The food leaves a lot to be desired, the coffee is average, the service is magnificent, very good,

I went there at 7 am,: I ordered a trio bacon egg timatin on breakfast biscuit, coffee, hash brown and drove just round the corner to eat it. I bit into the sandwich, it was on a barely toasted English muffin though the contents were warm. Disappointed, I took up the hash brown.not frozen but cold.went back to the window.

I was asked first time at the window if I wanted a muffin I said No. I got one anyway.and ate two bites before the full awfulness was apparent, so they said I couldn't have another to replace it. Telling the manager that he was an Idiot was not the wisest course but I was furious. I felt that I had overreacted but when I went to the reviews and saw my fellow customers were almost to a man enraged by this grotesque apology for a restautrant I was emboldened.

I have lived in Montreal for 40 years, I believe that this is the worst such place I have ever visited.that would cover not just Montreal but also those parts of the rest of Canada, that I have visited.

I would say that 3 times out of four the order is wrong in some respect, on several occasion they have run out of basic supplies such as eggs or muffins. The muffins need to be TOASTED not raw and Floppy

Whether the problem is language, poor electronics so words are hard to hear or inadequate training of staff I don't know. I only really see the ghastly end product. The young women who work there seem nice enough.is it just poor management?

This franchise outlet should be a license to print your own money. Instead it is just awful.read the reviews! There is no space for negative stars which is a pity

My criticism of this drive through is not of the staff, mainly women and doing their best, but of management. Someone has to show how, show standards of performance, Clearly these are young women who want to work. I am myself an immigrant and have every sympathy with those who make the difficult journey.
It is a problem of management and the sooner it is addressed the better.

Très mauvais service. Aucun entregent avec la clientèle, aucun, bonjour, aucun merci, très peu d effort pour parler la langue officielle. Aucun sourire,

Always missing items that are advertised and simple things like ice for iced coffee. It’s a waste of time.

Pire service que j ai vue, j arrête a tous les samedi et dimanche matin vers 6h 10 / 6h13, presque jamais d employés (ees), lorsqu'il a un employé le café est dégueulasse, on dirait le reste de la veille; problème a te faire comprendre. Jamais de sourire, c est désolant car c est le seul place pour le café sur mon chemin pour aller travailler.
Bonne chance si tu te présente au service a l auto, tu risque d attendre longtemps, tu entre a l intérieur pour demander la raison qui a pas de service a l auto et tu viens a bout de comprendre que c est parce qu'elle est seul.
Au moins mettre un cône pour l indiqué. Ouf ouf ouf

The Quebec MAPAQ needs to launch an investigation at this particular location. Paid for 3 breakfast muffins and the muffin were expired long, long time. Mold was on all of them. I took photos and will be sending them to MAPAQ.

Le pire Tim Hortons du Québec. Il manque toujours quelque chose en stock et là propreté laisse à désirer.

Service désagréable, attente interminable, manque toujours quelques choses: oeuf, salade, poulet, etc. Je ne comprends pas comment cela peut être aussi mal gérer.

Worst Tim Horton, I never seen so many bad reviews for a place that is able to stay open after that, Tim Horton management should be ashamed, they never get the orders right, you always have to go back because something is wrong, it’s a drivetru and they never put napkins in the bag, when they don’t feel like making something (iced coffee), they tell you they have it anymore. They never say hi or have a nice day. They ask you what you want in your coffee but they never get it right. It’s like they don’t care, and it’s not one employee, even with different employees it’s the same.

Employés ne parlent pas français ou peu.
J ai demandé 3 fois un grand café Ford, foncé, un peu de lait pas de sucre.
J ai eu un grand café moyen, avec beaucoup de lait et sucre?

Le comptoir était sale, j ai demandé de le laver, ça n a pas fait l affaire à la fille. Pas de sourire, parle juste Espagnole.

C ' EST A COTE DE CHEZ MOI ET SOUVENT JE VAIS CHERCHER DES CAFÉS.

