Tim Hortons

I’ve been here couple of time and they got my drink order right but this time they did not. They made the same drink twice and it was still not what I wanted.
Vanilla iced coffee with cold espresso foam on top! Not an espresso shot in it. Also the service was not great! One sad customer to start her day with a bad iced coffee. Was really looking forward to a good one too.

If I could give 0 stars I would have, the service is absolutely horrible at this location. The door is always locked so you cant even go inside and order, only the drive -through is open and its horrendous.

Probably the best Tim's in Gatineau and the area. Fast service. Also Friendly. And always give's you what you ordered. I work all over Gatineau and I will go out of my way if close to allways go there.

4 cars in drive through ahead of me, took 35 minutes
I only ordered a large chili, the cup it comes in wasnt even half full, im not exaggerating at all.it was below the halfway line.i HIGHLY recommend avoiding this tim hortons. This location is an absolute disgrace to a loved Canadian franchise.

This is the worst timmy i ever went. Even when there is nobody in the line up, it yakes forever.i always order the same thing but for some reason the price is always different, like a surprise everytime.the staff is rude

You can expect to wait upwards of 20 minutes in the drive through if there are more than three cars in line. Very slow and customer service is lacking.

Ce tim est toujours en manque d'employé ou les emoloyés sont là mais ne font rien. C'est vraiment domage car c'est quand meme un emplacement assez occupé maos ils ne tiennent os ca en consider tion.aujourd'hui j'ai du laisser tombé de faire ma commande car la caissière ne savait meme pas quel bouton appuyer pour ma commande et j'ai perdu mon temps de pause pour ça et j'suis retourner sans rien.un 15-20 wasted!
AU RESPOSNSABLE DE CE TIMS. TRAIN BETTER YOUR EMPLOYEES AND HAVE AT LEAST 2 CASHIER WHEN ITS PICK TIME LIKE 10 AM, LUMCH TIME AND EVENING. ONE CASHIER IS NOT ENOUGH.

On se heurte à des portes fermées durant les heures d'ouverture. Très déçu du service et de mon expérience.

If I could I wouldn’t even give it a one star. I went with my girlfriend around 7: 30 ordered a grill cheese with bacon which they charged us. The grill cheese wasn’t even grilled all the way still had hard cheese and they forgot the bacon. As we left we said have a good day, she proceeded to be dry and we left not realizing there wasn’t any bacon. Since we were disappointed in the customer service this Tim Hortons has.

35 min in drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me! Might want to consider new management. This isn't the first time I've had to wait this long and then to have the order wrong.

Discusting wash Room no toilet paper, ask for some and got as a résponse where to busy to help you sir its not are job to clean and ferbish the toilet paper dispenser

Messed up my orders 4 times in a row, first time I figured mistakes happen on occasion, drive through was a bit busy. The 3 other times there's no reason, no rush. I'm the only car in the drive early in the morning. Get to work with something I did not order. Edit: 1 year later, this tim has become the worst in aylmer. No improvement, service has only decayed with time, I was yelled at for pointing out politely they had forgot the extra I paid for. Soooo, I yelled back gave customers a show (some customers seemed bored/irritated of waiting that long). Let her know how bad the service was and that it's not the first time they mess up orders.

One of the worst Tim Hortons around, made me wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 frozen lemonades that don’t even taste like lemonade with hair in one of them, worst service ever pure trash

Unfortunately every time that I went to this Tim they don’t have the product that I want and if they have in stock the product they don’t have one of the ingredients.

They close their store done in at 2 pm on Sunday just to redirect everybody to drive through which is already having a very long line. What a great way to screw over your customer

Service very slow service at the drive thru. On average, I will wait 10-15minutes for a coffee. Coffee tastes good. Best coffee of any Tim Hortons in Aylmer.

Slow service and often wrong. Thankfully the staff is kind ish.
2021. Service got worse. They can't afford to keep staff. Maybe pay them more?

Je devrais donner moins d'étoiles pour que le service au volant soit moins achalandé mais ce serait au risque de perdre le Tim le plus près de chez-moi

They did not serve me despite apparently being open for drive thru only. Some one was about 5 feet away from me at the drive through window when I drove out and intentionally ignored me.

Très déçu du service. La personne à la caisse parlait seulement anglais, je n'ai même pas reçu la bonne commande (même après lui avoir donné celle-ci en anglais) et le wrap n'avait rien d'appétissant.

Wow de wow, très très bonne bouffe, de bonne portions généreuse, personnel très amicale, service rapide pas trop d attent pour avoir votre assiette, très propre, respecte les mesures pour le covid.

J'y suis allé 3 fois. Une fois j'ai pas eu ce que j'ai demandé. Deuxième fois ils pouvaient pas prendre ma commande parce que les machines était brisées. La troisième fois, on me dit qu'ils peuvent pas faire de sandwich à 9: 00 pm parce que la cuisine était fermé.

Never thought I would find a Tim where service is slower than in Pembroke Ont.but there it was.almost 20 min for a small iced cap!

The service is ok but often when I go its very slow. Also they didn'nt have any eggs this morning.

Tous les Tim ont le même problème, toujours pressée et rarement souriant et à l'auto on attend trop longtemps pour rien
Le service à l'auto devrait être seulement que pour les brevage et les beignets

N'allez pas là à moins de ne pas être pressé, j'y suis allé à un moment occupé le matin mais vraiment, 20 minutes d'attente pour du Tim, c'est ridicule, plus jamais à ce Tim.

For your sanity, avoid this place. They are always out of (believe it or not) donuts and the service is EXTREMELY slow.

This specific Tim Hortons has a good potential but immense lack of training and especially staff. The drive is always over staffed when the kitchen and front are left alone. This has been ongoing since the opening and also in all their other locations here in Aylmer. Anybody from this region will vouch how lacking their service is. It is a management problem 100%.

Its a friendly place but the service is too slow and they take some of the very popular items off the menu like sour cream plain.

Miss the days of year's ago when you could walk in get a good coffee and a doughnut. Now coffee is like a lottery. Rarely is it good and more often bad. Doughnuts well mostly empty shelves anytime I go. They really need to go back to the quality of food.

Il manque toujours de chose, une journée j'arrive a 11: 45 demande des patates avec ma sandwich (trio) plus de patate, a deux reprise en l'espace de 2 semaine demandé des Tim bite boîte de 20 une fois a 7: 00 pm plus de Tim bite semaine suivante 4: 00 pm seulement 3 sorte de Tim bite, jamais de chocolatine. Tu demandé un café large tu en a pour la valeur d'un médium Les Tim Horton dans Aylmer font pitié
