They survive because of good location. It's not one person, the whole staff reacts like someone pissed on there bargin price cornflakes.
They give french Canadians a bad reputation

Always great deals to find here, always great prices. It's nice to have a store to shop at where clothing and household goods are affordable.

The owner/manager of this tigre geant ile perrot store is obviously a cheapskate and not very bright when it comes to running a business. There is no person to help customers in the food and softdrink section, understaffed, burnt out employees offering very poor customer service. We all know that burnt out employees will quit and this store will cram and be desperately looking for employees the last minute. There is no reasonable price in this store too. As a word of advice to customers, when you can, just go to the usual big box stores like walmart or super c.

For women's clothing I find this store always well-stocked. The styles are cute, comfortable, and the prices are more than reasonable. Lots of parking, quick access to the 20, and friendly staff. I shop here regularly and love the seasonal selections of clothes.

Good place. Lot of parking ez acess to wheelchair. Available. Ok certain item was out of stock. Due to special. But in general. Ppl are verry freindley all over. And there is multiple. Bizzness. Arround. Like a few feet of it. Even a mc donald. Or a cibc bank. Its worth to take a peek at it u never know. What u might need.

Not a lot of Plus size selection this time around but that's not the store's fault, it's more the Buyers for Giant Tiger that seem to think plus size women all want to wear flowers and ruffles.

Première fois à cet endroit. J'ai attendu plus de 10 minutes pour être servi à la caisse car le jeune homme était seul car la dame avec lui regardait le plafond au lieu de l'aider avec la caisse et on était rendu une file.sérieusement pas fort cette dame.

They say they're canada proud.but only in 9 provinces and not in quebec where their signs are unilingualy french. Shame on you.

Personally, I don't see what's so special about this store. The prices are normal, not less than Walmart, even more expensive. I've went there couple of times and everytime the staff at cash didn't say hi or thanks, it was almost like going at a self serve cash.

Great location near highway 20 lots of free parking staff are friendly. Prices are good on a variety of fresh fruit vegetables household items and clothes
Now have self serve check out to lessen the waiting time in line

I love Giant Tiger. First store I go to for groceries before heading over to IGA or Metro. The other thing I like is their section for curtains and beddings. A lot cheaper and nicer than say the bigger stores and with a much lower price tag.

On y trouve de tout. Vêtements, nourriture, articles pour la maison. Caissières rapides et souriantes!

Looking to save money, Giant tiger is the place. Whatever you can get at a big name grocery store you can get it here at a better price and the food is always fresh and the employees are very helpful.
