Undoubtedly, the worst Tim Hortons/restaurant I've ever been to. Disgusting food, very bad service and they don't speak English or french!

So I'm a student at McGill and I decided to eat my lunch there today, but I can't express how disappointed and disgusted I was when I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, and I ended up getting a crispy chicken craveables that had raw chicken inside of it. I don't think I'll ever trust that store again. Be careful.

This Tim Hortons must either change management or close down. It's a disaster of a service, bad food quality, always dirty.

I'd like to award this establishment with the "worst tims on the island" award. The staff's dedication to messing up my order each and every time is truly awe inspiring. Special shout out to the BLT sandwiches they make without lettuce or tomato! This place will surely brighten up your morning commute with its never-ending variations for messed up orders. Want to eat a boston cream donut except there's (somehow, miraculously) no cream in it? This is the place to go! Seriously, if you enjoy risk and challenge, dont be afraid to swing by! And if you are of a philanthropic nature, they conveniently have the city's houseless population just outside the door waiting for you. It truly can't get any better?

Extremely bad service, it happens 3 times to me that I order either an Americano or double shot expresso and I pay for it without having it! Always the same excuse that the machine is not working! Wasting my time without having my coffee eventually.

The chicken sandwich was really great. I loved it. But I was so disappointed by the cashier who was wearing glasses, with black hair. She was so rude to me when I was making an order. I couldn't really hear what she said exactly because of the loud background music and the transparent barrier between me and her. But every time I asked her to say again, she repeated what she said, showing that she is really annoyed with repeating. I don't understand why she was so frustrated with repeating just a few words. I was kind of embarrassed at the time since other customers were looking at the situation from behind.

Always opens 10-15 minutes late then takes another 5-10 minutes to take your order. After all this tome they don’t even serve breakfast sandwiches because nothings ready.

My one complaint is that the writing describing the menu items are too small to read while waiting in line. It's only when we are right up to the cashier that it's possible to read them and then make a decision on what will be ordered. It would be much better if one of the screens up front could loop through the different menu items, showing one at a time with big letters for 12-15 sec each so that people in line can make the decision of what to order. With the social distancing measures, it's not like everyone can walk right up to the counter to read the menu.

Alternatively if the menu was shown on cardboard panels that would be next to the people who are waiting in line to order, it would make it easier and the customers would take less time to order. This is part of the reason it takes them so long.

Worst experience so far since I am in Montreal. The cashier, which apparently is also the manager is the worst. She does not understand a simple bagel order and ask me 8, yes 8 times the same question! Its like its trying to mock the customer. Additionally when the order comes, its not what I asked. Therefore I will never go back again there. If you go there be carefull with the small lady with the hat, thats her. I asked for her name in order to do a formal complaint but she refused to give it, so hopefully and employer from Tim Hortons can see this post and maybe recognise her.

I love this Tim Hortons! They are wonderful here, they always make my tea right. Some of the staff are very friendly and some less so, but the quality of the products at this location are far better than a few of the others in the area. I’d rather go the extra couple of minutes to get here. Personally LOVE that they grill the bagels here, the warm cream cheese is EVERYTHING and I want this to be a standard for all of the locations in Canada.

Great service! My kids were so excited to get donuts. We haven’t been out to downtown for a while. The kids kept pointing, changing their mind and shouting what they wanted. The cashier was patient and made sure we all got the donuts we wanted. Thank you for the amazing service. Great price, great coffee and amazing experience. Thank you.

Je voudrais commencer par vous dire qu'il y a deux ans de ceux-là j'ai travailler à cette endroit laisser moi vous dire que c'était la pire expérience de ma vie. Le gérant qui m'a embaucher pour travailler ne m'a même pas mis à l'aise et en confiance il m'a laisser à moi-même je n'ai eu aucun formation je n'avais aucun orientation c'étais la pire endroit où je pouvais travailler mes collègue qui travaillais avec moi ne m'ont pas aidé au contraire il me faisait toujours des remarques négatives que je ne sais rien, que je ne travaille pas assez rapidement et mal et ceci devant les clients la honte que j'ai eu n'imaginer même pas. Quand j'ai quitté l'emploi personne ne m'a appeler pour me demander pourquoi je ne viens plus travailler et croyez à force de toujours me faire parler mal par spécifiquement une collègue mon mental étais brisé. Pour de vrai je ne recommande pas cette endroit à personne ni client et ni futur employé et surtout au jeune qui cherche un emploi.

Ordering from this location on Uber Eats etc? They'll forget your coffee almost every time.

The service is good, but it is crowded, especially during rush hours. After those times, it is fine; there are way less people. If you plan on getting your morning coffee or your breakfast here, I suggest to plan ahead of time and come earlier than usual because there's a good chance you're going to be late for work or your classes. The location is convenient and it is clean.

The worst cold drinks ever, they should learn how to blend the drinks properly. Except one or two employees all the rests lack proper training.

