They cannot assume when they were in the wrong for not following a normal order taking procedure then will talk to each other in another language to judge you and talk about you in front of you.

La nourriture est correcte. Le personnel est sympathique, mais ne parle pas français, et ce, auprès d'une clientèle largement francophone. Ils/elles obligent tous les clients à s'adapter à eux/elles. C'est plutôt inconfortable. De plus, les toilettes sont sales et mal approvisionnées.

Open 24 hours, very convenient for me, when I arrive I can have a good hot coffee, or chocolate, I liked the food, the night service, the young man in the turban is very friendly, he takes good care of you, I am happy with the service

At 21: 00, this place had a decent selection of fancy donuts and other items, which is rare. An exhausted employee and a dirty store brought down the experience.

This rating is not because service is not good, service was good, my problem that i think during my time of visit 31/12/2022 13: 00 Montreal time, there was ladys working and one guy in serivce and i think the guy treating and bothering the girls alot, i don’t like the behaviour of him with them, i hope you can talk with the other colleagues and ask them if the guy is actually bad person. Just a help from a stranger to people i think they wouldn’t speak up. Thanks.

C'est la première fois que je commande un grilled cheese au Bacon et qu'il n'y a pas de Bacon dedans! Sérieux un peu d'effort!

This place employees doesn’t speak French and giving away wrong order. Very bad experience at this place.

Bon beignet même si c'est très sucré! J'ai pris celui à l'érable et noix de pécan.
On a été un dimanche après midi alors il n'y avait pas grand monde, le service a été rapide.

Bonjour, je suis allé avec ma mère prendre un café, alors que je regardais le menu sur leurs télévisions, les dames m'ont fait pression pour prendre ma commande. Puis ils ont rigolé entre eux je n'ai pas compris pourquoi au début mais ils se sont pressés pour prendre ma commande. Je tiens à préciser qu'il n'y avait plus de clients qui attendaient. Il n'y avait donc aucune raison de me mettre la pression. Le nom de la dame est Sofia et son autre partenaire qui était également avec elle lors de l'équipe d'aujourd'hui jeudi à 17h41.

Le personnel était incapable de comprendre ma commande en français. La préposée m’a demandé de parler en anglais. Je crois que c’est inacceptable au Québec.

Girls working there are always nice and try their best to serve fast with a smile. Never had a bad experience and I got there almost everyday.

Superbe restaurant mais je n'enverrais jamais un chat ou chien dans leur toilette alors imaginer un humain.les clients devraient s'inquiéter de la propreté dans la cuisine?

We ordered the new breakfast (vegan) sandwich. I was eventually told they ran out (at 8 a.m?). Substituted our order for another sandwich which cost less than the original order. Was not even offered a refund in the price difference.

Very nice Tim Hortons. We visited twice. Unfortunately, the first time we went, they didn’t have glazed Timbits. Their berry smoothie is very good.

They get orders wrong a disturbing number of times. Make sure to check your orders too since they get them wrong from time to time.
