I went through the drive thru today with my elderly mother in law, she was having a hard time understanding the lady on the intercom. And the girl just shouted at her. It was pretty outrageous. Proceeded to the window to get our order and when I got home realized I didn’t even get my crispy chicken in my crispy chicken bowl. Not the first time I didn’t receive the correct order… disappointing

Passed by early sunday when putting the coffee in my cupholder the lid came off and spilled everywhere in the car someone rolled up the rim and therefore the lid wouldn't closed not funny.

Hit or miss. Lack of staff makes wait times much longer. Service has been better lately
