By far the slowest Tim’s I’ve ever been to. It took 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a bagel with hardly anyone there. Bagel was barely toasted (cold) oh and it had a hair on it, lovely. They also charged me for something they had none left of. Never going back.

The view over the river was nice. The coffee was not hot. With respect to the crispy chicken sandwich, the bunn was a bit dry and the crust was a bit soft, the chicken nuggets were a bit dry, and not especially crispy. The whole thing was a bit dry, since they didn't put much dressing in there. The lettuce leaves were fine.
The young girls serving seemed a bit confused. No smiles to me.
All in all the worst fast food experience, I have had in years. Not recommended. Try the Burger King down the road - it cannot be any worse.

Service is so slow like snail, we travelled so far just for French vanilla and donut, they took forever to take order, huge queue and they don’t understand in French or English, I don’t understand y can’t they change staff or increase, customer satisfaction should be top priority.

Ce n’est pas la première ni deuxième ni troisième peut-être 5-6 fois. Les bagel faut les envelopper sous un linge minimum 4x sur cinq les bagel sont encore plus dure que du béton armé même si tu en demande un autre son toute aussi sec. Le prochain coup je le garoche dans vitre à va cassé ça va vous donner une idée. Celui de Richelieu 112 impeccable, celui à côté de la 10. Pas bon. Lent, faite le détour sa vaut la peine

Sa serait tu possible d etre plus lent encore! Sa prend just 45min passe dans criss de drive!

We asked for ice capp milk they gave us with cream… and the chai tea they gave was super cold.the girl who was taking order didn’t listen to us.asked for 2 trios only gave 1… not even listening to us when we complain.we just came out.feel like we just gave money for 0 food… not recommend this time to anyone…

Les Tim ne sont plus ce qu'ils étaient. Service au volant extrêmement lent. Perdu prêt de 30 minutes un samedi 13h (8 autos!).
Aussi, plus de wrap saucisse après 11h, mais bacon oui? N'importe quoi.
