I'm so sorry to say it but the day I came to visit the place there was a person with a terrible smell a urine it was that bad that every one was trying to be as far as we could.

Le lieu est propre, par contre le service a la clientèle commence a être mauvais, les personnes qui travaillent, ne semblent pas bien comprendre ce qui on commande, bcp de temps pour la recevoir la nourriture, il a fallu la changer, car ils se sont trompé de wrap.alors bcp plus de temps pour recevoir le produit, bcp de personnes avec de tâches qui ne sont pas claires, se promènent d'un cote l'autre avec l'air confus. J'étais surprise, car le wraps est devenu petit, et ordinaire, très decevant comme visite.

Go to literally any of the other two Tim's in Châteauguay, or even the one in kahnwake instead. This one used to be great, but it's an absolute mess now and they aren't improving. I've given them a few tries hoping that it was just a hard few weeks, but it takes 30-45 minutes to get my food for the last few months, and the food is normally wrong or made badly (so much egg shell!). I hope they're able to get it together soon, I know staffing is hard, but this place is deplorable now!

Nourriture est excellente au goût. Prix acceptable. Le manque d'employés se reflète à tout les Tim Hortons. Le temps d'attente varie de 10 à 30 minutes.

À mon avis, le meilleur TimHortons du Châteauguay. Toujours en service, même pendant les black-outs!
Toilettes et tables toujours propres, belle marchandise, travailleurs qui font leur meilleur. Je le recommande.

Best Location in Chateauguay. Friendly service, products always fresh always full, Staff ALWAYS get the order right, and go out of their way to Get it right. A+ all around

Worst tim hortons I've ever been to, disrespectful and rude.
I've consistently gone to this location requesting decaf coffee for my mother, who has difficulty with regular coffee and each time they give regular coffee.
This last attempt, when confronted, they laughed to my face.
Afternoon crew is garbage.

Un peu petit où il y a les tables car moi en fauteuil roulant j'ai besoin d'un peu plus d'espace (35 pouces de large)

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and the short, blonde manager refused to make it even after I confirmed it went to that store address and gave her the order number. Won’t be going here again.

The worst Tim Hortins ever… that should be enough. Never have a visited this location and they got my food right. Always missing items, no cutlery or just blatant wrong orders. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
