Tim Hortons

Suis allée encore hier vers 22h45 et c'était affreux. Tables et planchers sales.
Un BLT m'a été servi avec laitue toute molle et noircie partout. Aucune tonate. J'ai tout rapporté. La propreté et hygiène alimentaire ce n'est pas leur problème. Affreux!
Fini pour moi, pour de bon.
Je pense qu'il faut faire une plainte pour inspection.

Le problème ici, cesont les employés. Comprennent mal le français pour certains, ne nettoient pas les comptoirs, des ti-matins dont les muffins anglais sont encore gelés après cuisson. Etc.

J’ai commander un tim matin. Les œufs était tellement degeulasse j’ai tout recraché. Ainsi que ma patate déjeuner. Je ne pense pas que les produits était frais comme mentionné dans les publicités.

I went with my son after school ordered a sandwich ham and cheese with salad and coffee and bottle of water
What i received a sandwich of salad that’s.i search my invoice to see what i ordered exactly yes it’s ham and cheese. I asked the employee there is a mistake with my order all she says » no Madam there’s no mistake … «
And stuff are chatting and laughing telling stories between each other … No respect no clean floor. I cleaned my table before i set… sorry this is not Tim Hortons i use to know!

The best and fastest service both on drive through and inside ever, a must try spot for hot and fresh coffees same for the pasteries.always clean and all employees are very friendly

Fastest drive through service! The coffee was very fresh and all the donuts were to die for. Very clean space and the employees were very welcoming. Shoutout to the manager:)

Bon choix de beignes. Café frais. Boissons rafraîchissantes à bon goût.
Les bagels et les muffins sont frais.

Great Organization only all donuts are sweet needs some paties salted stuff also even diabetes patients can enjoy also.

This Tim is close to my place. We come in weekend for coffee and croissants etc. Two weeks in a roll, we found out the croissants we bought tasted like previous night leftover. The service is not that great either. We will switch to the other Tim nearby from now on.

Service à l’auto très ordinaire parlé un minimum de français je comprendrais avec le manque d’employés mais à éviter

J’ai acheté un biscuit à 1$99 il m’on chargé les Timbit à 2$39 pas juste une fois mais ça arrivait deux fois. Fais attention à vérifier vos factures.

Unprofessional staff. Specially the boys. They just see the customer at the front and walk away.

Très déçu de mon passage. Il faisait froid dans la succursale, les employés étaient z côtes sur les machines, la salle était pas propre du tout. J'ai demandé de monter le chauffage et la réponse était. On ne sait pas comment.

Le 10 décembre à 19: 30, j’ai été invité par un ami chez Tim Horton Salaberry. On avait commandé 2 beignets avec 2 cafés et 2 crèmes à côté. J’avais précisé que les crèmes, on souhaiterait les avoir à côté.

Une fois attablé, on s’était aperçus que les crèmes ont été versées dans les cafés. Pas grave. On se lève pour aller demander si y a possibilité de rectifier en proposant même de payer 2 nouveaux cafés.

Seulement la serveuse d’une part, ne voulait pas nous adresser la parole et en plus, de son emplacement près des machines faisait des grimaces méprisantes. Heureusement qu’il y avait un jeune homme à côté d’elle qui était venu nous écouter et nous reservir gentillement.
L’histoire aurait pu se terminer là, mais la demmoiselle n’arrêtait pas de faire le va et vient en nous fixant des yeux avec les mêmes moues dédaigneuses.

C’était très désagréable et incompréhensible surtout qu’on s’était montré gentils et courtois avec elle.

Je comprends qu’en fin de journée on soit un peu moins réceptif mais de là à se comporter de la sorte est tout simplement incorrecte.

A bunch of kids doing nothing! Literally nothing but walking around. No customer service whatsoever. This review is for the manager of this location, train your night employees because except for a young guy with curly hair, the rest of the girls do nothing.

I ordered 2 coffee and half a dozen of Boston cream donuts to go. I can't believe the coffee tasted like from yesterday and the Boston cream donut has no cream inside or they're just being cheap. This is the only and worst Tim Hortons I've been to in all of Montreal. Now I know why so many bad reviews about this place. If I can give it 0 star I would. "AVOID THIS LOCATION. BAD MANAGEMENT AND NO FOOD QUALITY CONTROL"

I've been to cleaner PIG farms. Arrived at 0615h there were FIVE staff members behind the counter, and I was ignored by ALL of them!

