Prices were very competitive, good selection of products, processing and shipping time was quick. Had an issue with one of the products on arrival and Daphnee was dealt with the issue quickly. Her response time was outstanding and resolved the issue with only two email exchanges. Very happy with floorbox and with Daphnee customer service.

Received a damaged shipment but had a great experience talking with Daphnée Soucy as she processed a new one for me in a matter of minutes.

We ordered some shower parts from the Floor Box on Tuesday and received our packages today, Thursday.
We needed to call customer service a few times before and after the order was placed with some questions. The customer service associates were most helpful and patient answering our inquiries.
The business that our contractor deals with was not only out of stock, it cost more (at contractors discounted pricing) and it would have taken two weeks to get in. The Floor box took 2 days and cost less.
Dealing with a company like the Floor Box was an absolute fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely mention this to our contractor when he gets back from vacation and hope he sets up an account for himself.

Daphnee was a pleasure to work with, there was an issue double charging for freight and she had the issue taken care of promptly. This was my first order and I was quite frustrated with the over charging but because Daphnee was so attentive to my issue I will use FloorBox for a number of orders I have coming up.

Thanks floorbox! Great customer service, we were able to save quite a bit of money by ordering online and picking up at their wearhouse, staff were all very helpful and prompt, I had a piece of trim show up damaged and was immediately taken care of. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.

Wicked awesome experience. I had ordered a glass shelf for my niche. It came broken - I was worried that I wouldn't get my new shelf in time for the tile setter to come in. Daphnée made sure it would arrive in time. Will check floorbox first for my next project.

I guess this was too soon of a review. Not only did I not receive the package on the promised day - I still haven't received it. As far as I know it's not even close to being delivered after 1 week. Great customer service - shipping is brutal. I should have just ordered it from Amazon.

The variety of materials available for my project was really impressive, but even more so was the help given to me by Daphnée, who not only answered my questions on stock, but assisted me in getting my cart arranged so that I could pick up materials locally. Superb customer experience!

I have purchased from floorbox 5 times and recommend them to everyone. Their prices or customer service cannot be beat. It’s hard to find businesses that actually look out for their customers and stand behind their product, floorbox does all that and much more.

The selection of tools and products is something unfound among other outlets that provide home renovations and repairs. As to the customer service provided, it was everything you could only hope for. It took seconds to get in contact with a real person, they responded in a timely and informative manner. Because of this i will continue to be a recurring customer.