SVP, IL Y A UN MANQUE DE PERSONNEL. MAIS EN FRANÇAIS. SVP. SOURIRE ET PROPRETÉ.

I have no idea what wrong with there French vanilla machine but It tastes like water I’m sorry but it’s not first time it’s been like that for a while, it’s been a while if I want my French vanilla drink I have to go much far timmies to get it please fix the machine

Le pire service en ville, après avoir attendu 30 minutes, tu reçois une commande froide et incomplète. Les employés ne parle pas français et à peine l'anglais. La seule raison d'y aller est qu'il n'y pas d'autres options disponible.

Have been coming to this Tim Hortons for 12 years. Today ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese through the drive-though.
Opened the bag and to my surprise recieved an uncooked bagel with cream cheese on it. Uncooked as in raw dough with cream cheese on it. Guess I should be asking for a cooked bagel next time. 1st screw up in 12 years so guess I can't complain.

Franchement, le pire service que j’ai vu dans ma vie. Les employés sont zéro professionnel en distribuant de la nourriture sale ou délabrée. J’y suis allé à plusieurs reprises et j’ai jamais été bien servi. Si c’est pour un service pareil autant fermer le Tim

Service 0. Le staff n'est pas capable de prononcer un mot en français, même pas "bonjour" ou "merci". Pas fort. Je comprends qu'il y a une pénurie de main d'oeuvre et que c'est difficile de recruter, mais il y a des limites.

Tim horton très sale. Des mouches partout, j'en ai déja eu une broyé dans ma limonade. Des guepes partout dans le présentoir a muffin/beignes.

Il n'avait plus de pain plat, elle ma donné le choix pour panini ou pain multi-grain, je lui ai dit panini et elle m'a donné l'autre. La compréhension est très difficile on dirait que les employés parlent à peine anglais/francais. J'ai commandé des patates et ils m'ont donné un verre à cafe rempli à moitié et une hash-brown je n'ai jamais commandé (de toute facon elle sont pas mangeable) ET TOUT CA POUR LA MODIQUE SOMME DE 11,26$ WOW. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je le ferai. Il faut former le staff bande d'incompétent!

I had to go back to ask for refund
Ordered 3 Boston (one of them was NO cream)
2 double chocolate, and was insisting.they gave me Glace chocolate.

Pire Tim Hortons que j'ai fait. Difficulté à se faire comprendre, choix des produits très restreint et la propreté reste à désirer.le roulement du personnel est énorme et ils ne recoivent clairement pas de formation, autant sur le service à clientèle que sur la préparation des commandes.

6h du matin, moustiques et mouches sur les beignets, attention au service au volant car ils donnent n importe quoi.
Je suis rentrée à l intérieur car le personnel ne comprenais pas ce que je voulais et étant à l intérieur je n'étais plus capable de prendre le muffins à cause des mouches et ceux qui étaient au volant on leur servait ces gâteaux.
Faites attention au service au volant, j'en ai bien appris avec ce Tim.

La seule raison pour que ce Tim existe encore c est qu il y a zero compétiteur aux alentours surtout pour un café/ déjeuner service au volant et/ou un service tot le matin (avant 7h)
-Manque flagrant de la quasi moitié du menu (qualité souvent médiocre)
- service lent, voir meme extrêmement lent et ce n est certainement pas un manque de personnel, même à 5 ou 6 sur le plancher c est le KO
(15 min pour un café qui arrive froid!)
- employés livrés à eux même
- manque d hygiene terrible (il y a eu une visite d inspection en juillet.)
- le service en français quasi inexistent (c’est le meme profil pour 90% des employés)
- si il y avait une autre alternative sur l’IDS cet endroit aurait fermé depuis un bon moment
À mon avis ça ne changera jamais puisque l argent va rentrer pareil vu qu il ya zero compétition et le propriétaire ne verra donc pas l urgence de corriger la situation

The best place ever.
They have a lot of different sweets and delicious food that's not expensive at all.
There's a parking and you can also order from the window. There's a gas station right in front of the shop.
I also like that Tim Hortons and Couche-Tard are located in one store.
So you can order some sweets and buy some food at the same time.
The customers are respectful and careful with the order.
Like i said, the two stores are located in one, so there's no dine-in. But it's not a problem, there's a park close to the store, so you can walk or sit while eating and relaxing in the beautiful nature.
Not just that, it's not busy at all at any time. So you won't have to wait. And the last thing is that the food is always fresh and tasty!

