Tim Hortons

Good service, fast and friendly staff. I ordered 2 breakfast trios this morning, Friday September 8 and they were perfect.

It's gone down in the last couple of years.
Food's not the same, portions are smaller and they always make mistakes on your order.
They even run out of stuff.

It use to be my fav Tims but not any more. They just dont care any more and sloppy. My hash brown is always cold and oily, wraps cold, dry cause they never put sauce.

They don’t know how to give food for the take out. I ordered wrap and they gave me wrap in the paper instead of the hard wrap cover. They should atleast know, Its difficult for person to carry food in paper during travel.when I asked for the cover and girl said we no longer give cover for the wrap.

I ordered an Iced Capp with oat milk and they give me one with almond milk. What if I had a nut allergy? It's a one item order and they still messed it up. Oh, the incompetence!

Un extrêmement mauvais service. Une gérante qui nous rit dans le visage et une des employés qui ne parlent pas français. Très déçu et fâché pour ce service. De plus la nourriture étaient horrible.

Since curfew started always a gamble if they are open or not in the evening. I wont bother going here anymore.

Le service et la compétence de l'équipe est à revoir. Trop souvent il y a des erreurs. Je note tous les restos où je vais, fast food comme gastronomique et je les note en fonction de ce qu'ils sont, comme ça, ça reste juste. Sauf que ce Tim.please.

The store inside is very tight. For pickup orders "in restaurant" it risks being overcrowded. Id recommend the drive thru instead

I had the BEST pumpkin spice latte I've had from the Tim Horton on dorval ave than any of the others i've had at different locations. My husband said the service was great and fast.

The food quality is horrible. I bought 6 donuts last week, I had some old nasty potato wedges stuck underneath of one the donuts.

Today, I ordered toasts. They were cold, barely toasted and they couldn't even spread the butter! It felt like the just dropped a stick of butter. I always regret getting food from there, probably won't ever go there until some serious changes are made.

Not the best Tim Horton's, but still better than some other drive-thru's.

Horrible service on the hot food. Twice I have gotten grilled cheese sandwiches with a bunch of mayonnaise on them. Also I order toast with butter and cheese and it keeps coming without butter. Even when I take it back then they put butter on just one piece of bread or they put so much it’s inedible. When the sausage sandwiches were out they’d make them with just one sausage and no lettuce or mustard. I’d argue with them to look at the picture to see how they are supposed to be made. It’s a big waste of time to gamble they got the order right and have to drive around the circle to bring the food back. Might as well go to another location.

Bon pour le café mais oublier les beignes ou muffins car les mouches et abeilles qui sont dessus te donne pas envie d'aller en acheter.

De loin un des pires services que j'ai vue. Je préfère faire le détour jusqu'à lachine pour me ramasser un café tellement ça fait dure.

It was a Monday, they got the order wrong and the owner came to the drive through and said it was Monday it's normal to mess up drive through orders on a monday. I replied astonishingly to her justification but your face looks like friday and drove off. What else could I say.

The regular night cashier gave me old cup that rim had already been rolled up. Check your cups before taking the road plus she looks like she hates her job. Yup that's my cup! All I did was take of the lid minutes after buying it. Black and brown stains were already there and drie.

Esti d'endormi, commande des toast a la confiture et je recois des toast pas de beurre sec a rien. Sa fait plusieurs fois que je commande et toujours des erreurs. Wake up!

Mauvais service et il manquait des choses dans ma commande. J'avais demandé mon bagel bien cuit et il était blanc, 2 tim matin on en a eu un. J'était au service à l'auto donc il était trop tard quand je l'es réalisé. TRÉS DÉCU. Mais c'est toujours comme sa! Je n'irai plus là.

Honestly. Honestly. Just witnessed the WORSSSSST customers service in my entire life. I won't name the employee. Customer orders food and coffee's. The employee start making the coffee first then the food. When it looks like the employee is done with his order, the customer reminds the employee that he had timbit's on his order. From that point, the employee lost it. Started yelling at the customer. Very ugly to witness this type of attitude and service. I work at a Bell building next to the tim's and we go there everyday. Not anymore that's for sure. Nothing wrong with the place, just that particular employee. Very rude and seem's to absolutely be feed up with this job. This happened on the 2nd of March 2019 at 12: 40am. I hope the owner will see the review and will take good mesures on making his Tim's a better place. I wasn't the customer involved in this. I was a witness.

Cardboard coffee and they never have the food when you need it most. At 2am, on a bender back from downtown. Good bacon though.

Aside from that.the munchkins are to die for! Probably the only thing keeping Tim Hortons in business. And a everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon!

I’m a Starbucks guy though.

This store commits fraud, you pay for an xl and they give you a xl cup with a medium coffee and the dumb high school dropout thinks you wont notice.
