Tim Hortons

It's a nice place. Area is beautiful, green, and sunny. Service is alright. Sometimes it's a miss. The food is average, and their quality isn't better than the timmies I'm accustomed to in the UAE - but it's fine. It's a nice large timmies where senior citizens like to relax and it's rarely loud or disruptive. The youth there are respectful. I wish they'd clean their tables more often though. Overall it's good.

Surtout au volant y a des certains employés qui savent même pas parler en français et y a toujours des confusions au service Malheureusement on est devenu vraiment déçu

Café imbuvable, il goutte soit le brûler ou l’eau. Le café est ce qui se vend le plus je ne comprend pas que vous soyez incapable d’en faire! C’est vraiment INACCEPTABLE! Pour couronner le tout Les employés te parle juste en ANGLAIS! On aie au Québec encore à se que je sache. Pas parce que nous sommes dans un coin anglophone que tu présume et que quand je te répond en français tu continu en anglais c’est un gros manque de RESPECT.

Best Tim Horton service I ever got! The counter girl was fast /Semi friendly with White people, but super friendly with her nationality…. But I’m giving her a 10/10 in service I was in and out in less than 5 mins!

First time for this Tim's. The staff were super friendly and the donut choices late at night were not bad!

They deserve more stars so this is one extra star.
The manager of the tim hortons there is awesome there was a lot of people around 8: 00am and he was helping the employees serving clients not all the managers do that the shelf's where very clean display and there was around 33 clients no one was waiting and each client got what he want awesome service awesome team i like the way they work it's like a sinfonie

Thus branch needs to train their employees better on how to serve customers they can never get the orders right ordered black coffee got coffee with milk other times got black but3/4 cup and when I asked was told incase need to put cream I never asked for cream just rip off

Love the atmosphere at this branch. They're also pretty fast with the drive-through orders.

In my opinion, this Tim Horton's provides the best service by far in the entire West Island, In fact, I don't know of a fast food restaurant that provides better service in all of Quebec, at least as far as I can remember. They never make mistakes. No need to have to check your bag when using the drive thru.

If they had more staff I think this location would run more smoothly. Majority of the time the lineup for drive thru is quite long and going inside doesn't equal being served faster either. This is a "fast food" restaurant but unfortunately the service I find is quite slow. Employees are always helpful and kind, they just need more of them.
Reply for the owner: it was the St Charles/Antoine Faucon location before 10am July 8th and the slow service is a regular occurrence as I've been going to this location since 2013 at different times of the day and different days of the week.

Incroyable qu'à quel point les employés ne parlent pas français. Je ne suis pas le genre à être impatiente. Je parle doucement, je suis courtoise, empathique au fait que ce n'est probablement pas leur première langue. Mais de me faire rabrouer et rire de moi parce qu'on me refuse un service en français? Franchement.

Je peux comprendre que tous les employés ne soient pas bilingues. PAR AILLEURS, c'est inacceptable qu'ils soient mis au micro du service au volant. Inacceptable non plus qu'ils ne se sentent même pas mal de ne pas me comprendre. C'est le Tim Horton à côté du Mc Donalds sur St Charles.

Ordered whole grain bagel. It was burnt and blackened, not fit for eating. Also, at times they they don't give you everything you paid for. So check your order before leaving the delivery window.

This Tim Hortons used to be so much better! Now, every time I order there will be at least one mistake in my order. Yesterday (October 14th) for example, I ordered a roast beef sandwich at the drive-thru. The lady repeated my order and told me to drive up. When I got to the window, I waited for 3-4 minutes and then got served a grilled cheese sandwich. I told the lady who was serving me the sandwich that I had ordered a roast beef sandwich (which are delicious btw). She kindly told me they don’t have them, and asked me if I wanted the grilled cheese instead. I told her I’d like the new crispy chicken sandwich in that case, which I also received. Unfortunately the crispy chicken sandwich was very dry, almost inedible. I tried eating the grilled cheese (I got to keep it due to covid), and it had cheddar on the inside of the bread and swiss cheese on the outside? I’m not sure if this is normal, but it did not taste great. However, my french vanilla was delicious, and the people working there are friendly.