Bonjour je suis m girard très très déçu du service de tim Hortons de île des sœur les employées on tout lais bête et j’ai de la difficulté à me faire comprendre quand je passe une commande car sur 4 emploier 3 parle pas français et l’autre un français très médiocre j’ai commandé un petit matin avec café tout simple et il a fallu le redire 3 fois car il on pas compris allié j’ai reçu que un grand café iiiiiiii bravo svp aller voir ça car ça fait duré plus capable de avoir un service en français voyon allumer merci

Aucun service en français, et même quand on se résigne à parler en anglais ils comprennent rien. Le service est extrèmement lent autant au service au volant qu'au comptoir, que ce soit tranquille ou achalandé. La bouffe est soit trop cuite soit pas assez, bref je déconseille fortement d'encourager plus longtemps cette succursale.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a beibs brew iced coffee, a box of 10 timbits and a 4 cheese bagel with butter on it. I got the coffee which tasted awful, so I ask them to remake it. Why doesn't the same coffee always taste the same? They gave me the wrong timbits in a bag instead of a box. I left with my order and during my drive I noticed that my bagel didn't have butter on it. I drive back and wait the drive thru again, the employee gives me a cup of butter, and then I noticed that the butter is completely melted. 3/3 items wrong in my order.

Service abominable. Pourquoi faire ce travail si ça vous tente pas? Il y a tout pleins d’endroits qui recrutent!

The drive tru experience is just horrible each and every time. I really thought it was only me so I gave this place so many chances but my god. The staff can’t never hear or understand any orders…They even smack lips when you ask them to redo your drink. Last time waisting my time and money here. Just avoid this place.

Lately it’s been ‘the sorry, we don’t have’ franchise. Perhaps logistics need to be reviewed there.

Comment dire.juste le pire des pires des tim horton. Chaque fois, bouf mal faite tout croche, beignes sec sec.pas de choix, ne parlent pas français. Si vous pouvez aller à un autre, allez-y.

Difficulté constante à se faire comprendre. Manque souvent de Tim Glacé, Tim Bits ou de manchons pour le café. Franchise pas très propre non plus. Une porte ouvrant sur le côté du local et menant à l'extérieur était ouverte il y a quelques jours exposant ainsi de la nourriture à tout ce qui peut se trouver dans la nature.

Aucun service en français, les employés sont lent et la nourriture est froide. Deplus, les employés ne connaisse pas bien leurs menu. Je donnerais une demi étoile si possible!

Pire tim hortons que j'ai vu de ma vie. Ça fait plus de 30 minutes que j'attends parce qu'elles se trompent dans ma commande et servent d'autres gens avant moi. En plus d'avoir de la misère à communiquer parce qu'elles ne parlent pas français.

La pire place que j'ai vu, le matin, aucun service, le service au volant affiche ouvert mais pas de service, obligé d'aller a l'intérieur pour me faire servir uniquement en anglais par un comis qui ce traine les pieds, vraiment le service du matin et même la semaine est nul

Horrible service and they never have nothing on the menu, the place gives Tim Hortons a terrible image, It should literally shut down it's doors

Staff are friendly. This location doesn't have all the options on the menu despite renovations last year. On the plus side, it's open 24/7.

Le pire tim horton qui soit. Jamais un employé ne comprend le francais. Il manque toujours de tout. L’attente est excessivement longue. Les employés ont l’air a l’agonie, tous sans exception. Desolant pour un emplacement quand même hupée. Employeurs faites quelque chose.
