The attitude of manager is very rude towards employee name harshit sharma. I didn’t get my complete payment he cut salary without any reason. I recommend never work this tim Hortons. Very terrible experience.

To the attention of managers! For Easter, my husband and I decided to have a bite to eat at Tim Hortons #1292 (5108 Decarie Blvd.). The girl at the checkout (short in stature, speaking in the voice of a boss) refused to give us the orange juice we paid for, citing the fact that she gave it to us. We refused, but she insisted and refused to give us our order. But why? What have we done to distrust us? Quite humiliating was the scene when I began to open my bag to show her what was inside, but she did not want to look and continued to stand her ground. How is this possible? After my husband asked for a manager, another girl gave us this ill-fated bottle of juice we bought for our daughter. I wanted to know the name of the saleswoman who surprised us so much, but she refused to tell us. So I don't know. I'm putting other Tim Hortons employees at risk because I can't name the saleswoman who ruined both our dinner and our festive mood. It seems that there should not be such aggression towards people in your establishment.
This girl, by the way, does not understand a word of French, and it is easier for me to explain myself in French. Perhaps that gave her the right to speak less kindly to us? I don't know.

Avril 23rd 2023 @ 401pm. There was almost nothing available but timbits and a croissant. When asked if there were going to make some donuts, we were answered with a smile and a blank stare. Uhhh hello? ! Is anyone home? ! Still no answer from the person behind the counter so we left.

Unscrupulous shopkeeper, it’s too vicious and disgusting! I parked my car in the parking lot of this store, went to the federal government agency first, and then bought a cup of coffee from this store. When I got back to the car, I found that I had been fined. There must be someone in this store who monitors the parking lot. As long as they find out who stops and doesn‘t directly enter the store for consumption, People from the parking management company will be called to post the ticket. And this parking management company is even more disgusting, after I filed a complaint, they actually replied that although you are our customer, you can't leave our store to go elsewhere, otherwise you can't park in our parking lot

I eat at tim horton. On 27 of october 2022 but then also they gave me a ticket while saying that you are not our customer.

J'ai commandé un simple café. L'employée ne parle pas du tout français. Elle ne comprend même pas "moyen deux-deux".

Tu ne sais pas parler français c'est une chose, mais la politesse n'est pas une question de langue!
La prochaine que je croise cette jeune fille lunette à la caisse et qu'elle m'injurie de cette façon je porte plainte

Service unilingue anglais, quoi que l’anglais ne semblais pas sa première langue, employée aux caisses au cellulaire avec ses airpods, urinoirs hors services depuis plus d’un an, odeur nauséabonde permanente dans les toilettes…je suis en droit de m’inquiéter de la salubrité de la cuisine!

The service girl was so rude. She said there was no sandwich. We then asked whether there was soup. She was impatient and kept saying "nothing nothing. ". We felt we were not welcome there and ordered food in Wendy next door.

Bathroom was very bad smell I go inside and I was vomiting I never see the restaurant like that in my entire life they should take care of the bathroom meanies bathroom

Please fire the girl working at the counter. We waited 10 minutes in front of the counter before she decided to show up and take our order. She doesn’t speak either English or French so couldn’t even answer our questions. She even started to yell at me because she couldn’t understand and answer me. And she casually answered her phone while making my order, put her EarPod and started chatting on the phone in her language. What on Earth?

Came at 6pm on September 3rd and the girl was rude and unprofessional. She couldn't even speak a word of English of French.

Came to this tim Hortons to grab a quick bite, turns out they have literally nothing available. No croissants, no nutribowls, donuts / Timbits.extremely disappointing. Avoid this tim Hortons at all cost.

Sont pas foutus de respecté ce que l'on demande.je ne sais pas quel genre d'employés ils engagent, mais c'est honteux. 3 fois je passe des commandes toujours erronées

The place is very dirty. No sanitizer. Tables are not cleaned with leftovers from previous clients. Even the counters are sticky. I called the attention of 1 crew about the situation and if not taken action I will post a review. The answer I got was "I don't care, I don't mind. " This is very irresponsible. The washroom, however, needs a massive cleanup. Very, very stinky. Really embarrassing.

