Tim Hortons

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas comment la manager de cette entreprise n'a pas pensé a mettre des employés qui parlent le FR/EN le soir? Au Québec, le FR est primordial. Ce Tim Hortons c'est vraiment du n'importe quoi, si la manager souhaite sauver cette place, elle devrait penser a engager des gens qui parlent le FR!

The manager Jessica at this branch is extremely arrogant and rude. I’ve never had such a horrific and anxiety provoking drive through experience in my life. I was yelled at and cut off and spoken to with sarcasm and disrespect. I was in such shock. As I pulled up to the the window I asked to speak to the manager and Jessica came to the window and announced herself as the manager with a big sarcastic smile and tone I asked to speak to the person she reports to, to which she said it’s just me here I run things still smiling and batting her lashes at me and talking to me in a belittling tone. I spoke to another employee and I asked them if she always talks to people this way. The employee said yes she’s has an attitude sometimes. The owner of this establishment should really coach this employee or remove her from this position because the customer experience is unacceptable and frankly disgusting.

The Spanish lady (manager) needs to get fired, she doesn’t know how to treat customers always on a rush, and if you are ordering drive through she will will

Front of the window to pay so she can show good numbers to Tim Horton.

I love this Tim Hortons! I was going at 2323 marcel laurin but that one is always faster and good. The employee in the evening are so nice specifically the supervisor! In the morning theres always line up but they are so quick thats its going fast!

Désolé de vous dire mais la dame (asiatique) sur la caisse elle n'est pas a sa place on doit répéter 10 fois notre commande et malgré ca des erreurs!

It's basically the same every time you go. Sometimes the donuts are fresher than other times. Coffee is always good.

The employees were not at all professional.
I'm trying to order a coffee at the counter, and an employee was busting balloons behind the counter. She must have popped 25 balloons. It was very nerve-wracking for everyone in the restaurant. And the other employees were just laughing along.
What a horrible experience.

Quiet Tim Horton. Good food but many missing on menu. As update of my first review, now the place need more attention to maintain clean and ordered the tables and chairs.

C'est calme, j'aime avoir mon café la bas, vu que y a pas trop d'attente pour commander mais malheureusement c'est un peu le désordre.j'en ai vu des Tim's plus propre que ça!

Great stop for a snack or my favorite coffee at any hour. Great location. Doesn't have a drive-thru, but that's no problem. I love the fact that you must get out and inside to meet local people and leave with a smile.

Slowest service ever. A bunch of employees behind the counter but preparing our order took 25 minutes. The bowl we ordered were nearly empty. Customer service really sucks. The wraps were also flat. Worst tim Hortons in town

Convenient location, near gas station and a small supermarket (Esposito). Clean facilities. Staff need more training to work more effective and to provide better customer services.

The ultra cheaper version of Starbucks, some people call it black water, each to their own! A large coffee for $2.30, it does the trick, keeping Canadians awake for a toonie, no need to say anything else.

Service de 1 étoile. Si il y avait moins que 1 étoile je le donne. Jessica la gérante très arrogante.
J'ai voulais payer mon lunch avec un ancient bancnote de 100 dolar et madame Jessica m'a dit que la bancnote est faut. Après elle m'a dit que elle n'a pas de change. Menteuse.
Svp de prendre les mesure avec des situations comme le mien.
Jessica a mon avis ne doit pas être gérant.

A group of guys was talking to loud and all guys in the group were to talking to each other at the same time. After they left the place became peaceful ️

Waited for 30 minutes just for food and they burned the bagel it was disgusting,
They also forgot my order

Very surprised with the low quality lately in Tim Hortons. We had bad experience with two branches lately but we thought it was these 2. We are now in this drive through and they told us they were out of stock for rose beef sandwich after we paid. Waited 5 minutes only for the manager to refund because they said only the manager could do.

Adepte de Tim, je suis venu à celui-ci et c'est bien la première fois que je suis déçu.
Personnel non bilingues et désagréable.
De plus, aucun choix de beignes alors que je venais de passais ma commande sur le cell de 6 beignes. J'ai du me rabattre sur les reste de la journée à 17h30.
Pour finir, 20min pour faire un café, un chocolat blanc chaud et une boîte de 6 beignes.
Je recommande Tim mais pas celui-ci, à éviter car le personnel est lent et incompétent.

J'ai attendus plus de 10min le matin pour répéter ma commande 5 fois, pourtant il n’y avait rien de compliqué! La fille à la caisse ne parle par le Français donc comprends pas ce qu’on dis, à l’avoir sus je lui aurais parlé en Anglais, comme si on serais pas au Québec. Par après une autre serveuse a essayée de prendre la relève mais semble-t-il un trio Tim Matin, Café Large et Panini au Fromage tout dans une phrase était surement trop complexe pour elle de retenir donc j’ai dû partir en cancellant ma commande pour finalement être en retards au travail car j’ai dû refaire le fil au McDonald là ou ils n’avaient pas de misère à compléter une commande de déjeuner.

