Tim Hortons

This is one of the nicer Tim Hortons. Although it's chain they're not always clean with polite employees. This is a nice clean place. The employees work well together and efficiently. I recommend this place.

Worst Tims in the city. Bathroom and restaurant in general very dirty (bathroom out of service half the time.very convenient after a large cup of coffee) they're always changing employees there's a completely new "team" every month it seems & they often surprise close early & ask you to take your food/coffee and leave 5 minutes after ordering.

Le gros problème avec ce tim hortons est qu’on vous sert seulement en Anglais la plupart du temps. Le café est bon. Les déjeuners sont correct. Chaque matin je commande en français et je me fais répondre en anglais quand clairement les employés comprennent le français. Bref déjeuner beau bon pas cher mais ce n’est pas a cet endroit le le français va survivre.

Quand même bien pour le service,
Le 3 étoile est du au toilettes était un peu mal propre en arrivant vers 7h le matin, pas de savon pour se laver, rien pour essuyer les mains et le séchoir a main était disfonctionnel

Je suis passée le soir a 22hrs et le restaurant était fermé. Les lumières étaient éteintes de même que l'affichage. Je pense qu'il serait important de mettre à jour vos heures d'ouverture. Très décevant pour les travailleurs de nuit.

Order was placed through the drive thru and was messed up twice when we were at the window. After the 3rd attempt we finally got what we thought was our order only to find out when we arrived home that we were missing the meat in our sandwiches.
I tried calling the store but no one picks up.

This Tim Hortons is always close and they never server anything good and the stuff is dirty and bad.

Like how employees don’t speak french or proper english? Rudest customer service. I asked for someone i could understand to place an order and could understand french or english the girl said why don’t learn punjabi…. Like really?

The worst tim Hortons that I’ve been to its service is too slow and The employees are dirty. I ordered something and that took me more then 10 minutes to get it second the worker give me my order with hair on it which was dsgusting i will never come back here again not even once

Plus de 15 clients en ligne seulement une caisse. Plusieurs personnes quitte sans commander. C'est toujours comme ça

Very understaffed store, service was very slow for just a coffee, waited ten minutes in line with just one customer in front of me, then I walked out to catch my bus.managed very badly.it's not the staffs fault but there should be changes made, I went back today may 18 and service was better at lunchtime.updated July 21, went for breakfast, service was quick much better than 2 times ago.updated may 20 / 23 went to get coffee and a snack, but only after leaving with my bag they still mixed up my order!

Thank you for dropping a stale hash brown piece in my coffee, now I am permanently traumatized

Excellent service and quality.

Update: today is extremely slow. All staff focused on drive thru. I waited in line for 15mins for two customers to be serviced. I abandoned my line.

Malgrer que il ont fait une erreur dans ma commande le services etais plutôt rapide malgrer la periode d'achalandage, a ameliorer

I went for a coffee, it was 5: 30 am and the door was locked, and the staff was inside, i was waiting for 20 min and I left. Unbelievable

Rudest customer service ever!
A girl who was taking order at 9: 30 p.m on Thursday the 13th was very rude. Didn’t even let me order and just slammed the (drive through) window while I talking to her.

Its decent but not the best, Tim hortons has fallen down alot since they got purchased by Burger King, the quality went downhill

Edit: just went today and took 45 minutes to get my online order, on top of them not having 2 of the items I ordered, honestly not going back to this one ever again, the other tim hortons give a much better service

Je suis allez au drive hier a 00h30 (il est ouvert toute la nuit)
Quand j'ai voulu commender la personne m'a dit qu'il ne font plus de nourriture à cette heure ci.
Je trouve ça bizarre pour un fast food 24/24.
