Tim Hortons

J'ai commandé 3 wraps matin du travailleur avec saucisse et bacon. Dans aucun des wraps il n'y avait d'oeuf et j'avais demandé une patate en extra et elle n'était pas dans mon sac. Ils devaient être 9 personnes en arrière du comptoir. Très très décevant.

Tim Hortons au 208 boul. St-Raymond, Gatineau (secteur Hull) - 15 août 2023 vers 9h35, service au volant pas de lait ni crème pour le café alors direction boul Cité des Jeunes. Il est inacceptable de ne pas avoir ces items. De plus, la propreté laisse à désirer. Le personnel n’est pas toujours sympathique. Serait-ce la fin de la belle époque des Tim Hortons.

The most mismanaged Tim’s.
Today, they have no food at 8AM! (May 24,2023)
Huge staff turn over, obviously not enough training.
The owner should sell this place to a more involved person.

June 14th, doors are locked!
Someone please manage this place.

Employees are somehow worse than the food they prepare. They genuinely don't care, got ignored for 10min because the employees were having a chat near the drive thru window, I shouldnt have to yell for service what happened to fast food. Then was told I can't get said food because they, according to the girl at the cash, didnt sell any food at this hour (8pm), I then asked the manager and he said they do so that was probably just laziness from the employee. Sad to see what my favourite coffee/fast food chain went to. Not only did I need to yell for service but the employee arbitrairly decided that she couldnt prepare food.

10 + staff, and it takes them on average 5 mins to serve 1 order. 2 to 3 staff walking on the line talking and not really doing anything other than trying to look busy. Arrived and with 3 couples in front of me, waited 17 mins before I put my order in

On doit être patient, mais je comprends c'est n'est pas évident de trouver des employés. Avec le peu de personnes qui l'ont ils se sont bien débrouillés.

Samedi matin 12 fevrier 8h30. Je me presente au comptoir et je dit bonjour au jeune comis, il ne me repond pas. Il ou elle, je n'arrive même pas à dire si c'est un garçon ou une fille mais peu importe, et je lui dit ça va? Le fameux " salut ça va? ". Rien à faire une vrai roche. Du coaching.

When I explained that my drink was sll messed up they weren’t happy about it, although they made it again, I know the employee crashed in it as there were mucus at the bottom of the cup, it was one of the busiest days in my life so I didn’t have time to deal with it but I never came back!

Nothing new here, they got my order wrong once again! Asked for a dark roast coffee with 2 cream and 2 sweeteners. Upon pickup at the window, I ask again if its 2 creams and 2 sweeteners, the young person says "yea". So I leave and while I'm driving, I have a sip of my coffee and sweet like sugar, they dont care if they get my coffee wrong, but to me, I am a type 1 diabetic, sugar is poison.maybe hire more responsible people to work!

Been waiting 47 minutes for coffee. 47 minutes. First the drive thru speaker didn't work. Then the wait to order. Then they told us to park and they'd bring it out to us.been waiting 26 minutes just sitting parked. Waiting. My Husband left 5 minutes ago to go inside and see. I'm now late for my christmas dinner with colleagues. Unreal. It was painful watching a gentleman make a sandwich. The poor man standing waiting for him to be finished with his sandwich with excruciating agony and patience that was dwindling. If I didn't just order a 24 person coffee party kit worth 42.00 I would have walked away.

Its good and bad, every time I get coffee from here I know it will taste different than the last time.

I've tried to eat at this location 5 times and they are not open. Makes NO SENSE. Sunday at 1: 00? Nope. Why. Tell me why the restaurant isn't open. Drive thru easily 30+ mins. Avoid.

Over half an hour to get donuts and coffee ordered thru app, pick up at store. What a disaster of a location.

1 étoile c'est encore trop généreux. 20 minutes au drive avant de passer la commande. Un autre 15 minutes avant de la recevoir. De loin le tim le plus au ralenti que j'ai vu en plus ya juste 1 ligne au drive.pathétique.

If i could i would give this a 0 star.we ordered 5 bagels and they were all burnt black and we asked to put cream cheese but they didn’t even put cream cheese on any of them.

The staff are always doing there best to make you feel comfortable, even when they are slow or get your orders wrong, they apologize, and do their best to make the right thing. The food is great and the staff is really nice.

They almost always have coffee.
If you want ANY other Tim's menu item they will not have it. Try it out for yourself!
Ask for a particular donut. Nope.
Ask for a sandwich. Nope.
If you're really lucky you will wait 20 minutes in the drive through then be told the credit/interact machine isn't working!
It's fun!

Extremely slow, and the coffee is not properly filtered, there are coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup.

Consistently very slow. 30+min waiting is not uncommon. Order is often wrong. No other Tim Hortons within the area is likely the only reason it has stayed in business with the poor service.

C'est le meill6Tim Horton de la région. Meilleur timatin saucisse sur pain anglais et que dire des capuccino glacé: couleur foncé Bravo C'est mon préféré

Définitivement le Tims le plus sale et croté que j'ai vu.

Une honte pour la chaîne.

Des déchets partout. C'est jamais ramassé.

Et le gérant du jour, un gros 2 de piques, fait pas sa job. Oui, c'est juste un Tims mais il a une limite. Si c'est croté partout, le gérant sans fou, ben bonne chance avec la bouffe.

