I came at 8 pm. The staff were nice and polite. Quick service. My drinks were made with care and tasted amazing.
100% worthy

25-12-2023 I bought a wrmatin and sandwich combo Hush Browns, but they were so black and hard that I couldn't eat them. I should have posted this before vacation, but I posted it at a different location. 3131cote vertu I'm sorry about that.

For me it was a little bit dirty, the garbage was full, the floor, bathroom dirty and the bread very stale for the soup and sandwich. But the service is good.

I came through drive thruh the cashier Anchal were very helpful with our wrong order. She was so polite and also she listened us with patience and she was so helpful i think tim hortons needs these types of employee more.

Baddest service ever! The cashier was sooo rude while saying hi (like if she doesn’t want to). She was really mad that I need my receive (it’s illegal to refuse to give the receipt BTW so, smile next time when giving the receipt to customers lol!).

In conclusion, i do not recommend this location at all…

The people’s attitude here is so stinky.they are rude and not mindful of their customers’ needs. Avoid this place.

Good food, quick service.but there's a bitter old Quebecer woman on the morning shift that decided to pick on me after hearing me speak English to the other cashier. She spoke in a very disrespectful tone and quite loudly, asking me to put honey in my tea somewhere else because she can't give her orders out (I was taking the corner of her counter, there was plenty of space). I said ok, I'll move but can you please give me a bit of ice before I go.she then ignored my request and served someone else. I was waiting for my ice and didn't change places, so she came back to yell at me that why am I still there when she asked me to leave.such rudeness! I won't be coming back here again

J'étais là seule cliente dans le restaurant mais pourtant j'ai du attendre 3 minutes pour passer ma commande et certains employés ne portaient pas bien leur masque (en dessous du nez) et ma limonade n'avait pas beaucoup de goût contrairement a celle de la personne qui était avec moi.

Second week in a row I went there and coffee was very bad not for the 3 4 dollars for the coffee but when coffee is old throw it out make new sure doesn't cost that much to Tim Hortons only you go adding boiling water thinking were not going to notice what a joke I'll probably get better tasting coffee from a restaurant then I got from a coffee place.

Probably the worst drive through experience ever, I pulled up to the drive through and made an order of 2 French vanilla, a green tea and a doughnut. As I got to the window I asked if I could add an extra small French vanilla, the girl at the window without a reason said no. So I asked why she said there is two cars behind you so I can not add an small French vanilla, it was 11: 30pm at night and there was only one car behind me.
She could have easily just added an extra small French vanilla but she was being rude and giving attitude for no reason.

No English speaker’s after 12. Plus some of them do not even bother to show up on the window if they encounter a English speaker

I enjoy their Broccoli soup there chicken wrap and chicken burgers and a few donuts also I like strong coffee.

Today, I bought a cup of ice coffee in this store, it is real that a half cup is coffee and another half is ice. It is the 1st time that I met this in Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, It is really a untrue truth. I won't go there any more

I experienced a very humiliating behavior from the staff today at Tim Hortons 3838 Blvd. Cote Vertu Ouest (October9,2020). There was no one but only me in the restaurant. By mistake I did not noticed the new line (as per covid restrictions) for customers, so I took the line that was there before, and stood in front of the counter there for around 10 minutes, no staff called me or notified me the mistake, they were simply looking at me and doing other duties. It was only me standing there. Then one customer came through the correct line and he stood in front of me and the staff took the order right away from him. I then only realized my mistake, but they should have pointed out it to me? I was standing right in front of them for nearly 10 minutes! We are all humans is n't it?

Food is great, but service was horrible. Martine was very rude with us and sighed when I asked for something. I felt like I was bugging her because I was ordering food.

Je suis une cliente reguliere et je travaille sur la route. Je ne peux m'empecher de m'arrêter a ce tim horton du au service exceptionnel et rapide que m'offre les caissieres de nuit. Je recommande a 100%.

The service is very poor and the place needs some cleaning. All other Tim Hortons I have visited offered a better service.

Good coffee! But werid layout when ordering. The workers don't use the side part to give food so at some point we were 3 different costumers waiting for are food at the paying counter. It was a mess.

I know you may think that my liking this place is due to our shared first name but remember that as a Montrealer I am NOT a Maple Leaf's fan lol. No I like the food and most of the staff. I give them a smile and I get one or four back

Lazy workers in the weekend.
This is my third weekend to order peppermint mocha and same employee at the cash that says "we don't have it. " Apparently she can only serve and sell regular coffees. Wow tims! Good job on hiring these kind of employees. Here's a photo on how lazy they are. I stayed here for 2 hours and nothing was done.

