Tim Hortons

I go every morning for a simple order, coffee, yet they often manage to get my order wrong even though it’s on their screen

It’s one of the best Tim Hortons I have seen, the staff is very polite, respectful and helpful, the store is very clean, and the atmosphere is friendly.

Great staff with good food but pricing is very budget friendly despite the inflation situation happening.

Biscuit with sausage and egg it’s really good. If you feel alone it’s a good place to see people, families, friends, lololo sometimes it’s a very busy place.

Great service. Great staff. Atmosphere is the best from any Tim Hortons I've been to before. Very big and, luxurious compared to any other Tim's I've been too. Excellent decor and have merch for sale and some that I haven't seen in their other franchises. I took off a bit on the food cause I understand that costs increased since Covid but, if you're gonna charge more for the classic items you have.well, at that price I want to be able to choose which cream cheese I take as I've done for decades at any Tim's I could get garlic and fine herbs cream cheese. Now Tim's seems to have nerfed it off of the menu. At the size of the franchise I don't think that this is what'll make them go bankrupt.

The fastest Tim hortons I've been to in a long time. The line just moved. Both me and the kids where impressed at the speed of the drive through line.

The superviser was mean I didn't like her attitude with me
She was mad for a mistake that her staff did in my order and i was so calm but every-time im come to eat here its the same thing

I always have a mobile take out order and my order is always ready on time and the staff recognizes me everything and call me by name. Great customer service.

The quality of the food is great, the seating indoors is nice. I just find that the service is a little slow, it was much quicker before. Overall it's a great timmies.

Le service est assez ordinaire, beaucoup d’erreurs, peu d’excuses et attitude qui laisse beaucoup de place à amélioration.
La gérante qui crie après ses employés ou jase au téléphone main libre assis parmi les clients.
Bref, on y passe car c’est sur la rout, sans plus.

Rude staff specially the 45 yo woman at the drive thru. No good donuts most the time, or just plain ones left. Everytime.

This place is absolutely gross inside, no one takes care of cleaning and especially the vents above the cash, they are blocked! Completely tried to talk to manager but no one seems to care

Nice cup of ice capp.every day, i will be missing it. Loved french vanilla, Tim bits and doughnuts. A fresh taste, out of this world.

I ordered two chicken Bacon ranch wraps with a large coffee as I had a coupon for two for 8 wraps, I received one wrap and my coffee, however when I asked where the second wrap was they said that they messed up the order and couldn't give it to me, they still charged me the $8 for the wrap and refused to assist me with getting the correct order.

Great service, everything was fresh and the coffee was blissful, because they actually stir the coffee well instead of dipping the spoon 2 sec and giving the coffee, great experience compared to my usual coffee run, and the dining is looking great as well

Le pire des Tim's du boulevard St Jean. La crème à café laisser sur un comptoir, donne un goût dégueulasse dans le café. De la crème à café faut que sa soit Froid. Le café est dégueu! À plusieurs reprises j'ai essayé et toujours le même résultat!

Pas de service en Français. Que se soit au volant ou à l’intérieur. Et en anglais c’est très très médiocre.

I was parked outside, my wife enter to order a coffee. Half and hour later. I text her "ugh are you alright? " She replied "yeah they are just really slow and screwed up a few orders in a row trying to deal with the clients ahead of me right now. "

It was my only experience with this Tim Hortons, probably a bad day, probably a episodic random unlucky moment. It is what it is

The food good, coffee very good, the place is clean the only problem is customer service some times the give you a different order than you don't ask.

Interior is warm & cozy as you'd expect, seeing that the exterior seems more upscale than usual. And good service!

Bacon Farmers raps are simply the best breakfast raps you can find! Plus if you use the Tim apps there are often deals like 2 for 5 bucks!

Great service, great prices, love that non-dairy milk is an option now, lots of charging stations and space between tables. What else can you ask for from Tim's?

Every time we pass by this Tim Hortons, they never have timbits. This time was no different so instead i decided to ask for some donuts. They once again did not have many varieties left but nonetheless I asked for two different donuts. When we drove off, we noticed that they got one of the donuts wrong (even though I repeated my order more than once) so we turned back and went to the drive through window to inform the employee. It was 8: 55pm and they had already turned off the lights. Once I got to the window, the employees were inside right in front of the window but they were deciding to ignore me. The employee that served me even came to the window and looked at me and while I was talking, he decided to turn away. I waited for 5 minutes but no one else came to help even though they all knew I was there. Very disappointed and I will be sure to never visit this Tim Hortons again.

UGH I LOVE THIS STORE! THEY NEVER MESS UP MY ICE COFFEE! ITS ALWAYS TASTY? Every other store its like playing freaking ice coffee roulette but here its pretty good cute brown girls

Long drive-though lines. And staff can be a little ore friendly. But still a good place to get coffee.

Two stars for two occasions when they forgot to include the hash brown. The first time I let it go but the second time went back to complain. Not even a simple sorry from the manager.

Juste Hi! Aucun bonjour au service au volant, même si je demande mon café en français, et demande si elle parle le français, elle dit oui mais insiste de parler en anglais avec une attitude détestable, une chance que les Tim sont pas toute pareille, j’ai passé ici le 4 nov 2020 le matin
