5 stars rating not to UPS but to this particular store who made my experience easier and enjoyable. I had 20 Boxes of over 20kg each, and usually the cannot accept that many in such a small store. More so, the UPS truck driver was such a gentlemen accepting that many boxes at once. Honnestly, UPS greatest assets are these people who are working hard. God Bless!

Nahid provided super good service and he was super understanding to my package situation. There was a line up but since he was very efficient the line cleared up rather quickly and everyone else also left satisfied from his services. If you have anything to print or need to send a package, I absolutely recommend going there!
