Tim Hortons

The gentleman who runs it is friendly, helpful, and very patient. Service may take some time depending on the crowd, which is normal. The atmosphere is inviting and calm, but you may find a homeless person or two sleeping at a table, and that may not appeal to everyone.

I work around the corner and come here often. The people that work here are nice enough but this place gets nasty. There has been human feces on the bathroom floor for 2 days now.

This place is a very dirty place, don't try to go into the bathrooms, you'll catch something. Depending on the time of day service is very slow. So far the drinks are fine. Haven't tried the donuts or food. Cleanliness needs to be the managers priority. Next improve the layout or make the place bigger. The parking is always full and most of the time you can't even get out its so crowded. Since you have no drive through get rid of the parking and make the place bigger. In the summer you can add tables outside so the inside doesn't get crowded. Half of the time there's a line outside to get in.

We ordered online. The order came missing many items. We called them and they literally hang the phone in our face.

This Tim hortons is located in a very convenient place. I’ve been in this branch for several occasions and there were several times that the Indian cashier was rude towards customers. One time, I asked her if they still sell Danish Pecan, and she laughed at me and she said Tim Hortons NEVER sold that kind. And I told her, I used to buy those. The way she stares at me every time I see her, it’s as if she’s ready to kill me.

I order two habenaro wraps with hatch brown inside they put old hatch browns it’s two hard to bite it’s like stones inside when I ask them to change they behave very rude with me. They don’t have manners to behave with customers.

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The service was slow and terrible. The women’s washroom was absolutely disgusting!

I was charged extra money for asking extra sugar on my ice coffee! Never happened at any Tim before.

Depuis quelques temps, le nettoyage des locaux (tables et chaises et toilettes) sont malpropre. Je n'ai pas vu la cuisine comment c'était la propreté.

I go to Tim Hortons every morning before work and go through the drive through. I always order 2 old fashioned doughnuts and a medium Ice Cap

I wrote about spilling coffee and burning myself today, and the lack of attention I felt I had received. I was wrong about the location. This did not happen at this location but at the 3700 Chemin de la Cotes-des-Neiges location 50 meters from the Jewish General Hospital. My apologies to any and all for the error, in my part.

Unfortunately the quality at Tim Hortons has gone down from its food to its service to its staff. Maybe management should really take a look at who they are hiring.

Service qui laisse à désirer.pas une fois ni deux mais quasiment tout le temps! On prend ma commande, j'attends 20 minutes pour ensuite me faire dire qu'il n'y avait plus de pain alors qu'il est juste 13h un dimanche! De plus j'avais un coupon qu'ils n'ont pas pû me rendre car ils l'avaient déja scanné donc plus valide! Je veux pas être grossière mais vous avez conpris!

L'employé qui s'appelle Ali n'avait pas l'air d'aimer que je commande un trio d'un sandwich jambon fromage et il voulait que je commande celui à la dinde, je suis un client et je me fous que ta religion ne permette pas que tu manges du porc. Il a fallu que j'insiste un peu. À part ça les tables sont sales et je n'ai pas vu d'employé qui fait la maintenance comme sur Jean-Talon au coin de Viau. Demandez à David Beauchemin qui travaille sur Jean-Talon au coin de Viau et il ne fait pas son travail à moitié et amenez le sur Côte-Des-Neiges.

Yes, i clearly said my order. It was just an i iced caramel coffee with extra sirop and extra cream with 2shots of jet espresso and they ended up giving the regular. Like for real. First the lady was getting mad because i said the wrong now like howcome? At the end they charge my double espressos which cause more. She even try to argue with my mom. What a rude lady. I shouldn’t put even one star.

Poor service, cheap quality in food with usually à wait time. The regular coffee isn't great and you have a better option accross the street (mc d)

Très mauvais service.
Ils oublient de faire certaines commandes donc très long temps d'attente. J'ai demandé un manchon pour mon café et ça avait l'air de la déranger.
La place est sale, l'uniforme des employés aussi.
Je leur parle en français et ils me répondent en anglais.

Everytime I go to this Tim's they give me the wrong order not sure what's going on but there seems to be a lack of supervision.

The food is ok. I am taking off two stars because they often have only 1 person preparing the food and 3 cashier taking orders during the morning rush.

Always get a 12 grained bagel with butter and a small green tea in a medium cup. Never had a problem with this Tim Horton.

La chaîne des petits déjeuners du Canada il y en a partout ils vous servent des cafés excellents et des beignets de toutes sortes succulents le rdv des canadiens

Le service était plutôt froid. On dirait qu’il ne sont pas trop content. Je comprend que c’est occupé, mais un sourire peux faire toute un différence. Mon bagel était bon par contre.

This was a Timmy's I had never been to before just north of 5885 Cote des Neiges. I asked for my usual salted caramel iced cappuccino but they didn't have the salted part so I tried plain caramel and it was DELICIOUS. I will now alternate. God I love Timmy's

Le restaurant est bon coté boissons et service, mais reste à regler le probleme de temperature à l'interieur, il fait froid, et le ventilo est tres fort.on est pas supposé amener avec nous des manteaux d'hiver en été!

Worst experience with the owner of this tim hortons.he dont wanna pay to his employees.
Tim Hortons should not give franchise to this type of people.

Worst Tim in Montreal. 8 employees supposedly working, 1 cashier open only. Better off going to the one on Cote des Neiges/Cote St Catherine.