Ce tim hortons veux vraiment sauvé de l argent en mettant moin de condiment, j ai recu un sandwich BLT avec une tranche de bacon seulement, service lent et pas courtois.

J'ai été 2 fois dans la journée du 18 novembre 2020. Première commande un café 2 creme 2 sucre. Mon café était pratiquement noir et pas sucré. 4 heure plus tard j'ai commandé cappuccino glacé et on me sert avec un cappucino très foncé presque pas de crême. Faut croire qui veulent économiser la crème.

I’d avoid this branch - they only had one person on staff and she got everything on the order wrong. I ordered ahead in advance on the mobile app but still had to wait 15 minutes despite there being only one other customer.

Monday morning 7AM, not even lettuce in the house to make a BLT, management could do better. Place is not clean, unclear covid directions.

Endroit convenablement propre. Service à la clientèle lente. Produits du menu OK. Pas le meilleur Tim Horton du coin, mais dépanne bien si petite fringale ou soif!

Staff's presence of mind is hardly there to serve you accordingly, forget properly, and maybe they are having a bad day.i may understand but the worst part is their breakfast wrap ehich is getting smaller and smaller.similar to their reputation in providing great product and service.

Ils ne remplissent pas les boissons à complet, les boissons glaces ont des grands moreceaux de glace puis en général ils économisent sur tout ce qu’ils peuvent car même le sandwich avais peu de contenu

Slowest service I've ever seen in any tim Horton employees couldn't care less, plus my food was all damaged wrap barely editable, I'd wait to find another Tim's before I'd go there again

Very very bad service, 2 impolite crews on duty at 7: 45pm July 17,2019. Didn't give exact details of my order, waited for nothing, have to order again.waited for another 10 minutes just to be screamed twice of my order. Customers looked around who were they screaming for. These 2 ladies don't deserve to work in customer-oriented jobs. They need to be educated more & undergo rigid training or better yet, sell in night market, not in Tim Horton's. Very rude.

Caissière très ordinaire. Un petit cappuccino glacé à peine rempli et mal brassé. Je l'ai dit à la caissière et elle a rien fait. Au moins, il n'y a pas d'erreur dans la commande.

Les lieux sont tres sales et les toilettes sont degueux. Le services a la clienteles horribles. On arrive pour 10h, on demandes deux sandwichs a dejeuner. Ils n avaient pus d oeufs. Un restos en rupture de nourriture sa fait dure.

Aire de resto spacieux, climatisé et un peu viellot. Service courtois mais peut être amélioré. Malheureusement pendant ma visite, il y a eu 2 alarmes dont l'un provenant de la machine à capucinno glacée (l'autre?) qui ont durées tout le long de mon déjeuner.

Worst service i ever had, the cashier are extremely rude to their clients and take forever to prepare even the simplest order.not only that i ended up not having what i ordered but it was also not well prepared.cant take simple orders and dont care about clients. -10/10 wouldnt recommend to someone i hate.

No cinnamon maple bagels. No cinnamon raisin bagels. No sesame bagels. No breakfast biscuits for the Tim matin sandwich and they made a mess of the croissants we got instead. I had to ask my wife why she bothered getting the fidelity card because this kind of nonsense is becoming the norm at Tim's.

Restaurant was dirty and noone bothered to clean up during the hour or so we were there, their smoothie machines were also broken and there were about 5 leftover very sad looking donuts to choose from. We got an Oreo muffin and it had no filling, when i asked about it, they said it comes from somewhere else and its not their fault.

Tim Horton côté vertu too busy people buying one cafe and sitting there all days no place for new customers? ! But the service is good

Tim Horton St-Marti et le corbusier, le.patron est irrespectueux avec ses clients. Et en plus, ne respecte pas certaines promotions!
