No wraps of any kind. (i wanted a wrap travailleur)
Only 2 meats for sandwiches.

Ask for a medium dark roast 2 creme.
I got a regular coffee black…
Terrible experience within normal hours.

Il est dit que la salle à manger est ouverte jusqu’à 16: 30. Il est présentement 15: 30 et c’est fermer.

On m'explique qu'est-ce qu'un Tim Hortons fait as être fermer a 3h de l'après midi? J'ai voulue aller m'acheter un café mais les portes étaient barrées et aucun signe de vie a l'intérieur. En voyant tout les mauvais commentaires sur votre Tim je me fais une idée a quel point cet endroit est exécrable autant pour la salubrité, le service et le non respect de vos heures d'ouvertures. En tant que propriétaire vous devriez avoir honte.

Fumer au miel ont me sert pas les oeufs c'est pour le déjeuner seulement vous perder des ventes

This Tim Horton's location was a great place to have a meeting with a potential client. It was clean, quiet, and the service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Tim Horton's.

Always closed to the public even when it says they’re open online and the open sign is flashing.very unpredictable hours and seems to only cater to drive thru now

"Pas besoin de crier" mais crie après les clients. Un Timmatin normal (qui viens sans sauce) je reçois un Tim matin avec de la Mayo, demande un rafraichitim mûre-yuzu, je reçois un rafraichitim avec de la limonade (c’est le nouveau pétillant) les employés de se Tim on besoin de se refaire former parce que c’est pitoyable. Et celle que l’on appelle kimberly dans les commentaires, bel aire bête! Je ne recommande pas.

Been coming to this Tim’s for years, the quality of service has been going down for years. Rude employees, shouting matches amongst the staff. If I could less than one star I would.

UPDATE: Went here recently and the restaurant was closed but the drive-thru was open. No indication as to it being closed or why, and staff just stare when you pull on the door.

Cashier was very professional and friendly.

That aside, I have traveled across all of Canada twice, and THIS is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to in terms of visible staff to how long it took for people to get their items.

I waited in line behind one person for nearly ten minutes when all they ordered was a single large ice coffee. Staff was wandering back and forth looking confused.

Watch out if you order almond milk or any other type of milk than what they usually serve because they will charge you they price and yet give you the regular milk and if you are lactose intolerant it will make you sick, I've been sick many time and always ask them to make sure it's almond or oat milk. Sometimes there's nice people taking the other that really do make sure that they are using what you ordered because everytime I have to tell them last time I was sick. Sometimes they check sometimes they don't.

Sérieusement. 20 minutes pour avoir son BLT à cause qu'il fallait faire cuire le bacon.c'est la dernière fois que j'y vais.
Au moins elle avait un jolie sourire, sinon ça aurait été 1 etoile.

Faites attention à l'addition et si vous achetez une bouteille d'eau il se peut que ça soit de l'eau de robinet, ouvrez la bouteille sur place sur tout l'après midi.

Absolutely disappointed with tims for allowing this establishment to bare there name useless staff lunch time ask for a chicken wrap sir we have no chicken ok soup then sir we have no soup what do you have stuff with eggs ok I'll take a jalapeño snack o sir I'm not sure which is which omg terribly slow also won't be back mcdo it is for now On its a shame being a hockey dad and all the things tim does for hockey I can't even have hot food or coffee from one of there locations. Tim hortons you should be ashamed

Just pretend this Tim Hortons doesn't exist.
It's ALWAYS closed. When it IS open, 80% of their menu is not available. If I could give 0 star I would.

Quelle expérience? Je voulais mettre 0 étoile, mais il n’y a pas l’option. J’ai même pas pu entrer! Cet établissement nous informe au début du mois de septembre qu’ils seront ouvert que les fins de semaine, vu le retour à l’école des étudiants, le personnel sera incapable de fournir. Parfait alors, j’y vais ce matin (dimanche) j'habite en face du Tim Hortons, mais il y a que la commande à l’auto qui est ouverte! Donc, les gens à pieds ne peuvent donc pas être servies? !? !? C’est bien ça? Je suis juste tellement tannée! Alors je prends ma voiture et je me suis rendue à un autre Tim où le service est normalement mieux même si même la même propriétaire de franchise? Et là rien, pas de service à l’intérieur, ni à l’extérieure! Je suis allée chez Mcdonald’s! Pourquoi, pas fermer un ou deux Tim Hortons et réunir tous les employés qui restent dans jun même établissement! Fermez-les donc! Vous voyez pas que ça marche pas!

