Tim Hortons

Went to get a box of donuts on a Saturday evening and there was only 2 choices of donuts. Service was very bad. They were on their cellphones instead of working. When I asked if that was the only donuts they replied with sarcasm.

Service au volant lamentable. Le personnel comprend le français mais répond en anglais, en plus il faut répéter 3-4 fois ce qu’on commande parce qu’ils sont trop occupés à jaser entre eux! Si vous êtes pas prêts pour bien écouter et prendre une commande, ne demandez pas au client ce qu’il veut pour ensuite le faire niaiser 3 minutes sans rien dire pour ensuite recommencer… et faire répéter 4 fois la commande au client parce que c’est dur de ne pas écouter les niaiseries de ses collègues et en rire avant de demander « quel bagel?  » pour la 3e fois… Service Clientèle un gros zéro!

Pas d’oeuf pas de patate pas de croissant fromage a 7: 00am le matin et la caissière nous le dit après avoir payé! On sent a Cuba même au sud c’est mieux!

Wednesday July 26th 9: 25AM.
1. The girl at the drive-through told us to have the driver make the order even tho I (as the passenger) had put my face closer to the ordering tower than the driver had and was speaking loud and clear.
2. She interrupted me three times while I was putting in the exact same order I always do at my local Tim’s: “timatin blt avec bacon sur bagel fromage”. After you ask me what I would like, listen! Don’t keep asking more questions!
3. After repeating my order 4 times, she asked in an annoyed/arrogant tone if I wanted aaaanything else. I said a French vanilla. She asked again even if I was talking slow to make sure she understood. She seemed to be playing with me at that point. She arrogantly answered me.

Train your employees not to only make drinks and food, but to answer properly!

Service zéro, attitude des employés, aucun sourire & quand il manque quelque choses dans notre commande, ils soupire sur nous.

L'employé (e) qui prend les commande au service au volant n'a pas compris ma commande même si j'ai répeter 10X. Rendu à la fenêtre pour payer, on me dit que "ta commande est dans le sac". J'ai prit 2 trio dejeuner, mais a reçu seulement un trio avec 2 café et elle insiste que je tape sur la machine pour payer meme s'il y a eu une erreur sur la commande. Elle était tellement pressée de me faire payer que j'ai du passer ma carte une 2e fois pour le 2e trio, en plus d'être chargé 3$ plus que d'habitude, POUR LE MÊME TRIO QUE JE PRENDS TOUJOURS. J'ai presque payé 20$ pour 2 trio timatin sur pain petit déjeûner qui ont été FROID ET DURE!
C'est une question de principe.

Répéter ma commande 4 fois et ne pas me faire comprendre par une employé qui parle seulement anglais… très ordinaire

Nous répond en anglais et dit qu' elle ne comprend rien à notre demande. On réussi tant que bien que mal à ns faire comprendre, c est ce qu' on pensait. Arriver pour payer notre commande était incorrecte. Devons ns exprimer par signes. On reprends nos choses
d une façon brusque. Beigne sec pas frais. On ne recommande pas ce Tim. Il devrait le fermer et faire suivre des cours de français aux employés.

Non seulement je ne suis pas capable de recevoir un service en français, mais la personne au service au volant ne me comprend même pas quand je lui dit ma commande en français, même si je la répète à plusieurs reprises très lentement. Je lui mentionne poliment (en anglais) en recevant ma commande que je trouve anormal de ne pas recevoir un service en français, elle me répond avec indifférence que personne ne parle français à ce Tim Horton. Je sais bien que nous sommes en pénurie de main d'oeuvre, mais je pense qu'il faudrait au moins essayer un minimum

I go with my husband for coffee when ever I have my break from work. Last week we went together and the girls were making fun of my husband just to tell you my husband has a mental illness his by polar! So the manager and the the worker were making fun of him and didn’t want to serve him! I’m so sorry but I will be never coming by again and hopefully this can be fixed because someone well can come and have a problem but never make fun of someone because you don’t know what they have Ben threw or what they do threw! Fix this problem I’m a pilates teacher I serve also the public but never have I makes fun of someone! Thank you Nicky.

Le service est vraiment inexistant les employé parle à moitié français et ne comprennent pas bien les commandes et en plus quand je suis aller il on perdu ma commande j’ai attendu 30 min pour un Bagel et un jus de pomme

Told us our order would be ready in 7 minutes as it was in the oven. We waited in the front until the employee told us to sit down and wait. 30 minutes later, still waiting, we get up to ask them what's going on. Turns out she dropped our order on the counter and just left it there without telling us anything. How are we supposed to know that was our order? Are we supposed to dig into bags on the counter to find our order? Horrible customer service.

Bad experience. As a french Canadian it’s ok to adapt for new arrivals but I’m french and the women in the drive said hi/hello so i order in french. But then said: just let me tell you something i don’t speak french I’m an immigrant so you will have to order again. In English now so i can understand… i was speechless and drove away. Coffee can be good at mc Donald to.