Commande souvent incomplètes, ou erronées. Le chocolat chaud c'est de l'eau la moitié du temps, le café foncé du régulier.vérifier vos commandes avant de partir

Employée en formation laissée a elle même a la caisse, le reste des employés semblent totalement désorganisé, beigne mis le glaçage a l'envers dans la boite.

Service is always slow but today I witnessed the cashier refuse to take the order of an Asian customer because he spoke English. He then asked to speak to the manager who did not address the issue but just simply asked him in english what he wanted to order. Turns out the customer was fully bilingual and told the manager, he can speak both languages (and he did very well) but as a force of habit, started to order in English and wanted to continue to be served in english but the cashier refused! Everyone in line was watching this unfold. Once again, this TH did not let me down with their horrible Customer Service.

Personnel très sympathique, mais comme souvent quand j'y vais, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix. Peut être l'heure a laquelle j'y vais.

On vient pour commander la givrée à la mangue et ils ne l'ont pas, en résumer à chaque fois que je m'en vais là bas ils n'ont jamais rien en stock.dommage!

They are always missing certain flavors for the timbits and the service is very unfriendly. One of the worst Tim Hortons in Saint Laurent.

I don't expect much from this kind of places but service level is low. You'll have a hard time ordering if you don't speak French.

Worst tim hortons location! Rude, lazy, slow and when you tell them the order is wrong they give you an attitude.

Service moyen. J'ai eu besoin de spécifier ma commande 3 fois et on a essayé de me passer un café régulier à la place du corsé que j'avais commandé sans me le dire. A 2.30$ du café, c'est du vol!

Staff are terrible at there jobs.ordered a trio wrap got my coffee waited around 20minutes forgot my wrap and hashbrown, asked for it took another 20minutes to receive the wrap had to ASK again! For my hashbrown and to top it of the hashbrown was days old hard as a rock. Will be using another service in this area from now on.

Tim Hortons le plus lent que j'ai jamais vu. On dirait que le personnel est en vacances. 5 minutes dans la ligne d'attente + 7 minutes pour les frites avec sandwich, 12 minutes au total? ! Très frustré! Tim Hortons a eviter!

Worst service ever. Can not order food after 130am. You don't understand what they saying and rude.what good is a 24 hour drive through is they don't have food.

Gros problème de service, c'est sûrement le plus lent de toute la chaîne.
J'avait pas le choix de leur donner une étoile car il n'y en a pas de plus bas.

Dame qui vous fait payer a un air bête, 2 fois elle m'a remis du change et s'est gardé de l'argent, une fois 5$ l'autre fois 3$. Vérifier TOUJOURS votre monnaie de retour. Ce resto a un but, servir trop vite car ils sont évalués sur la vitesse de transaction mais le SERVICE 0. Faites-vite sinon, ils seront bêtes. Changer de dame âgé le matin ça ferait la différence! On a pas besoin de commencer notre journée avec une air bête et aucun service et respect et sans se faire prendre de l'argent. Laissez-nous le temps de payer et de recevoir et regarder notre nourriture pour s'assurer vous nous donner les bonnes choses aussi. Et ne demandez pas 12 beignes avec une sorte précise, car ils ne vous écoute pas, ils vous donne ce qu'ils veulent bien vous donner. D'une cliente qui était hyper fidèle chaque jour, qui achetait du café souvent pour l'ensemble de mes employés mais qui a été très déçue les 2 deux dernières fois le plus et les fois que j'ai demandé des choses et pas reçu ce que je voulais. Ne pas redonner la monnaie c'est un vol ou une erreur d'inattention? 2 fois en 1 semaine c'est normal? Ne pas réparer votre allée de service à l'auto avec 2 gros trous (nid de poule), ça brise nos autos.c'est ça le service à donner? Je préfère retourner au Mcdonald. Service = 0. Pire Tim Horton que j'ai connu. TRISTE.

I received cold potatoe wedges with my meal at the drive through, drive back through and asked for new ones.their English was bad and my French is worse.so much confusion and rudeness from their staff.finally asked for a refund, but they never gave me a receipt to begin with. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Le service est lent.mais lent.c'est in.croy.able. Au moins, les produits sont standards et on ne peut être déçu. Heureusement!