Fast service with 2 or 3 counters during peak hours. Most items are of similar quality as any other Tim Hortons, but if you want good Hot Chocolate (Chaud Chocolat), then this is not the right place. It is a watered down stuff with traces of cream and cocoa. The TH on Avenue du Parc serves a better one consistently.

Worst tim Horton in Montreal. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a tea, and I had 1 person in front of me only.
How bloody complicated is it to put a pouch in a cup and pour some hot water in it?

When a Tim Hortons plays classical music to stop university students from "loitering". You have to wonder how Canadian this franchise really is.

Dirty place, do not drink any latte or any drink from here. One woman with hijab, handles cash, cleaning and then squeezes a wet towel in a small pot to clean milk Frother machine. It's a zoo and people working there dont have any customer service skill. It feels like a refugee camp

The black lady who served me really need to change her attitude. She served those francophone customers with a big smile and patience but acted incredibly unfriendly to me since I spoke English when ordering a sandwich and a coffee. Disappointed.

Come here it you need to kill a lot of time waiting for a simple order. Also, if you like your food cold.

I've only been twice, and unless I hear things have changed I won't be going back. You wait awhile, which wouldnt be a problem if you would actually get service once you get to the cash. You're lucky if they even have what you want to order. I watched someone remake my small icecap twice, and when they finally didn't overfill it, the blended it to the point where it was basically just liquid. I waiting ten minutes after order. For an icecap. It has too much syrup in it too, so I just threw it out.

While I was waiting the person on the other cash came over and told the woman serving me (who I assume was the manager) "don't even put me on cash two again I hate it". It was just icing on the cake.

It just hasn't been a good experience anytime I have gone there. I feel for them because they are such a high volume store. But something has to give.

Absolutely the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, but I won't be going back. The service is incredibly slow, regardless of how busy they are, the employees are very rude and obviously don't want to be there, and I have never gotten a correct order. It honestly seems like the employees have never received any training to begin with. They don't know the names for the items, they don't know how to make the food or drinks, and they are disrespectful to customers. Either provide better training for your staff, give them more support, or hire better people. I've had to throw out half the things I buy there which feels like a waste of money.

Service rapide compte tenu des longues files, espace relativement propre compte tenu de l'achalandage. Personnel plaisant, bilingue. Personellement, très satisfaite.

They were supposed to have a special as listed in commercials and on the store menu but they did not. Also their "cafe mocha" is very watery.

Ordered an ice coffee and they automatically put cream and sugar in it. I enjoy mine black and had to throw it out

As a foreign, this coffee shop is very enjoyable, the food is great and the beverages are something else, my favorite is the iced coffee. Sometimes the names can be confusing, one time I order a butter tart, that was the name in the label, but the cashiers didn't understand what I was saying, because it was named pecan tart according to them. It was weird.

Delicious coffee. Tempting pastries. Varied menu. And its not even that heavy on the wallet if you try everything!

Worst Tim Hortons in Canada for customer service. Under staffed and always a mess. Wait times are Ridiculous

Un Tim très bien localisé et j'ai bien aimé regarder les gens marché sur la rue Sherbrooke. Que les dames sont jolie à Montréal! Un petit café et un sandwich et j'étais partis en 15 minutes. Le service bilingue est rapide et la nourriture est bien apprêter.

The bagels were cold and so old it was unbelievable. Like a piece of dry wood. Also they served me in english, it's like come on.

Most popular 24-hr cafe-chain in Canada. Can be found at every corner. The hot chocolate and the iced cappuccino are my favourites. Their breakfast and snacks menu are also good. The classic bagel / doughnut is a good choice. The smoothies are not that great, though.

Après avoir fais la ligne, je me dirige vers la caisse, qui s’est libérée tout en respectant l’ordre, l’employée me signale que je dois attendre la caisse juste devant ma ligne et demande à une cliente de passer, cette dernière lui informe qu’elle veut me laisser passer. Mais désormais, l’employée insiste sur sa décision arbitraire!
Service très nul

Depuis ce mercredi une hausse de 0.05¢ est en vigueur, alors que le prix du café en général diminue en épicerie. Alors attendez-vous à payé votre moyen café 2$ avec les taxes.
Pour ma part, je boycott la franchise Tim Horton's!

C'est la deuxième fois que nous je pars dans ce tim hortons nouvellement refait, cadre magnifique alliant le moderne et l'ancien. Service très agréable et cuisine de produit parfaite.mon beignet était bon autant au goût qu'à la vue.  Le personnel est charmant, souriant et attentif À la commande, car je ne suis pas une cliente facile et ma commande est toujours compliquée. Le plus important est que mon café était bon d'ailleurs fait par le gérant lui même avec précaution et attention ;un vrai café artisanal. Bref, un 5 étoile pour ce Tim hortons et son gérant