Best Tim Hortons we found in the 10 months we were in Gatineau. (Run by high school kids). Orders are made right, fresh, the customer service is top notch, there's no rudeness or agression from employees (I'm looking at you Rotten Ronnies on Mt. BLEU). Rather go to Ontario than deal with customer service in Québec. Kudos to you young kids doing a good job.

I can't believe how slow this place is.
Waited 25 minutes to place order.then waited another 15 to get our coffee and food.

It must be the slowest Tim Hortons in all of Canada. It's a 10-15 min wait everytime. (Edit, it took 25 minutes!).

Super slow service, you can wait easily 10 minutes in the drive thru and inside its not better. Also it can happens that they cannot make ice coffee or ice cap for wathever reason. Not my favorite Tim's

Everytime I come here. I am stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Every one around this area says it is the worst tims. 5 years ago it was amazing and now it's sooooook slowwwwwwwwwwwww. I had the time to even right this review.

Le service est tellement mauvais, plusieurs personnes on mentionnes que le Proprio a aucun respect envers son staff et clients; et il est encore en affaire. Nous allons appeler la Maison Mere, head office.

Walked in at 9: 55 am. Order placed inside ten minutes as there was a line. Stood for 20 minutes watching drive thru being served their food not one customer inside was served their food. Finally spoke up and asked if anyone inside was going to be served as I had already been there 20 minutes and five men were waiting longer.

The worst Tim Hortons in Gatineau by far, terrible customer service ; I was told that the Owner doesn't care about the customers.

I don't get it, why they don't have respect for the customers. I was told the Owner doesn't care about service.

Incroyable! C'est vraiment dégueulasse, sale et répugnant. Je ne vais pas retourner là. Le plancher semble ne pas avoir été lavé depuis des semaines. Sans parler du service, j'ai dû demander d'avoir des serviettes, laver ma table et avoir une paille.

Après 5 minutes je suis retour au comptoir car je n'avais toujours pas mon café. Pour finir mon beigne était sec.

Ce Tim Hortons est vraiment le pire de Gatineau, incroyable ; vous allez contacter comment c'est mauvais.

Nice location in Gatineau. Very cozy and clean. Finally can sit down in a Timmies again. Had the filled ring dream donut but unfortunately they didn't have the Quebec famous 'Chocolatine'.

Parce qu'on a juste attendre le paiement pour avoir de la nourriture. En plus, on peut embaucher des jeunes de 15 à 17 ans pour les donner de l'expérience

If i could rate 0 stars i would, they never have anything, todays no bacon, no chipotle sauce, no hash browns and 2 weeks after the new donuts are annonce and on the menu they still dont have it. Always take for than 10min at the drive thru

This restaurant is EXTREMELY slow both for Drive thru and inside. Inside the store was absolutely DISGUSTING! Spilt coffee and god knows what else all over the floor and counter where you pick up your coffee, the food prep station was covered in food scraps and sauce and the bathroom was atrocious! I will not return to this disgusting place!

This location is probably the worst when you go inside now and the drive through is just ridiculous. Waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken.

Food station seems to be very efficient however, so props to that guy.

Avoid if going to work or in a hurry.

For some reason this location is consistently the slowest service that I've ever received at a tim horton's drive thru throughout any province. It's unreal.

Nous devons être très prudent.

They had an Indian guy on the phone, we ordered for coffee he gave us tea. We also ordered a croissant, he took the order but never gave us. On reaching the window we asked him for our complete order. He said that was it. He was even yelling. I guess he had a bad day and wanted to pour his anger on us. But it's a good location anyway.

Leur dark roast sauve la mise. Par contre, c'est mal géré et il y a souvent beaucoup trop d'attente. J'y suis allé un samedi après-midi pour me faire dire qu'il ne restait plus de beignes parce que c'est "trop long à faire". Ah bon. Donc vous vendez des beignes et du café et vous n'avez plus de beignes? C'est particulier, mais à quoi s'attendre d'autre: ce sont des ados payés au salaire minimum.je peux presque comprendre.

I was there at around midnight, the doors were locked but they've let me order at the drive thru window despite not having a car. I wanted a cream cheese bagle with bacon but there were not enough bacon to make it so they've put what was left and didn't charge me. Thanks!

Sandwich a bit burned and rushed. Forgot my drink and muffin. The employee who fix it was really kind so I still give they 2 star.

Pas de service. Ça prend un éternité pour ta commande et en plus t ai même pas capable d avoir ton bon café. Gang d endormi fini avec le tims. Ça c'est le matin vers 5h. Change ton personnel. Merci. J'avais eu une mauvaise expérience de fin de semaine car cetais très lent. J'y suis retournee et j'ai eu un excellent service. Ines et Tony m'ont servis! Très souriant! 5 étoiles for sure!

Always dirty where they make the food I would never ever by food for there I can just imagine what it looks like in the back.disgusting

Straight up the worst Timmy's in all of Gatineau. I've been a repeat customer for years now and the one thing I can say they're good at is consistency. As in being consistently bad. Avoid this place at all costs. Please take my word for it. The wait times are stupid, management is non existent. The only thing they can do without fail is get your order wrong. And the drive through is a joke.

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in the region. This location is in dire need of a much needed renovation or at the minimum an all around good scrubbing and cleaning. I try to avoid this particular location as it often (if not always) dirty, tables not clean, etc. The staff (mostly teens) is trying but premises are a disgrace.