No matter what flows happen during a year, being open on Christmas day deserves respect and 10 stars! Thank you Tim Hortons and every employee there.

Glacé au chocolat certainement de la journée d'avant, la vanille française était à moitié rempli. La personne qui nous a servi au service à l'auto nous répondeait en anglais même si on lui parlait en français, elle continuait à parler avec les autres employés durant le service même pas regarder le client. Je suis obligé à mettre un étoile. Dernière fois certain que j'y vais là.

D’abord, on se fait répondre en anglais au service au volant. L’employée semble avoir du mal à comprendre le français. Nous avons demandé des Timbits fourrés à la framboise et deux beignes glacés. Arrivés à la fenêtre, on nous remet une boîte de timbits gâteau de fête. Lorsque nous demandons poliment à l’employée de vérifier la commande, sa collègue arrive en demandant « c’est quoi son problème?  » et nous informe qu’ils ne font pas de timbits aux framboises. De plus, les deux beignes glacés ont été empilés l’un sur l’autre et sont collés ensemble. Très mauvaise expérience….

Let’s start off by saying if i could give 0 star i would. Ive been going to this tims hortons for over 10 years. The service has become ridiculously disrespectful and slow. They never have anything in stock past 4pm. And let’s not even start on charging for ustencils and a glass of water. They don’t understand english or french it’s impossible to get what we ordered they always mess it up because they don’t speak either languages. No common sense at all either.

On a fait une commande en ligne pour des icecaps, et ils étaient de couleur noire! Comment vous savez pas faire des icecaps

L’employée au guichet de service au volant, samedi vers 8 pm est excessivement irrespectueuse et impolie! J’ai payé ma commande et ramassé mes boissons mais elle n’a pas arrêté de me donner des regards bizzares. Donc, je lui ai demandé ce qu’elle a? Si c’est tout est ok? Elle me répond pas ellle continue pourtant à me regarder puis commance à parler en autre langue avec ses camarades! J’ai trouvé ça insultant à part qu’elle m’a donné un thé au pêche au lieu d’un givré aux fraises!

La première fois J'ai commander 2 menu entier poir 34 sous et il mon donner 2 bouteil
La deuxième (et dernière fois que j'irai)
Il non pas du tout respecter ma commande car sois disant qui nettoyer une machine 3h avant la fin d'un service
De plus il prefer s'amuser à l'arrière que travailler correctement c'est inadmissible

Impolitesse de la part de la fille a la récupération de la commande du service au volant a la fenêtre. La fille un peu métis.

Service pitoyable, il y avait environ 15 employés dans la cuisine et personne ne semblait savoir quoi faire. Erreur dans la commande, très longue attente avant de la recevoir. Les employés parlent très fort entre eux. Le gérant était sur place à regarder son cellulaire et est resté indifférent à nos commentaires. Bacon non cuit, laitue passée date et j'en passe! Service en français à oublier. C'était ma première et ma dernière visite. Ils auraient avantage à superviser les employés car ils semblaient très immatures.

I got very rude service today. Their drive thru system at the front has been broken as long as I can remember …the girl that took my order made me think she understood my order (she repeated me and everything) only for them to get my order totally wrong …. They had to describe to each other what my order was even though I gave the name on their menu …AND I got scolded for not talking loud enough on the microphone when I went to the window …. I don’t know if it was by the manager like the other reviews are saying but the ordering system short-circuited in front of me.so maybe the wrong order had more to do with the drive thru speaker system as usual

Très difficile de se faire comprendre en français, j'avais demandé un bol Habanero on m'a donné un wrap. J'avais demandé des quartiers de pomme de terre on me donne des patates déjeuné, dans ma petite boîte de Tim Bits "mélangés" il n'y avait que chocolat et glacés au miel. Laisse a désiré

Très insatisfait pour le service. Ce n'est plus comme avant malheureusement.
Je retourne jamais la. J'ai trouvé un insect dans le goblet du café. Et même la caissière voulait me charger des sous pour un vert d'eau. C'est inacceptable.
Jamais je retourne la après mes 8ans de consommation là bas.

Ça a pris 3h à la fille pour comprendre notre commande. La commande était même pas bonne il nous manquait le bagel et les patates. Quand ils sont venus nous porter le bagel il était tout décapiter et y’avait pratiquement pas de fromage dedans (comme vous pouvez voir sur les photos, donne vraiment pas envie) nos patates déjeuner étaient super salées pas mangeable, c’est même pas supposer être salé?

The service at this Tim horton is 0/10. They are always in a rush and don’t take the time to take your order properly. Always doing mistakes. This place should close.

Ordered wrap matin and steak and cheese muffin through Door Dash. Was pleasantly surprised every thing came fairly quickly and well made. The only problem is that you can't order additional items like tomatoes and lettuce for your wrap when you do Door Dash.
Had no complaints at all about the quality of the food.
Would order from them again.

