Tim Hortons

Mauvais service surtout le matin. Le gars qui prend les commandes est extrêmement impoli. Je ne retourne plus à ce tim. (autoroute 440)

Ils n’arrivent jamais à faire les commandes correctement (timatin œuf et saucisse, tomate laitue, sans œuf ni saucisse… c’est logique?) et ils sont très impolis et impatients. Répéter 15x « c’est tout » ça ne donne pas envie de commander à cet endroit.
Bref, très décevant.

En a même pas commander la madame nous dit d’aller à côté elle nous dit vous êtes pas patient dans la cuisine sa dit tabarnak le service et nul

I'm not the type to leave BAD reviews but this time something really got me!
August 7 around 1 30 an employ around 20 years old and long braids yawned in my face! He was also leaning on the counter like it was at the bar when I was ordering. Me and my wife we were in shock! I'm in food business too and as a manager i would never hiring somebody rude AND lazy like that.on top of that after i repeat 3 times my order (BECAUSE HE WASN'T LISTENING) there was a mistake with my food after i got charge. Not even an apologies he didn't even look me on the face and i was about to ask for a refund and leave! I call 3 times to speak to the manager but the line was busy! How can you work with people if you don't know how to behave? AND HOW CAN YOU EAT in front of clients And not even wash your hands? I hope the boss is gonna say something or watch the cameras because if he catch somebody with a bad day is gonna tell him off.
SOME PEOPLE SHOULD BE TRAIN PROPERLY And LEARN HOW TO LIVE IN THE WORLD! 5 PEOPLE LAUGHING AND CHILLING AND THE TABLES WERE DISGUSTING! Poor generation! IM NEVER GONNA CAME BACK

Walked in to see the employee sitting on the counter by the coffee station. As we were walking out with our food, employee sat back down on the counter where they serve the food and handle the cash register. To add to our experience, we saw another employee spitting paper balls out of a straw. Very unprofessional and ended up loosing my appetite.

Refused to speak English and got upset when I couldn’t explain my order. And told me to leave Quebec

Closed when advertised as open, doors locked and no acknowledgement of paying customers waiting outside to try and get in.

Ridicule attendre 20 minute pour un café a 5h le matin vraiment le pire service que j'ai vue a un Tim Horton changer votre staff ça fait dure votre affaire

Très moyen comme la plupart des tim hortons, propreté laisse à désirer, toilette qui pue, porte automatique souvent désactivées, tables rarement nettoyées.

Je suis intéressé par le café et la ambiance de Tim horton.cet memme une avitude de allé prendre un café chez Tin la ambiance et le service et très intime et familiale

Souvent long, j’ai demander 8 fois 1 sucre dans mon latté à la vanille. Je le reçois pas de sucre et non seulement il n’est même pas à la vanille. Décevant. Mon café est degeulasse

Probablement le pire service à l’auto au Québec. Surtout le vendredi soir vers 19: 00. Pas de voiture devant, prends un éternité pour 1 café. Souvent la
Commande n’est même pas bonne mais vraiment la crème… c’est quand tu arrives pour payer. L’employé est sur son cellulaire, te fait attendre pour payer et quand il finit par te regarder c’est comme si tu le dérangeais.
À éviter!

Tout simplement degeûlasse, service de, soupe poulet et nouille trop cuite et veut me charger pour mettre le poulet dedans comme les autres Tim. J’aimais bien ce tim et la c’est le pire que j’ai pu visiter

Used to like the franchise but it seems that the service quality and the wait time get worse every day.hopefully, Timmy will be back to what it used to be one day. For now, i will go to Mcdonald for my americano fix.

Poor and week service resto was quiet garbage overflowing tables dirty and a staff of 5 only 1 employee working hard to clean behind the counter while the others standing around doing nothing asked for salt and was redirected to cash and never received becuase staff was to busy chatting also restrooms were very dirty will never recomend this location

Jai eu un super service par une employer souriante polie et bonne qualite des aliments je retournerai a cet endroit

Parfois le service est bon, parfois non. Parfois on peut être seul comme client et tout de même attendre assez longtemps rien que pour un café, mais ça arrive rarement. Sinon, j’ai remarqué que, surtout en été/automne, il y a souvent des mouches ou des insectes à fruits dans leur présentoirs à beignes!

15 minutes avant de parler à quelqu'un pour la commande à l'auto, puis 10 minutes se faire servir. Avec d'autres autos en avant et en arrière de moi. Ils offrent des salaires trop bas donc les clients reçoivent du mauvais service.

Pour prendre un café et un beigne pour relaxer c'est un bon endroit avant de reprendre la routw