This is THE worst Tim's. The service is terribly slow and nonchalant it is painful to see. The drive through on a Saturday 10: 30 took 45MINUTES! We got to the window and they handed out food without the drinks. We waited another 3 minutes for the drinks. A employee put the drink on the table next to the pickup and I had to tell them those are ours! We ordered 20 timbits mixed. They gave us 10 old-fashioned+10 plains. The employees are putting more energy in not caring than doing their work.

Close this place down or sell to a leader that will be able to turn it around.

If I could make it 0 stars, I would. You would probably get better satisfaction and service from food poisoning than this place. No one seems to know how lines work, and they forget to serve you 3/4 of the time. Go down the road a bit, towards Bellevue street. There's another Timmies next to a Subway, they have better service.

I’m 15, and it was 7 PM, these 4 drunk adults started to threaten me and spit on me. This is why I never feel safe to move

Le service est hyper lent, ils sont bêtes à chaque fois, ils se trompent souvent dans les commandes. Employés pas bien formés ou ils s’en foutent de leur travail. Vraiment ordinaire.

By far, the worst Tim Hortons.
I suggest you to choose another place to get your coffee. They are always short staff, most of the items in the menu are not available, which I believe is due to the lack of employees and obviously a long wait to get a simple coffee, which again is related to the shortage of the staff.
I'd never go back.

4 stars Here: Team is working hard and nice members but unfortunately they're lacking of training. One of the young girl made sure ever order is right before giving out to customers.

1 stars on 2nd visit with both front doors are closed. Only drive through avaliable with 10 cars ahead.

Only option avaible for ordering is the drive-thru, yet they refuse service to pedestrians, claiming it's unsafe. Understand staffing challenges these days, but why prioritize people using their cars? I live close by and would find it ridiculous to take my car to order donuts.

Je ne recommande à personne d'aller là. Un des pires Tim de la province. Non seulement le service est d'une incroyable lenteur, ils font fréquemment des erreurs dans les commandes, chaque fois que j'y vais il y a quelque chose. Faites vous un cadeau et faites un détour!

Si tu pense que c’est long quand tu appelle au gouvernement…. Attends d’être au services au volant de ce tim …

Le pire Tim temps d'attente plus de 15 min et en plus commande répété aux moins 4 a 5 fois avant de lavoir.

Après avoir attendue quelques minutes au mauvais endroit parce que l'endroit de la commande à l'auto N'EST PAS DU TOUT INDIQUÉ NUL PART, juste pour un café il aurait fallu que j'aille refaire la file. La dame ce matin n'était vraiment pas sympathique.
Quand est-ce que vous allez mettre des affiches pour avertir le monde. Ça l'air que ça fait un bout de temps que c'est comme ça. J'ai trouvé ça assez désagréable ce matin. Déjà que le client en avant de moi c'était long. Pfffff refaire la file

Probably the slowest drive through ive ever been in. Over 30 minutes in line and haven't even got to the speaker yet. Just go to the the other one on Grande Allée with the Subway.

I ordered here through the Tim’s App. But they asked me to wait in line with people who are yet to order.
Whats the purpose of online order. If i have to stand in line. On the other hand Tim advertise “ ORDER AHEAD ONLINE, SKIP THE LINE”
They have their own rules. Plus the employees are rude and always ready to argue… and they are super slow…

Go to Tim for fresh muffins! If you want old muffins for the same price as fresh ones come here! They will gladly serve you a few days old muffins!

Im writting this review becausr its over 30 mins for 2 coffees.if I could give a 0 star I would. Doesn't make any sense how this Tim's is being run.

Worst Tims so far.took 30mins to get 2 iced Coffee and 2 grilled cheese which were cold and not even grilled.this can't be possible!

Me and my husband often came here and it's me who usually order for both of us. We order directly in the counter because is usualy faster than the drive through. My last visit I order for both of us, but when coffee was ready we realized they only took the order for a single person, the guy explained to me that when there are two people, each one has to order their own things (? !). So, we got in line again to order the other coffee, then a girl with glasses came with only one sandwich, so we explained that we ordered two and she just started a rant, rambling things. Even other woman in the line told her "hey! That's not the way you address to your clients". At this point my husband was upset, and the lady with a very loud tone of voice came saying that if we were rude they were going to respond the same way.when it was the other way around. After that, none of the employees came to offer an apology, they just treated us very disrespectfully, asking us to shut up and drop it. Very rude staff, a really bad experience.

