Nous devions recevoir notre colis aujourd'hui au milieu pm et aucune nouvelle rendu à 20h25. Nous sommes allés voir le tracking et aucun update à été fait. Cette compagnie ne semble pas très fiable à en juger tous les mauvais avis de d'autres internautes.

Change la date au 2j et une fois rendu a livrer ils change l’heure d’arriver a chaque 15 minute sense arriver a 5pm a base ye rendu 18: 40 et ils disent 11: 48pm…

Was charged $33.70 for 41 cents of duty. That’s right. Over 33 dollars in processing fees and extra charges for absolutely nothing. Absolutely maddening at the blatant robbery shipping companies get away with in Canada.

Ups a toujours des frais de manutention, courtage, contrairement à poste canada ou purolator. Une vraie bande de voleurs, j'ai déjà payé 38$ pour un petit paquet de vis envoyé d outremer, les vis étais en remplacement et gratuite, donc n'était pas supposé être charger en courtage et frais. Du gros ridicule! À éviter à tout prix!

They charge an amount and mark it as "Other government fee" when that money does not go to the government but rather stays with UPS. It is disguised brokerage fee.

The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers should not allows this practice to exist

Edit: this is not a specific local issue. UPS use the same misleading fee description at all their locations!

Alyssa is incredibly nice and helpful worker. She finds an answer to every questions I have. If she doesn't have it, she makes sure to contact someone to get an answer for me. Her reassurance make me feel comfortable knowing every package I bring will be taken care of. Thank you.

Le plus mauvais service de livraison que j'ai vu dans ma vie!
10 jours de retard.j'ai du harceler le service client. Par trois fois, l'on m'as dit que j'aurais un appel, personne ne m'as jamais appelé. Mon colis est arrivé dans un état pitoiyable. La prochaine fois que je vois UPS comme service de livraison, je vais opter pour un autre service ou annuler la commande.

Si je pouvais ne pas vous laisser d’étoile je le ferai avec grand plaisir, je suis supposée recevoir mon colis vendredi et vous avez déclaré un retard, là c’est pas grave lundi matin rien en après-midi rien et là vous mettez ça à jour et vous voulez que je passe le récupérer, non mais là clairement je rêve. Je pense que si je voulais passer pour le ramasser moi même j’aurais pu pensé à ça dès ke début et épargner les frais de livraison. Je vous rappelle que mon colis vient juste de Montréal alors c’est même pas si compliqué d’être à l’heure.

Complètement irresponsable, je me suis fait livrer un téléphone portable pars internet et le livreur malgré une grosse affiche qui dit de pas laisser le colis sur la boîte au lettre, ses ce qui a fait, dans un endroit sans surveillance a un endroit full passent. Logement de 37 appartement, de plus sur la demande je suis supposé de laisser ma signature, il a signé a ma place.

I would just like to make a complain about the employee working at this store in Brossard QC. I did not get her name, but she was working both yesterday 21 dec and today 22 dec, I would just like to voice my concern over her incompetence at her job. I was trying to mail a very important UPS laboratory package to the USA from Canada and I went to the Store to insure that no information was missing and that I was doing to correct procedure to mail the item, she talked down to me, ignored my concern for my package and blew me off. She posted the label in the incorrect position and when I told her she told me It would be fine. When I asked if there was anything else I needed to do she basically pushed me out of the store, she was unprofessional, impatient and uncaring. This was all so important because my package was time sensitive and needed to be overnighted. Later that evening I got a notification that my package was being returned to sender. Which means that my package would no longer be good to send to the USA. My sample was ruined, not only that I will have to pay more money for collection kits to be send to me and then pay more to try and mail it back. I got the package back and it said that is was missing the documentation required to send it as well as a thermal label. The employee should have known this, it was her job to give me the documentation which just confirms that she doesn’t know what she is doing and needs to undergo more training or something to make her take it seriously. She doesn’t take pride in her job, doesn’t like it, doesn’t care about the customers, and she doesn’t even know what she is doing. I am so shocked by her lack of professionalism and skills that I had to file a complaint, to someone, anyone who would read it.

Paid 100$ for shipping with UPS, paid 387$ in fees. Delivery date keeps being pushed back with no way to contact them. Theyre fast to call you everyday when you owe them a fee but when you need something from them they're ghosts.

Pire compagnie de transport! Aucun service à la clientèle. J’ai appeler à 5 reprises pour aller chercher mon colis mais aucune réponse. Encore pire leur application est pire que leurs services. Pleins de bug et de code d’erreurs. Pas capable de track ton colis. Je recommande tous sauf UPS!

