Great place for magic, yugioh and board games. I was able to get a limited edition iron maiden monopoly board set. Greig was knowledgeable and helpful. They don't have videogames anymore.

Like the others, I've pre-ordered the OPTCG cards and didn't get anything yet.been over half a year already. Been calling them without any real answer. Been emailing 5-6 times too without any answers. I went in store and left a note to the clerk for the refunds since they can't do it and it has to be the owner or someone who manage the account. Don't go there, the scam is real

If there’s ONE THING I can’t stand it’s FALSE ADVERTISING! Came all the way from Atlanta here to look at Star War Coll&Memo… (at several stores) this was by far the worst.
They had ONLY TWO (2) 3.75 figures in the entire “makeshift store”. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE TRIP! Zero stars

Bunch of scammers, never delivered my pre-order, countless attempts of trying to get a refund, impossible to get a hold of the owner, he's a crook who hasn't even responded to any of my emails, I have been ignored at each attempt.

I went in to loot this place and they actually just looted my credit card! Be careful what you wish for

Ordered cards from Three Kings two months ago. Error on their website resulted in payment going through but no order number being given. I paid through PayPal so I was able to provide everything they would need to resolve the issue either through a refund or store credit or sending the cards I ordered. I’ve been trying to get help for two months and every time I message them they say they’ll get back to me and never do. Poor customer service, I strongly recommend finding an alternative store.

Absolutely the worst to deal with. They have been holding my refund for over a month.this I find to be very unprofessional and irritating as they just keep putting it off and only telling me what I want to hear.instead of just refunding me my money.get it together.

This was my second time here. I came a year ago and i wrote down the address so i can come back again. A great collection of games, cards, and DnD stuff.
If that kind of stuff is your jam then three kings is where you need to go.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I preordered 12 boxes of One Piece Card Game in December 2022, and they said the products would be available on February 28th 2023. When the due date came, they canceled my order for ''lack of payment'' even though it went through.

I called the store and they told me it was an error, that I had to buy another preorder (they increased the price by $40 per box) and they would refund the difference for the 2nd order right away. They also told me the refund of my 1st order, which I paid fully and they canceled, is on the way.

After some back and forth, they never refunded anything. I decided to call my credit card company after weeks and they told me there is no pending refund from this store. In other words, this store canceled my fully paid order and refuse to refund me and constantly lied to me concerning the refunds. They also refuse to refund the difference on my 2nd order and said they would do it when they receive their products when they said they would refund the day I put my preorder in.

I sent them emails and called them several times to refund everything, but they ignore me to this day. I will take them to court to resolve the matter.

Great place for collectible card games and board games. Great relaxed atmosphere too!

The store has various table top games and large long tables to host events on a regular basis. Check out their website for dates and times because there are many and they are frequent.
For MTG players they sell some complete Uncommon/Common sets and usually have a stash of pre-release kits if interested in something different.
They also stock lots of used bundle boxes for card storage.
I've scored a bunch of shoe box 1600 dual slot card board storage boxes from them when nobody had them in stock.
They also sell old school Nintendo games and it's fun to walk through the section like it was the games section of a video store from the 80s.

Pretty cool spot for chilling, took a bit of time to figure out how to get in but otherwise 10/10

Arrivé à 18h10 pour un draft démarrant à 18h30. Je paie mes 20$, accueil sympa mais aucune explication sur l'organisation du draft. Je m'assieds et attends tranquillement l'heure de démarrage en rentrant le code de l'évent sur Companion et visualise ma participation.
A 18h45 appel des participants, je suis le mouvement et me rapproche du groupe. Tout se passe bien jusque là.
Les gens se placent aux tables et je vois l'évent apparaitre avec l'attribution des tables sur les écrans de mes voisins mais pas le miens. Je me rapproche d'un membre du staff en expliquant que je suis inscrit, j'ai payé et j'attends depuis 35 minutes. On m'explique que je ne suis pas inscrit au draft et que l'on ne va pas déranger 20 personnes (au passage moi j'y peux rien s'ils ne savent pas gérer leur évent, à eux de résoudre le problème qu'ils ont créé.).
On me propose un remboursement en store credit.je rigole bien et demande mon remboursement en cash.
=> Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds.

Throwback to all gaming consoles.literally ever. Lots of cards incl Pokemon for the kids. Staff super friendly

I had a negative experience here with my friends. We purchased a 3ds game that was priced $24 among other things and the store staff raised it to $40 last minute because he checked the cost of it on the internet and I personally thought that was very unfair to do.

