Épouvantable!
Chai latté pas buvable (lait pas trop frais), Biscuits très gras et mauvais café!
Vraiment pas agréable.

Went to the drive-thru, rather long waiting time. Then there was mistake in my order, I ordered potato wedges and received a hash brown. I didn't have time to go back. Not to mention, the last time my daughter went to get a box of 12 donuts, she got home, and there were only 11 donuts in the box, she had to go back. Seriously, the employees need to learn to count to 12 and know the difference between a hash brown and potato wedges.

Better maintained then most Tim Hortons I've been too, Very good service! Always got time for Tim Hortons

The food wasn't as good the potatoes over cooked very hard the chicken warp was having juice can out of it.not appesizing.

Absolument terrible. Personne qui gère de soir. Commande passé en ligne, mais la commande n'est toujours pas prete 30 minutes après le "pickup time" choisit.

À mon arrivé, à l'heure de pickup convenue, la commande n'avait même pas été commencé par le staff.

Incompréhensible que la chaine Tim Hortons n'ont pas repris cette succursale.

+30 minutes d'attente pour 3 sandwich, commandé en ligne d'avance, avec 5-6 employés qui tournent en rond alors que le commerce est vide à 20h00.

UPDATE - Les 3 sandwhichs avaient des erreures en plus

Only drive thru is open on a Saturday evening at 6pm. No employees available to work. All the youth are at the local music event rather than at their work for their scheduled shifts.

La pire expérience client jamais reçue. Les employés étaient désorganisés, le service à l'auto n'était pas efficace. Et, l'employée à la commande à l'auto avait une attitude désagréable. J'avais demandé un café glacé boisson amandes et coulis caramel. Elle me remet un cappuccino glacé. Je lui mentionne que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai demandé et elle m'obstine en faisant de l'attitude. J'insiste et on fini par me donner mes breuvages. Ils oublient mes sandwichs et mon muffin à deux reprises. Le wrap du travailleur saucisse ne goûtait pas la sauce chipotle et l'autre sandwich était froid.

They were reasonably fast at providing the cold breakfast sandwiches, stale donuts and terrible coffee that Timmies is famous for.

Drive through. Didn't get the order right, but at least they charged what was served. Long wait, staffer left mid-sentence to go respond to something else. Had to ask for receipt.

Je suis rentrée a l'intérieur j'était le seul client. On m'a regardé a plusieurs reprise (j'était a la caisse) on ne m'a jamais servis. U
n employé est venu a la caisse a passer devant moi car il était en pose, ces fait servire par un autre employer et après les deux sont parti, j'ai continué d'attendre a la caisse mais aucun service je suis donc partit. 10 @ 15 minutes a l'intérieur (1 avril 2021 17: 15)

Moi j ai décrocher du tim pour une accroc comme moi je suis déçu du service les erreurs et le cafe jamais le même goût trop fort service trop long

Update: it seems to have gotten alot better for that. But I sometimes still get coffee grounds xD

Caline complique d'avoir la bonne commande, commande toast chedar creton, non seulement ya pas de chedar dans mes toast mais ya pas de creton non plus

Great service, quick for the amount of people who were waiting and food and drinks were excellent!

Im a truck driver. At 11: 00pm, all I wanted was medium double double before leaving for Montreal from this location. The guy told me to wait for 15 mints bcz he was mopping the floor! Why couldn’t he serve his customers first!? Another car and he gave them the same story and they left. I ended up waiting for a simple cup of coffee because I didn’t have the option to go to another tims with a big truck! Absolutely unacceptable! The guy at night shift needs coaching

Leurs cappucino glacée son jamais bon, de plus il ne sont pas capable de laver leurs machines a ice capp, c'est une de leurs employés qui la mentionné.

Merci à votre équipe pour le timbit à moitié croqué dans ma boîte de 50. Merci également de m'avoir servi des timbits tellement secs que 5 d'entre eux était croustillants. C'est un peu triste guys: ' (

I have gone many times to this Timmies and honestly I'm less and less impressed. Just today I ordered a tea. I get to work and pull out the tea bags and it's just a little over half full. Come on guys get it together. I shouldn't have to pay 4$ for half of the tea I am supposed to recieve.

Not sure what is going on but it seems they are changing. They are skimping on their cream cheese and now adding more cream than coffee. I have been a loyal customer for years and years and would go once a day. Now, I would not recommend this Tim’s to anyone!

Un atmosphère un peu plus tamisé en fin de soirée serait agréable mais c'est le seul lieu pour aller jaser après le cinéma du lundi soir.

Tim Horton's can't get any better.
Actually they could get better but they're at the level of on assable.they're no longer really Canadian because they've been bought out by a Brazilian or South American conglomerate.however us-canadian still go in there for our Tim's coffees and drive through the window.they still have fast food although some of it's gone downhill and then they have their soups and sandwiches which are still decent enough. And their pricing is okay to and their services is usually quick enough.
I have a buddy that's an exquisite chef yes he likes to go for their porridge and toasted white bread.
I'll just meet somebody there if required. But my road trip buddy gal-pal likes to pass by a Tim Horton's just for the coffee and sometimes a donut too. She's hooked on Tim Hortons. I'm not but it has become a tradition anyhow.

It's Tim Hortons what else is there to say? No matter where you're at in Canada you can get the exact same experience in a solid cup of coffee with a maple donut!

Rude employees with attitude problems! I asked for my cream cheese on both sides of my bagel an she’s like We charging double! I literally paid $5 for a bagel. I didn’t want extra to fill the hole I wanted the same amount but put on both sides! An the egg muffin sandwich had half a chunk out of it.

Très long 15 minutes pour un wrap et un café. 4 employés débordés avec une moyenne d'âge de 16 ans.

My friend went into the Tim Hortons to get a coffee after using the washroom but decided not to. It look clean enough through the glass window and it was basically a placement in the middle of highways or byways within the Eastern townships at some crossroads section that I thought we were lost at.
Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. The ones in Montreal seem to have less than the quality of foods so I can't speak for every Tim Horton. This one looks clean but it also look pretty empty on a Saturday in the middle of the day on a gorgeous fall, with mountains and trees in multi-colors surrounding the entire environment.

Tim coffee very good i ask for less ice but to fill it to the brim. Chicken sandwich very good especialy if they toaste the bread in panini toaster

Service is not great.waited way too long for my food and people that came after me got their food before me.

S'est le meilleur Tim dans la région, bilingue, Beaucoup de choix, toujours frais contrairement à ceux de Granby et St-Alphonse qui devraient s'en tenir à ce qu'il y avait de bon dans l'temps: Comme les beignes, le café, et les tartelettes. Il se perd dans trop de nouveautés.

Aujourd’hui ils étaient 7 en arrière du comptoir et ça l’a pris 12 minutes avoir mon bagel fromage à la crème. En plus je l’ai reçu avec beurre quand je l’ai demandé sans. Je n’irai donc plus à ce Tim. Les employés se foutent royalement de leur emploi.

Manque souvent de choix de beigne et ils disent qu'ils n'en refont pas d'autre, assez décevant!

Great chili and cream of broccoli soup. The young lady who served us at the counter was friendly and efficient. She merits 5 stars.
