(Drive through) Ordered 3 iced Capp and he gave 2 instead and also didn’t give the bill but doing the math it seemed he just charged me for 2…then he gave me the iced capp to grab it from the bottom when i reached home and grabbed from the top everything just dropped on me and in the car cz dude didnt close the lid properly! I’ve have plenty bad encounters with this place.lazy workers always eating while serving they also drink from the cup and serve the cup back to customers (I’ve had my iced capp taste like blueberry syrup probably didnt wash properly after they drinked something from the cup) DISGUSTING

First of all why is my cup half empty, second of all they messed up my order with another vehicle wasted two people’s time, the guy who came to give us the food is lost, the lady on the mic in the drive thru is super disrespectful, she thinks it’s her daddy’s restaurant and y long on the intercom. What the hell is going on here

The table wasn’t clean but the attention of the cashier was the best, she’s very lovely and she really made me feel good, the best attention that I ever had at Tim Hortons:) Monday 4: 30 pm

WOW! This is a very dirty Tim's. Not sure if they even clean this place. In fact, it's straight up nasty! Just clean your store - EVERYWHERE!

I always do drive-through early morning and consistently got bad service. Not only irritatingly slow but lacking in manners when taking orders. Often times, they didn't have what I usually take.
Was even once told the cook arrived late. Forgivable once but when the service is consistently bad. I now go out of my way to get my coffee allong my commute.

Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever encountered. This place looks a scene from a zombie apocalypse movie. Never clean, garbage everywhere, terrible service. The roof has also leaked for 8 months. AVOID.

I went there in the morning, I ordered 2 coffee and it was disgusting and 1 moka it had weird oil in it. I’m never going there ever

J'ai passé une commande depuis 20h50, on me dit que la commande a été récupéré. 30 minutes plus tard, on m'indique que la commande devrait être la dans 5 minutes, puis après plus rien! 2 possibilités le livreur l'a volé ou cette succursale contient des escrocs! Vraiment pas normal!

Les salles de bains ne sont pas propres! Je crois que cela fait plusieurs jours qu’elles n’ont pas été nettoyées!

Very slow service even with 7 ppl working, food was good though. The bathrooms were horrendous.dirty and no toilet paper. The dining room was also not very clean. I was grossed out. Please clean the toilets.

Went to get coffee and decided to go to the ladies bathroom and what a SURPRISE, no toilet paper on 2 of 3 stools, and the whole bathroom looked like a dump very dirty. And guess what? NO SOAP. My friend went to the men’s bathroom same no toilet paper and no soap. I told the employee at the counter but she didn’t seem to care! It’s 10AM I’m very very very worried……. How do the employees wash their hands? With no soap. @health Canada this place needs to be inspected

Worst service possible. Only one employee in training serving inside, other 3-4 employees serving at drive-thru, nobody helping this new girl

Rude staff working in morning. They have no manners to talk with customers… they always busy talking with each other. Night staff is very good.

Je n'avais pas l'option -5 étoiles. Tout était minable. Mon poulet pour le wrap était pratiquement cru! Les employés ne savaient pas trop trop sur quel pied danser. On aurait dit qu'ils ont les deux pieds dans la même bottine. Seulement un employé sur tous les autres savait parler en français. Vraiment une succursale minable, c'était la première fois ET LA dernière fois que je visite ce Tim.

Been there so many times but never had bad experience but today the lady who’s is talking orders is very rude. Her attitude was very bad.

The drive thru girls are too busy talking between them to take an order properly AND THEY HAVW ATTITUDE

Slowest Tim Hortons service I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many across Canada.

Disappointing really.

I work at night, me and my friends usually grab a coffee at night and this place is perfect spot to grab a coffee. Associates working overnight are very friendly and deliver good service.

Si je pourrais mettre zéro je le ferais! A chaque fois que j'y vais et j'y vais plus presque car il y a toujours quelques choses.
1: Incapable de me faire servir en Français et ce a plusieurs reprise.faut je switch a anglais si ils comprennent pas.
2: Manque souvent un ingrédient dans les tim matin et/ou quelques choses dans commande.
3: l'endroit est mal propre.plancher crotté, table sale, les vitres a la commande auto était tellement sale ce matin que j'en était presque gêner pour eux, toilette dégueulasse donc imaginé la cuisine.

The place is understaffed and have long lines to wait, which is of course not the employees fault. But I bought 3 refreshers today and when I finished one of them, I found a hair at the bottom (for sure not mine because I opened the lid only when I finished it and my hair is red) Don't think I will ever be back at least in that branch.

Disgusting service doesn't offer the change never offer the bills.

Just take vacation from work before going to drive thru slowest drive thru i have ever seen

Il est difficile de croire que la chaîne Tim Hortons laisse ce restaurant ouvert. Lieu insalubre et tres sale. Encore pire, le restaurant est en ruine! Les bancs tous déchirés, le plafond coule. Au lieu de réparer le plafond, ils ont juste condamné les tables autour. Le restaurant est complètement à l'abandon. Oublier de vous faire servir en français. On fera semblant de ne rien comprendre.

On aimerait avoir le service en français! Et un petit "Bonjour", "Merci", "Bonne journée", ce serait apprécié!

I love Tim Hortons, but everything has been broken inside for months. Poor attention to the place and security of the clients (see the image).

Mauvaise service dans ce Tim. Les tables sont sales. Les caissiers ne sont pas accueillants. C’est long à commandé un café

La femme qui veut me faire payer ne parle pas français. J'attends que l'autre vient. Au moment de payer avec celle qui parle anglais je veux la confirmation que le rabais a été fait. Elle est parti sans rien me dire l'autre vient encore et me demande c'est quoi le problème. Je pense que l'autre n'était npas contente. C'est le monde à l'envers. Ben voyons! Et pour finir une fois parti je ne rend compte que ce n'était pas le bon beigne. Je voulais un chocolat glacé et non un glacé au chocolat. Oui on veut un service rapide mais un bon service il faut être logique. J'étais au service au volant et pour aller vite il aurait fallu que j'entre à l'intérieur pour changer mon beigne que j'ai mangé à moitié et je devais partir. Donc ca m'étonnerait que je revienne.
