Tim Hortons

The Dru-Thrive was super fast! But the customer is was not great. Even when taking my order, it looked like the person was in a rush (is it all? Every 1 minute). I order one breakfast sandwich, one coffee and a mixed dozen doughnut (I asked for one plain one). Got to the window, the dozen with four plain doughnut.had to go back to the drive-thru for them to fix it.they changed it but there was no variety and the doughnuts was stall.coffee was burned. I guess TIM HORTONS IS ALWAYS "NOT" FRESH.

I go to this tims almost every morning and I gotta say they’re always so fast and nice! Super hardworking staff! This is the best Tim’s thankyou!

Très mauvaise expérience.
Malheureusement l'employée était nouvelle et la communication avec elle était très difficile ni français ni anglais.
Ça me fait de la peine de trouver une jeune fille dans cette position.
Je blâme le gérant si elle est nouvelle au Canada et c'est son premier travail, il doit la garder pour autre tâche loin des clients jusqu'elle se sent bien et confiance en elle même.

Extra star for the one and only reason that it’s not overpopulated, with enough space to sit down and meetup with someone for a chat or study in peace. Otherwise, employees look miserable serving you. Wait time is pretty long during non rush hours.
No doughnuts at 6pm and none after 7pm either. Tim Hortons is known for the baked goods. What’s the point of going there if they never have any stock that they advertise. Don’t bother heading there if you’re craving sweets, head to the Tims on Hymus/ Des sources instead.

The coffee at this Tims is always fresh, and in my opinion extremely great tasting hot coffee and nice staff. I wish it was open 24/7, as i like getting coffee here out of all other coffee places. My fave Tims. Its usually open 4: 30 am until 10pm. Nice staff! Reliable service, always friendly and efficient.

UPDATE! 2022-11-19
I have been to Tim's. I have been to Hortons.but never in my life I have ever waited long for an STI or pregancy test. I have 2 dogs and one my dogs went a little "wild" with the other dog. Luckily, it was the girl dog that went to town on the boy dog.don't worry though, he is neutered. Unfortunately, my female dog is not neutered though and now am concerned the male dog might be pregnant or have an STI. The hot chocolate was pretty delicious but I am still a little concerned about my dogs.any suggestions? !?

Worst tim hortons to go. I waited 45 min for my order and still they didn't have it correctly done. The workers are so lost I had to give my order 4 time so they can understand.

If I could give -1 review I would. I have been going to this location on and off for 2 years. The service is trash. They never have anything you want to order. No bread. No ice. No tortillas. You wait in line for 10mins because they are too busy chit chatting. Its absolutely horrible. Unacceptable service at this location.

À cause qu'il manque beaucoup de personnel, je me déplace de moins en moins, c'est plate mais avec le salaire trop bas, c'est compréhensible et encore mieux de ne pas en consommer pour les bonnes raisons.

They never have anything available during the morning rush hour. No hashbrowns, no donuts and often get the coffee orders wrong.

Was very disgusted yesterday. I walked into Tim Hortons in the gas station to buy some snacks and as my son an I was deciding what to get get, we noticed little fruit fly looking bugs crawling and flying around the food in the window. They were even some stuck on some of the chocolatines. I told the young male cashier that there are bugs on food and he said, " I know" I wasn't sure he heard me so I said it again and he said so nonchalantly, " I know, I will tell the manager tomorrow. " I was so grossed out that I told him I am going to get something at another store. The least he could have done was removed the items that the bugs we actually stuck to. Good luck if you bought a chocolatine there Friday May 31st around 8: 15pm.

Mauvaise expérience la caissière ne parle pas français et il ny a pas de yogourt grec et de gruo.

This place blows. The staff just cant take an order. Ive been going there almost every week days for 2 years. Always order the samething. And they are still getti g it wrong most the time or i have to repeat the order half a dozen time. Too bad its the closest one from work.

My favorite coffee ever! A medium size is only $2! Love their breakfast sandwiches, their doughnuts always fresh!

Pot luck the service you receive at this location. Drive thru service is slow with a staff that just doesn’t seem very friendly. More disturbing is the fact they take no pride in keeping the premises clean. Each morning this is what is waiting at the drive thru. It doesn’t take much to setup a schedule to send someone out and clean up the drive thru area from time to time.

So many employees, but it seems like it takes forever to get a coffee.too bad they don't have access to caffeine to speed em up a little