I would really appreciate if my order were not substituted by something I did not choose. I fortunately noticed that I had the wrong sandwich before driving off, but this location often substitutes orders when they don’t have the available ingredients and people do not notice before driving off. It’s disappointing when you arrive at work and you’re ready to eat, only to notice that you did not receive what you asked for.

This location can be insanely busy. The drive-thru is too close to the street and strip mall exit and causes a bit of a road block or inconvenience if you get stuck as you get closer to the outside take out console display to place your order. Because of its popularity I've waited only to find out they've run out of items or they got the order wrong and missing items (by then were on highway 40), and not 1st time, and we dont get the receipt. I've learned to ask for a receipt and check before we drive off - but not practical when there's a lineup behind you. Otherwise staff are pleasant.

Where do I start with this place. I don’t think this Tims has ever fulfilled my order properly. Always screwing up at least one thing. The drive-thru is always long and god forbid they ever have any of the right bagels in stock. How hard can it be? It’s not like you are baking them yourself they arrive frozen in boxes. Lack of management at this place and the franchise owner should be ashamed.

This is usually my go to Tim Horton during the week.
The staff is amazing, always smiling and pleasant!
Nadia in the morning always greats me with a smile and knows my order even before I say hello.

There were a few issues over the years, missing items, wrong items etc but they always fix the problem right away which I appreciate.

I get along great with the awesome staff, but every interaction with that manager always turns out negative I don't know why he has to be so rude I means it's just coffee, if your miserable then maybe just work in the back. Also why does nothing gets toasted properly

Not wearing the mark probably, Touching the face eyes and month not even washing the hands after plus she was making the drinks. We told the manager and he just told her to put it back on then she put it right back down.

Pretty decent Timmies. Well like all the others, depends on who's working. Day shifts always seem to be in a rush, but if they were slow, i would have complaines too: P

On as commandé une dixaine de timbits, mélanger sans crème sûre et nature. Nous avons eux 2 crème sûre, deux nature. De plus j'avais demander un médium cappuccino glacé, j'ai reçu un grand (chargé un moyen)

Pas de service en francais! Meme en parlant anglais jai beaucoup de misère a comprendre l'employé. Et une attitude très arrogante.cest dommage

This tim Hortons has impressed me in in so many way it's one of my favorite Tim Hortons love the atmosphere, I was especially impressed and moved by this one employee name shalomi, I was so proud and moved to see someone using her full name and not shying away from it she embraced it, I took a few moments to speak with her and she told me how she had never been ashamed of her name and she always been proud of it. Thoes words made me have hope that I can be proud of who and what I am her courage gave me strength to be myself, she will never fully know the impact she had on me changing my life around. Please visit this location knows maybe you may meet this person and she might change your life too

There's a really sweet young girl I think she said her name was shanomi or sharomi.every time I come in she greets me with the biggest smile and once I complained about my sandwich and she treated me with so much respect it warmed my heart to see that there are youth still with a big heart. Everyone there is so nice and kind and I get my food so quickly.with the renovations its so beautiful.honestly the best Tims I have ever walked into.

This Tim Hortons is generally like all the rest for their layout internally the how clean it is which is very good. The reason why I'm giving them only three star rating is because I'm here for a week in the city and stop in here or drive through here every day and every time I asked for a bagel it's cut only through the top layer the bottom is barely cut through even so if you order something very sticky like the French toast Maple Bagel you no matter what have to use two hands to tear it apart and it just rips it not even close to where that knife would have been cutting it and it says happened every single day you either have to buy new knives or by somebody with a stronger arm that can cut through a Hot Bagel.

Pas de bacon, wrap dure comme de la roche pareil pour les fritte, grilled cheese pas cuit du tout, incapable de me servir en français et j'étais pourtant à Montréal, bref pas le meilleur Tim hortons,

I love Tim Horton in every way, the food the service the prices, every things feels great! I love how they have such good deal ok such amazing food. It's very enjoyable and sometimes even have seats next to a fireplace.

Correct, le staff parle pas français mes une chance de à trois personne que j’ai pus rencontrer maîtrise le français sinon les toilettes son des toilettes. Sinon aussi la nourriture est bonne

I used to be disappointed when going here. Fortunately there was a change in management recently and they redid the place. Since then the donuts look like they are from a bakery and everything is so clean and fresh!