Je suis une amoureuse du tim mais je suis déçue par votre service. Y'a eu des erreurs dans mes commandes à plusieurs reprises! Un produit manquant, une boisson froide à la place d'une chaude.etc.
Vous devez bien lire les commandes avant de les envoyer.

C'est quoi le problème.quand on demande de vérifier si toute est dans la commande.c'est jamais vérifier ils disent oui oui tout est là et je redemande 3fois Tim matin 2x sandwich, 2x cappuccino et.juste 1 Tim matin. Vérifier avant que je paye et après en recevant la commande et je me fait dire OUI.tout est là. Je dois payer des frais pour passer ma carte 2 fois et surprise.pas de gérant.et c toujours comme ça sans compter les fois où ils parle même pas français dans une ville majoritairement français.

Ordered today at 1: 39pm Sainte-Dorothee location. They usually get my order wrong, but this time was so unacceptable that I had to leave a review. My bagel was completely burnt to a crisp and hard like a rock. And to top it off, the timbits were stale. This is a prime location with plenty of traffic through the store non stop. How do the timbits even have time to get stale? And how does an employee even dare to put cream cheese on a bagel this black and serve it to a customer? Horrible.
Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to the store to ask for a refund because I had meetings all day. Either way, it’s not like they ever include my receipt in the bag.

Used to be one of the most efficient and reliable Tim. Now for a while they make mistakes EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there for basic stuff, no weird or picky order. Ask for a simple grilled cheese, no matter how many cars in front, they make me wait on the other side of the building for it. And litterally NONE of the employees in weekdays pm can speak english or french, so no wonder they can't take an order. I don't really blame them as i do the management of the place. They should get this place in check.

I give 0 stars. I had to give a minimum of 1 star to write a review. 10mins wait at drive thru & the next time, 15-20mins wait. Incredible! Stay away!

Personnel courtois et funny. Mais ils ne sont pas assez pour suffire à la demande. Service lent parce qu’ils doivent se diviser en 4. Demander à un employé de runner la place seul pendant 4h c’est pas humain. Les employés qui demandent qu’on fasse une plainte.

The worse Tim Horton's EVER dirty no tim cafe no doughnuts no muffins and the guy was asleep. I sat at the drive threw and then when it stood there and never saw a more DISGUSTING PLACE. IF I COULD TAKE THE STAR OFF ITS BETTER IF IT CLOSES DOWN NO1 WANTS TO WALK IN TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE OF TIM HORTON'S SLEEP ON THE FLOOR

Service trop lent et qualité de la bouffe est comparable à un plant de tomate à la fin Octobre, tu le vois dépérir sous tes yeux.

Les employés après minuit se coliss de vous a 100% (le samedi) j'ai attendu 10 minutes devant le service a l'auto pour apres finir par rentrer et le gars se cache derrière le bar a snadwich et parle au telephone vraiment décevant

At 3: 30 am. I get to drive through, the gentleman tells me one moment. Another car comes in the second lane few minutes later, I backup obviously forgot about me I come back through the lane still no response. I drive to the window and in French I tell him I think you forgot about me. Oh he says. I ask for a Gaufre Belge, he has no clue what I'm talking about.and he tells me why we have no breaks here and I just had time to light one up. Ahhhjh ok! So someone who seems off is gonna make.my food? I d'on't think so. Sir, thanks for sharing! I'm just going to go across the bridge to the next Tim Hortons!

Not the best Tim, but i recommend since so far from what i see, i like the new renovation, it gives the place a classy style and a place to grab a coffee alone or with friends

Worst service ever. They dont even put your order in a bag. They trow you the machine, at the same time throw you your order. Like here and move on. Pathetic no service.

Paid more than what I had too, told them it was more expensive then usual and also Tim matin is still cold.

Absolutely terrible experience, I literally had to wait 18: 56 minutes for my order. The stuff were serving the drive through first.

Very good service, the employees are polite and patient. I find it very rare to find any sort of issue with this establishement.

La dame qui travaillait ce matin à 9h45 à la commande à l’auto, pire service ever! Si tu n’aimes pas ton emploi, change de travail! Le service à la clientèle n’est pas fait pour tout le monde. Faire subir ta mauvaise humeur aux autres n’est pas tolérable et l’envoyer promener ne l’est encore moins! Je n’avais pas à subir tes frustrations personnelles. Merci d’avoir mal débuté ma journée!

Horrible service. This location is an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons name. A great start would get to fire the disrespectful, big Italian lady that works at the window.

Ce Tim a été récemment rénové! Belle surprise! Sièges plus plus confortables, avec un coin avec des tables basses. J'aime bien!

Had their new chicken sandwich it was not good all even at the low price of $1.99. Won't have it again.

Always good. Sometimes gets my coffee order wrong but I forgive them. Their friendliness makes up for it:)

They hire young kids with bad attitude, today I was treated with disrespect from one of their employees! I still don't understand why she was yelling at me while taking my order! Intentionally she didn't give me my receipt, 15 minutes later waiting her coworker were asking me what I have ordered? ! Her supervisor had to print my receipt to fill my order