Parfait comme endroit mais le seul problème c'est que le café vanille française chauds sont trop brasser et sa prends trop de volumes est ce que vous pouvez diminuer les bulles pour avoir plus de café merci!

Ordered on door dash, recieved 3/4 of my order wrong, even for the easiest things, and things i paid extra for, they didnt even try to contact me or reimburse for the things that werent there, i cant understand of it is possible to mess up that bad.

Not met my expectations
The coffee was not perfectly hot and it lacked sugar as well
My bagel was so hard that it could be hardly chewed.

Best tim hortons in town NO EXAGERATION! Service very very quick for both the drive-thru and inside service. Employees dont even waste a second to serve you. Food is well done and always warm and fresh. The donuts are perfect too lol shoutout to the baker.

Passed by for a medium French vanilla, once I got back to work i noticed the cup was so light opened it and it seemed like someone already drank a quarter of it.

I asked the girl if they have hash browns and she said no, when we get to the window she is literally eating some infront of me! Next They drop my iced coffee on the floor and it took 4 people to remake my iced coffee. Great job guys!

Des employés du service à l'auto NE PARLENT PAS LE FRANÇAIS. Voyez donc la description du propriétaire ici même sur cette page rédigée uniquement en anglais. Les employés du service à l'auto non professionnels. A chaque fois se comportent en ados et désinvoltes avec le client. Bouffe passable pour un Tim. Ne donnent pas de facture, comme tous les Tim.

Received my order with a coffee UPSIDE DOWN ON TOP OF MY FOOD! I called the delivery company doordash who told me to call the store that made the order for refund, the employee told me I absolutely deserved a refund but because his manager was not there I had to call back the next day. Called half a dozen times today, nobody answers. Custoer service told me I will get an email in 3 to 5 days from their online help desk. Next time I order, I'll oay them in 3 to 5 days. If they refuse, they will NEVER GET A PENNY FROM ME EVER AGAIN!

Found the urge to share my positive feedback and experience after a small mistake in a drive through order. Manager answered call and questions professionally and respectfully, then proceeded to resolution. Came back following day, and again the manager made the order with his own hands making sure everything was clear. Appreciate the help and also the support for his employees on floor.

Never again. Very slow service, horrible drive through experience. They dont provide receipts as their printing machine is not working. Avoid this place!

I ordered with Uber eats and I didn’t receive the 6 donuts that I had ordered I call the Tim hortons 50 times but it showed that the user was busy. I don’t understand how disrespectful are they to not even receive one of my calls.

When we got there, it was still early and they had nothing (no meat, no bagels, no breads, no muffins). That's a big problem, plus the girl at the drive through didn't speak French and ended up switching the language in the middle of the convo for no reason

Le gars de nuit du 2dec au 3dec vers 3h00am parle 0 français et anglais! Et pas foutu de comprendre club à la Tim et chocolatine (porte pas son uniforme). Un vrai 2 watt sérieux ça fais dure!

Le pire.j'attends 20 min deux bagels à la crème pour qu'ils me disent qu'ils ont oublié de préparer et qu'ils vont le faire maintenant.et après ils se rendent compte qu'ils n'ont plus d'ingrédients.

Si je pouvais donner AUCUNE étoile c'est ce que je donnerais pour cette succursale. Cliente à cette endroit depuis 4 ans mais depuis 1 an c'est de pire en pire comme service au volant. Délai d'attente augmenter, erreur dans les commandes et roulement de personnel, manque de courtoisie et de service clientèle. Souvent l'employé qui est à la fenêtre m'accueil en anglais, pas de façon, le port du masque sous le nez ou au menton et le manque de nettoyage des mains entre les clients surtout ceux qui payent en argent et après ils nous donnent notre commande.

Il manque plusieurs ingrédients dans mon sandwich et la qualité de ceux qui y sont laisse à désiré. Je ne recommande pas ce tim hortons.

They hardly pay attention to you, no one is wearing their mask and if so, it's worn incorrectly. Probably the worst Tim's I've ever frequented.

They constantly make mistakes on your order. They almost never get it right. What’s worse is that this is the second time in one year that there is a long hair in my wrap. As I was eating I noticed a hair hanging from the wrap, initially I thought it could be mine but when I tried to push it out of the way I realized half of it was in the wrap which means it wasn’t mine. It wasn’t a hair that fell onto the wrap it was really cooked in the wrap. Absolutely nasty I vomited everything and will never go back there. They are not sanitary. If I could give 0 stars I would.
