Tim Hortons

The cashier was very nice. But the service was extremely slow.
I had to wait 20minutes to get my eggs sandwich.

Je vais chez Tim car j'aime bien leurs produits de temps en temps. Mais là, la jeune fille ne comprenait pas ce que je voulais. Je me suis rendue compte en mordant une bouchée et c'est du jalapeno et non aux herbes et à l'ail. Le baigne à l'érable n'est pas un baigne à l'érable c'est un fourré. Si on ne comprend pas, on le demande et on vérifie. Si elle ne comprenait pas le français, elle avait juste à le dire. À partir de maintenant, je vais vérifier mes commandes.

Not the first time I order something and they don’t have it. Sandwich? Sorry we don’t have bread. Donuts? Sorry we have nothing left. (it’s not even 6pm mind you) do you have cookies? Sorry we don’t have anything. OKAYY do you have water!? What a joke.

N’arrêtez jamais à ce Tim Hortons, nous venons d’attendre 15 minutes dans la commande à l’auto avec seulement deux autos en avant de nous!

Et ce n’est pas la première fois à cette endroit malheureusement.

Quel perte de temps!

I came at 1: 20am on Sunday to get a coffee, no one was inside. I stayed outside in my car because I had to make an important call, they kept me on hold for long, so I waited there.
At 2am an employee came, entered in the cafe and started making muffins.
I went to get coffee but the door was locked,
drive -thru closed.
I stayed outside until 3am because of the call,
but still, I didn’t manage to get the coffee. The employee disappeared somewhere in the kitchen and I couldn’t see her to ask her if the cafe is open.
In the end I called but no one answered.
Another car came and tried to open the door but it was locked.

If you are NOT 24 hours, don’t say that you ARE 24 hours.

Waited 15 min easily to get asked 3-4 times what I has asked for. 1 cold brew vanilla coffe, honey glazed donut, and an Oatmeal Latte.the manager tried to convince me to take another donut after his staff had told me twice he had what I ordered.then used the excuse that we are in an Industriel sector, that he is closing in 15min, and he is not making money.

I asked for the money back for the donut.was handed a drink.then when I got around the corner.it was not even what I had asked for.

This Tim Hortons is always dissapointing, and is a bad representation of the brand.
I will call customer service to make further complaints.

Personnel insolant, mais nous font attendre avant de prendre notre commande.euh ok. Plusieurs poils/chevaux dans la nourriture. Si je pouvais donner 0, je l'aurais fait.

A cool place to drink coffee and have a breakfast. There many coffee varieties and breakfast too.the atmosphere is nice and comfort.

Pire Tim Horton du Québec! Manque de personnel, produit pas frais, erreurs dans les commandes. Je n'y remets plus les pieds!

Service médiocre. Je ne recommande pas ce tim horton car les employés et le gérant (Omar) sont zéro professionnel et irrespectueux. De plus il y a toujours des erreurs sur les commandes à ce tim. Sincèrement c'est le pire tim hortons de toute laval à mon avis. Éviter d'aller à ce restaurants au futur clients qui veulent une commande chez tim je ne vous le recommande pas.

If i am paying for a medium drink why is 1/4 of the drink missing in my cup? Day after day… strongly thinking of changing locations

J'ai commander, attendu 20 minutes en ligne pour arriver a la fenêtre et me faire dire qu'il ni a plus de pain pour mon sandwich. Très déçu du service et de l'attente interminable

La dame a la caisse et très méchante avec les clients toujours agressif et elle est la seule qui comme sa elle devrait au sandwich pas à l'accueil

Paid for 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese. See what I got? ! This branch needs a hero to save it. Tim’s and the owner don’t give a! Anymore about their customers.