I went there for a ceprese sandwhich on croissant and the cashier took my order but the lady working on the sandwhiches shouted loudly “if the order comes like that, i can’t make it work” while i was paying. The service here is pathetic and the way they treat customers is very questionable. NEVER HERE AGAIN.

Very inefficient store, waiting for my online order for 10 minutes, oven is open and ringing from last 10 minutes, very poor co-ordination, 5-6 staff but only 2-3 working actually.

Very slow service on the daily. Staff members are overworked.

Line up is very long and it is the same if driving through or walking in and this is due to the slowness of the service which is clearly due to shortage in manpower.

Franchise owner may need to consider hiring more staff.

My first visit and i was really, amazed. Very clean church, shining pews, beautiful architecture, centrally located, and close to a metro station. Only disadvantage not enough parking spaces. I love this church.

Slowest timhortons I've ever been to been there 6 times head office needs to investigate the drivethrew situation something has gone terribly wrong half hour isn't normal. Made the mistake of returning gave a 20 on a 11 dollar bill got 3.25 in change I'm not the best at math but something is off

Worst timmies ive ever encountered. They basically only ever have water bottles and coffee on the 6 times ive been. Never hve donuts, muffins, sandwiches… Only good for breakfast but even there they get your order wrong
Just go down the street to the Mcdonalds you’ll be better off.

I had to wait 15 min in line, I thought this was a fast food restaurant, where's the "FAST"? They had like 10 people but there was no one doing the cashier.

This place is nearby to where I live, staff at the cashier are doing their best to serve customers however the place is quiet dirty: the floor is dirty, trash bins are most of the time full, tables are not immediately and systematically kept clean and sanitized after customers' departure.
The manager need to deploy more hygiene rules and standards.
You can do better.

Service très très lent. Avec 1 personne devant moi, qui a commandé 2 cafés glacés. J'ai attendu 15min et je suis parti sans avoir commandé. Pourquoi le caissier doit préparer les commandes aussi? Pas efficace.

Bad experiences and rather rude service.

1. I ordered a coffee with almond milk on the Tim's app and, when picking it up, the lady at the counter told me they didn't know what almond milk was and didn't have it. I was fine with that and said that I can just have black coffee, but upon getting home, I realize that the coffee I got had what seemed like an "accidental" amount of milk or cream inside
2. I asked to redeem my Tim points at the counter as they were expiring but the counter lady mistakenly added points instead. When I told her again that I would like to redeem my points, she rudely said that she cannot and got annoyed.

Service is always horrible here. This place is very close to me, but I am not going anymore. I prefer to go a bit further and wait a bit longer at the Tims on Lucerne and 40 highway.

Awful experience.wanted to use ladies restroom but one toilet was available the second was locked for no logical reason. No soap in dispenser and tap water was very thin to rinse. My bagel was soggy and wrapped with greasy slimy wrapper. Not to mention air conditioner was turned on a very hot summer day. I suggest someone from Tim Hortons headquarters should visit this branch and check fir themselves as they are giving bad name for the chain

Nul. Je vous conseille le Starbucks. Les deux dollars de plus valent la peine. Dans ce Tim Horton, les comptoirs sont collants, il y a des poils dans ma boisson, les employés sont impolis et ils portent mal leur masques. Je conseille la fermeture de ce Tim Horton. Je suis très déçue. Merci…

J'ai trouver une employer de couleur noir très arrogante, quand ma fille est aller la voir en lui disant que je croyais ne pas avoir de pomme de terre dans mon sandwich elle à répondu bêtement c'est moi qui la fait et ne sais que j'ai mis la patate a l'intérieur.
Le temps que j'ai manger.plusieurs personne semble s'etre llein de leurs commande.donc cette personne devrait etre réprimander. Voilà

C'est compliqué en criss de commander ici! Je commande le sandwich au porc effiloché, on me répond avec un anglais massacré qu'ils n'ont pas de limonade

Mauvais service, réponses agressives alors que je demande pour 2 bills. Si vos employés ne connaissent pas le service client, vous devriez les former.

Le refus de nous servir car trop paresseux de faire du café décaféiné, une façon de faire dans bien des Tim, je suis déçu du manque de culture car il y a un manque de suppervision, mon exemple est chez MCDO ou il y a toujours une personne en charge pas juste laisser des jeunes en charge, bien a 100% du temps meme s'il y en a pas on nous dit ca va prendre 4 minutes, alors je vous conseil d'aller au MCDO

Toilette fermé. Mais voyons, quel manque de consideration pour la clientèle! Et ce n'est pas une règle covid mais bien la décision des propriétaires! Tu laisse ton restaurant ouvert tu donnes accès au sanitaires!