Good prices and good supply, Staff needs to pay better attention to sales, make sure you inspect your bill.

I do not believe in 5 stars because nothing is perfect in this world. So this is an honest review.

Big thank you to Shawn for helping me today, he was honest on the cards selected for my Werewolf deck and even helped me with some cards i didnt have knowledge of. Everything was smooth for the trade and transaction.

That being said.the only thing i would complain about and im nitpicking is the organization of the place.it looks a tiny bit chaotic with all the games and cards and items everywhere.my ocd was screaming at me in my head haha.
But great experience.i dont live in mtl but if im ever in need and around the area ill make sure to drop by

It is a nice store and we visited them twice, but.
In the second time, my kid changed his mind 30 minutes after the purchase. We returned to the store only to discover that they won't make a refund. It is the first time something like that happened to me and the last time we will buy from this store. So before buying from them, think twice.

This is my go-to store for MTG cards. They have the cheapest prices on all Pre-con decks, and have an extensive selection of singles available in addition to a wide array of card sleeves and game accessories.

The staff have always been extremely attentive and on a number of occasions I’ve had very fulfilling conversations with the owner. It is clear that the people who spend time in this establishment are there because they want to be, employee, customer, or otherwise.

I can’t recommend Three Kings enough!
(The option to order and pay ahead of time is also a great feature on the website and is super convenient for large orders of singles!)

I got excellent service, and the price was fair.
They don't have much in the TTRPG on-site department if you're looking beyond D&D/Pathfinder. Some Cyberpunk Red, some Shadowrun. They were however able to order something by Free League for me, but not what I was looking for from Mongoose. The inventory they are able to get is a bit "head scratchy": they would have been able to get me a copy of a few obscure Traveller modules, but not the core books.
I would suggest emailing/calling if you are looking for something specific. The store is more of a small warehouse so it's not the best place to browse, and it's not really set up for a "shopping experience". More like get your stuff and get out.
So make sure they have the stuff you want before going out of your way to visit.

Store has lots of cool things to look at, but the customer service is seriously lacking. In a time where there is an abundance of online shops to buy from, it's important for these local shops to engage with the customers and develop a relationship with them in order for them to keep coming back.

Had a mishup with the online order (one of the items - some sleeves - was not available anymore) and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and satisfied with some alternatives. Will use it again

I get the feeling most people don't come here for retro games but their prices are really good on most games! Customer service can honestly be hit-or-miss depending on who's working, but my last experience was very good so I think they deserve 5 stars. I came in near closing time for a pick up order that was fairly large, the order wasn't ready, and I would have understood if they told me to come back another time, but they were willing to get it ready for me anyway, I really appreciate that! This store has so much potential as a used video game store, I hope it grows!

Understanding the Company has the right to cancel and refund any customer, I was disappointed to see the Company cancel my order. I order 4 boxes at 149.99 and they cancelled 3 of them and relisted the SAME item at 239.99. I am in the U. S.so they said they wanted to keep the boxes for their Canadian customers. I am completely fine with that, but I feel if that is really true, they would have kept the price the same and not raise the price! I would not pre order from this place because they could easily cancel months later and relist it at a higher price.

Note: I am sure the staff and the location is awesome but this review is directed at my online experience.

Great place for all sorts of things. I went in the store looking for trading cards. Spoke to the owner. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He went through his inventory and advised us on what's going on with distributors. Made a purchase and a pre-order and will most likely only shop here from now on for trading cards!

Such a cool shop that I didn't know could be found in downtown Montreal. Lots of various games and collectibles as well as good staff and events.

Nice cave for Game lovers, they have a lot of video games, board games, Card games, You name It and if they don't have It, they Will help You finding it. The staff is very helpfull and patient. They take goods for credit store which is a nice way to add some savings on those games you wanted. I'll definitely return sometime

Broke one of mu cards and scammed me. Tried to intimidate me when i wanted my cards back and kept my mirrari's wake in the end. Horrible place.

Plus he wanted to buy my cards in bulk. A deck that has like 125$ value

Edit: i had verified each card individually and scanned them on tcg player. Mirri was my alternate commander and a loved card. I would have seen the damage before him if there was.

Great place to buy Pokemon singles. They also sell vintage games for Nintendo. Awesome place. I will definitely be back.
