Première fois que j'y vais le personnel est accueillant toute très peux t interactions par la suite avec le coiffeur pour la coupe elle n'es pas symétrique il y a un coter plus cour que l'autre et le travail au ciseaux pas super aussi mais pour la barbe c'est mieux

J’ai eu daoud comme barber et j’ai reçu le meilleur service accueillant gentil professionnel et surtout bonne conversation?

Went there for a men's haircut the place is nice and staff are friendly but the when I asked for a trim without the clipper ie just scissors but he told me they're barbers and don't use scissors I found it very odd.

Daoud is a top hairdresser in city i don't know about the others but Daoud himself is master making appointment is online and also very easy.

La Coiffeuse Dominique as de la misère à faire une simple coupe dégradé et veux m’obliger à retirer de l’atm dans le salon pour lui payer cash! Et quand j’ai pas accepter elle a sortie la machine! Mauvaise expérience je déconseille ce salon.

Très bon service, des bon conseils pour l'entretien de mes cheveux et comment les coiffer par la suite. Une réservation en ligne qui c'est bien passé. Que du bon quoi!

The service is good, however they had an "apprentis" barber doing her stage, she's improved a lot. However there was a misunderstanding between a cancelation I once made and the fee for the actual price, she never mentioned why it was 10$ more expensive she just said "it's a fee" later to realize she was charging me 10$ for the cancelation from last month, the problem was I made my cancelation by calling which is the fastest way to cancel when something comes up.so I left a message saying I wouldn't be able to make it, it was a 4 hours notice so the spot could be replaced. They never checked their messages so they tried to put a 10$ fee on me for not canceling the right way.however if they did their administration job, I wouldn't have paid a surprise 10$ and the woman who didn't explain it to me properly was very arrogant saying I was the issue, not them but they never checked their messages. Anyways. The service is great! But don't expect anything else to be properly explained, even when I was paying she sent me to the store next door to pay.like sorry what? Then I go to the store next door.and the lady looks at me like I'm crazy and has no idea what I'm doing there (it's a sex shop) and sends me back, so now at this point I've been in the barbers, to the sex shop. Back to the barbers, and now being walked back to the sex shop with the female barber and all with an extra 10$, fee but I'm the problem and I'm the disorganized one?

Je n'y suis allé qu'une fois pour le moment mais j'y retournerai! (demain) le personnel est compétent et sympathique! Le salon est propre!

There are so many things that went wrong during my visit that I felt compelled to leave a one star review.

In my mind it boils down to them being a victim of their own success. This place has great reviews and I am sure they have many satisfied customers. However my experience was not good at all.

1 - In all my years I have always preferred to go to a barber shop over a hair salon because every barber shop I have visited rarely took appointments and we can walk in and get a cut or a shave. I tried this here and the receptionists told me that I needed a reservation. So I did because I was going on the reviews here.

2. Showed up for my appointment and the barber was so overwhelmed and seemed so rushed and busy. Most probably is because they book everyone so close that there is no room for being personable.

This place is so busy with their existing clients that any new clients seem like a real burden for them.

Just moved to longueuil from quebec city and was looking for a new barber. I noticed the father-son special and decided to call and ask if they would do my 2 yo first real haircut. I was surprised and pleased that they booked us for the same day I called and went to give it a try.
I arrived a bit late but they were still waiting for me and didn't make any bad comment about the time. I know how frustrating that must be for them but I still received an amazing service.
Daoud greeted my son as if he was the greatest customer in the world and the little guy was at ease with him. I was a little nervous about his reaction from the clipper and getting his hair cut and as I expected he screamed and shrieked the whole time while trying to fight Daoud. I was supposed to get my haircut at the same time but I had to hold my son to help a little, putting me even more late than I was with Benjy.
Daoud managed not only to cut but style him a haircut that ressembles mine. I expected him to just cut it short and do it ASAP but he went way beyond my expectations with the result and it took only about 5 minutes despite my son's tantrum. When he was done, he took my son by the hand for a stroll in the shop where everyone complimented him and told him how good he looks with his new hair. Took the edge off right away. I then managed to sit him in the stroller so Benjy could do my hair and beard.

Benjy was super professional, asked me what I want and delivered it flawlessly.
I asked to keep most of my beard's length and he cut conservatively, I even asked him to remove a bit more.
Asked him to just shorten the cut I already had and make a modification or two if he thought he could make it better and he did make it way better. Better looking and easier to maintain.
I made him finish his shift later that he was supposed to and never did he make me feel rushed or did he rush his job. He asked if I like it and if I wanted anything done differently. He was a great conversationalist but wasn't over talkative either. Very skilled and professional.
I haven't had the chance to try other barbershops in the area yet and now I don't think I will have to.
I felt welcomed as a client and as a parent.

Coiffeur et barbier à l'écoute des demandes. Jus offert pour les enfants, possibilité de grignoter du pop corn en attendant. Petit cadeau remi aux enfants (jouet du moment) et aux adultes (sent bon pour voiture ou dollard Vinnie's que tu peux utiliser par la suite). Ils passent le balais régulièrement donc plancher toujours propre. Personnel toujours souriant. Je recomande. (Heure d'ouverture très accessible!)

Mon ami ma référer cette endroits, j’ai vraiment eux une belle expérience. Personnelle super sympathique et proffesionelle, ouvert 7/7 s’qui est parfais pour fitter mon horaire compliqué.

Grâce au Rendez-Vous.pas d'attente je n'étais plus habitué à ça. Et vite fait.

This barber shop is such a gem! Amazing services, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere! Jim and Ben are top notch barbers! They can literally do any boys/men hairstyle and do it well. There are also services for beards, spa treatments, salon products, etc. I really can't say enough good things. You can also book an appointment via their website.so no need to wait!

Trop cher pour rien! Pas de prix pour le contour des cheveux. Puis sur le site ca dit 22.50 pour les 13-17 ans et surprise à la caisse. 26$. Pour un contour.même pas 10 minutes à faire! Sinon belle ambiance.belle acceuil!

Belle place et le staff est sympathique. Mais manque d'expérience car sur 2 visite il m’ont manqué 2 fois. Aujourd’hui je suis vraiment déçu du résultat. Il m’a rasée tellement cour la barbe que je travaillais à établir et il m’a fait un trou derrière la tête car il a pas su géré ma rosette. Et la j’ai l’impression d’avoir une moumoute sur le dessus du crâne. Mais bon des poil ça repousse

Coût raisonnable et service professionnel. Ambiance décontracté et décor stylé. J'y ai été avec mon fils de 7ans et tout c'est super bien déroulé. Vaut le détour!