UPS is horrible, I called them back and forth for like almost 20 times about my package. They misdelivered my package for 3 times to a wrong address. When I called them on the first time, the first agent who took my call had confirmed with me my shipping address and my information. He said someone from the dispatch center will call me back within 24hrs but no one called me back. So I called back and they said my package is recovered and it is out for delivery again. When I track my package on their page, it delivered to the wrong address again.
Same thing happened for the third delivery attempt.
I have spoken with several supervisors at UPS, the first supervisor who took my call has sent me an email stating that I can reach out to him directly so that I don’t have to call back again. He was pretending that he was caring about my situation. I have sent him a lot of emails but I never got a reply from him.
During the communication with UPS, they kept changing their statements.
First they told me there was a missing apt number on my shipping go address. I was like: shouldn’t you guys look at the postal code when deliver a package? The address that you guys delivered was like 50 miles away from my actual shipping address. One thing that is super hilarious is that after i pointed out that point, a few days after, they told me that my postal code was incorrect.
Today, one of the supervisor called me back and told me that they are not able to retrieve the package for me anymore. I will need to contact the shipper to start an investigation with them. I was going to ask him what step should I take for the investigation, NOTE THAT I DID NOT EVEN FINISHED MY TALKING AND THE SUPERVISOR THEN HUNG UP ON ME.
This the way how you treat your customer? Don’t you have any sense of responsibilities? If you do not know how to be a customer service agent, I can teach you. If you want to hang up on your customer, at lease you should ask ‘is there anything I can help you before I let you go? ’

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service. Will not honour signature requirements, and literally dump package on porch, without even a ring of doorbell. What's the point of paying for the security of a signature. Will not even ask for ID. UPS doesn't care about it's customers nor the service that they charge extra for. Disgusting professional ethics.

Ne respecte pas le délais de livraison, on le sait bien qu’il a des retards à cause du COVID-19, mais même avec plus de délais UPS ne respecte pas la date promise. C’est toujours des désagréments à chaque fois qu’on doit se faire livrer par cette compagnie, on a même déjà payé pour reporter la livraison un autre jour parce qu’on était pas là, mais ils n’ont pas été capable de respecter la nouvelle date de livraison, ce qui veut dire qu’on avait payé dans le vide parce qu’ils n’auraient même pas livrer la journée qu’on n’était pas.

Absolute worst experience. I know with COViD it’s difficult to plan shipping delays but at least make your application work properly. Constant false delivery dates. The tracking info says they attempted a delivery on a date and time where I was sitting beside the door, completely untrue. Then it says delayed by 1 business day. The following day it says the same thing. You call customer service and they have no idea where any packages are. The sender, Apple, re sent another iPad because of this huge delay. The new shipment says now delayed because they have sorted it incorrectly. Again, I know it’s tough time but there should some organization.

Worst customer service. Phone like always disconnected, always delaying your packages for no reason even if you paid 30$ for express shipping and invent reasons to not deliver.

Got notices of dangerous weather for the reason of not delivering, it was 28 degrees celcius and sunny, unbelievable.

Took half a day to fly from Las vegas to brossard and now it has been stuck there for 2 weeks with no explanation or ways to go pick it up.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. My package has been delayed for over 3 weeks and no one could give me a delivery date. The delivery date keeps pushing back for over 3 weeks and every day it says “expected by the end of day. ” They blame everything on the pandemic. FedEx and Canada post are way better with little to no delay. NEVER CHOOSE UPS!

Délais après délais car le livreur ne sait pas comment lire le numéro d'appartement d'une adresse (qui était bonne). Ensuite on me dit 48h pour aviser le livreur, depuis quand un texto/appel ne fait pas l'affaire? Bref 4 jours de perdu pour recevoir un colis. UPS ne fait aucun effort pour régler les problèmes rapidement, j'ai souvent des problèmes juste avec eux, jamais avec les autres compagnies de livraison qui sont à privilégier. Très déçue.

Si je pouvais donner 0 je le ferais. Une jeune femme m’a répondu et n’arrêtait pas de m’interrompre et ensuite essayait de me blâmer pour ne pas aller au point. Elle a même essayé de faire la victime quand je remettais son professionnalisme en question. Demoiselle immature, pas professionnel et arrogante. Pire service que j’ai eu de ma vie. Elle a besoins d’être former sur comment traiter les clients comme des personnes. J’ai appelé dans le passé et le jeune homme qui m’avait répondu était super sympathique et mature.

C'est vendredi trop sans cœur pour livrer mon matelas qui était dans le camion depuis 7h du matin.raison donner a amazon rendez vous spécial demandé par le client. Jamais j'ai payé quelqu'un pour etre sur de le recevoir Aujourd'hui et vider la chambre. Donc je dois dormir sur le plancher jusqu'à date indéterminée. Drôle que le livreur arrive au bureau 7 minutes après que le service a la clientèle ferme.bravo champion j'espère qu'il von te congédié!

They were supposed to work on Saturday, but they didn't and didn't update the information with UPS. During weekdays they only work the hours other people also work.

Ferme a 18h30. On arrive a 18h20 et le magasin est fermé. J'appel et la boite vocale est pleine personne ne reponds.

Pendant ce temps un autre jeun homme arrive vers 18h26 très contrarié. Il a marché sous la pluie pour venir chercher un colis.

EN PLUS c'est fermé samedi "temporairement".

Vraiment pas pratique.

N’ allez pas la. Mauvaise expérience avec mon colis. Pas de remboursement en plus. Tu paie pour la signature: frais de plus, le colis est pas parti, pas livré et ils ne remboursent pas les frais supplémentaires payés en extra. Je m’en fous des frais de port mais les extras non remboursés c du vol masqué. Plus jamais. Ce sont des crosseurs. C’est privé, une franchise. Attention, renseignez-vous bien avant car après ils vous chantent un charabia mardiel.

Opening hours online claimed the store was open on Saturday. Unfortunately, this location was closed. The open Saturday was scratched off the door.