Very often items ordered through the app are not available late afternoon. The app does not signal the unavailability of these items. For instance, today they were out of donuts at 6: 10PM. Closing time is 8: 30PM. I hope the manager reads this. It's an ongoing issue since last (2021) Summer.

Endroit de plus en plus sale, dommage depuis longtemps que personne n'ait nettoyé les tables, le sol crasseux et la salle de bain mieux je ne donne pas de détails, le propriétaire a besoin de mettre les choses en ordre, un inspecteur sanitaire devrait aller vérifier l'état de cet endroit, L'équipe sympathique derrière le comptoir je n'en ai jamais vu un seul nettoyer le côté client, c'était mon préféré maintenant je ne le recommande pas dsl

Le chaos. J'ai commandé 2 sandwichs, 2 beignes, 2 quartiers de patates 2 limonades et un café. Après 30 minutes dans la file et 20 minutes à la fenêtre et après avoir répété la commande 6 fois à la demande de la jeune fille, j'ai reçu 1 grilled cheese, 1 muffin anglais aux oeufs, 1 beigne au lieu de 2 et pas le bon beigne et aucune patates, un café rempli de graines de café au fond. Bref, j'ai tenté des échanges. J'ai pris ce que je pouvais et abandonné le remboursement. Je suis parti tres insatisfaite car j'avais pitié des gens qui attendaient dans leur voiture.

Ce n'es pas la première fois. C'est comme ça depuis la pandémie.

Je me suis juré de ne plus jamais y retourner

Honnêtement service extrêmement long, les personnes au comptoir adorent parler ensemble et ne remarque pas qu'il y a des clients qui entre.

J'ai commandé à l'auto deux trios timatin blt identiques sur un croissant. J'arrive chez moi, j'ai un blt sans oeuf dans un muffin anglais et un sur croissant sans oeufs. De plus, les tranches de tomates ont un centre non comestible (pédoncule) en bonus. J'aimais beaucoup les timatin, mais ĺa qualité est rendu à un niveau innaceptable.

-Good for studying
-Service was fast enough

Cons: -The place was dirty, the table was always dirty with left over same for the floor and the garbage area was always full of trash.
-Awkward service, I’m saying hi how are you and they look at me without saying anything and I’m the one who have to begin to say my order to get things done.

Changing my review from 3/5 to 1/5. This place is just the worst they just keep failing every order you ask.

Worst Tim I have ever seen. I’ve Been there 4 or 5 times and it just keeps getting worse. First time they just completely forgot half of my order and I could see the employee that took my order just walking around in circles not doing anything while I was waiting for her to notice for like 20 minutes. Second time it said they were open but the door was locked. The two other times the employees were just completely rude and it took so long for me to order when I was the only client waiting. More than once I waited for like 10-15 minutes before leaving because no one would come to take my order or even say something like « we’ll be here in a minute ». Today we decided to eat there… worst idea ever. They wouldn’t give us a glass of water. Also an employee was so loud the whole time we were there, like actually yelled the whole time when talking to here colleagues we had to eat so quickly to leave. I gave this Tim the benefit of the doubt but honestly would give them a zero If I could.

Spent 45 minutes in drive through waiting for 3 sandwiches. They fot the order wrong 2x, double charged my whole bill and then questioned weather my order was what I ordered. Never going here again. Terrible

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons! They never get your order right! And the lady that’s the manager is sooo rude! When I told her that they gave me the wrong order, she even made fun of it! Worst service!

It's so sad to see that this emblematic place has lower his quality in coffee. The grain is not roasted the taste is actually burn, I believe being an emblematic place they can also do an effort to get better quality in coffee and better roast and not mix from different grains. I'm sorry but it's not tasty, other coffee comercial shops offer a better taste coffee. Other than that service could be improve, and the food is good as well. Please improve your coffee!

To whom this may concern,

I am deeply dissapointed in the service received at this establishment. One of the employees named Ahmed started cussing at me in the drive thru, when I repeated over that I had a hearing issue. I tried to enter at 7: 00 pm, and the doors were locked. I am going to happily take my business elsewhere. The food here is usually very good, so I am very dissapointed I have to take my business elsewhere.
