Tim Hortons

L'endroit est correct. Le personnel est gentil et courtois, mais ne dites pas que le café n'est pas a votre goût. J'y suis allé deux fois et les deux fois le café glacé goûtait l'eau et n'était pas bon. Le services a l'auto semble très occupé, mais si vous passez à l'intérieur, cela va très rapide.

The lady taking my order was super rude. I asked if she could make my ice capuccino "light" and she said it can't be done when it's actually a menu item.

There was a hole in the bottom of the bag that had my apple fritters in it. Made them a bit hard at the bottom. Also had some of it drop in the car.

Dernière sont masque et de son plexiglas.me demande de maitre mon masque sur mon nez.allo.je crache pas du nez nie parle avec celui-ci. Vous commencer à être harcelents et ils ya assez de police et membre du gouvernement pour ça.

Café froid par trois reprise il as été refait. A froid. Des employés incroyable et courtois. Mais on entend des choses. Attention au boss prenez le temps de parler a vos employer.

Very clean place, lots of parking space and staff are very friendly, i give it 4stars because of the drive-thru, sometimes its very slow and there's a mess with cars coming from 2 different directions, but overall good ‍️

Le 31 octobre service aux volant très lent quelqu un est rester 8 min a micro et il y avait pas d auto en avant de lui

Bien pratique car collé sur l'autoroute 20. Service à l'auto assez rapide. Produits frais. Employés chaleureux.

If I could give this zero Stars I would staff is rude place is dirty coffee stinks I could go on and on avoid like the plague

Comment pouvez vous avoir un si grand menu et ne pas être capable d'offrir le minimum? Vous avez jamais de beignes encore moins frais.c'est juste épouvantable et pourris.

À chaque semaine il manque quelque chose.pas de patates, pas de saucisse, pas de croissants.comment est-ce possible?
Hier matin, il n'y avait pas d’œufs.là c'est trop. En plus, ils nous avisent une fois rendu au moment de payer? Terminé pour moi cet endroit.

It was empty, can’t sit or go to bathroom cause corona. Staff was very nice and friendly. Also please get the cool whip for Oreo icecap?

Best Tim Hortons location I go to. Staff is great and orders are always what is expected, compared to some others.

Samedi 7 mars 9 h 30 pm Je commande 6 beigne boston chocolat et arrivé chez moi à Lachine je constate que c'est des beignes seulement au chocolat avec le trou en plein milieu. En plus de ne pas avoir de beigne au fraises un samedi soir.
On ne m'a même pas offert la facture.

Good location, decent staff. Sadly that summarizes it, the store is adequate. Basically your typical Tim's location.

Le café est devenu de l'eau chaude avec du lait. Bientôt les beignets et bagels n'auront pas de trous car devenus trop petits. Dommage. Ça tue la poule aux oeufs d'or.

I hope the staff are well paid. Morning, afternoon, night employees all provide fantastic customer service without delays or errors.

Late at nights are worse customer service, no respect for the cue lines. Soups are not available during the late nights.

Went through drive through. The staff were more anglo but they all spoke french to me. Which was cute, but I think non anglo people would really appreciate. Everyone was really polite. This was probably by far the more efficient and quick timmies drive through I've been. I mean, it's just another timmies, but this specific branch really impressed me! Good job!

J'y suis aller ce matin, tous les employés avaient l'air très content d'y travailler, j'ai reçu ma commande chaude et sans erreur en moins de 1 minute! Bravo et merci a l'équipe

Very slow to be served, even when we were at the front of the line. The roof was leaking in several locations causing me to move spots. Several tables were discusting and covered in crumbs. There were many flies around and i decided not to buy timbits after spotting flies in the display itself.

Always a great place to stop for a quick bite.

Nothing fancy, lots of seating. Service is generally pretty fast. Service is good.

Food is always hot as is the coffee.

Lots of parking including wheelchair. Wheelchair accessable.

Drive though.

Can be busy at times and traffic can make getting into the parking structure a bit of a headache.

Tres bon restaurant! Café chaud (au lieu de tiède comme les autres) personnel à la caisse accueuillant et gentil. Très bons choix dont les nouveautés (que d'autres n'ont jamais) je siis content d'être déménagé dans ce coin

Clean but weird staff.
Update: august 4th 2019. Came to order. Cashier was face blunt like a zombie. She was under training and didnt know much what to do. No smile. No welcome. No thank you. Poor customer service. Also, one other rep made my medium coffe. Then, didnt told her other staff that it was done.therefore, the other staff did another coffe.and everyone looked at me like I was to blame. Poor poor poor. No communication bewteen employee. No smiling. Just like walmart. Trash service as usual. Removing 1 star.

C'est le meilleur Tim que je suis allé efficace service autant intérieur qu'à l'auto le personnel est super gentil je recommande fortement et ils parlent aussi français
