Tim Hortons

Disgusting tim hortons ever I found. People can get more item if they go to gas stations. No twist bread left, no jalapeño pastry left, only 3 pieces of bagels left to set our choice. Dining chairs leather was ripped. Last time for us.

It's probably the worst Tim Hortons i have visited in Canada. Visited on 4th September, which was a public holiday, but waited for 30 minutes in the que to place the order. No jokes or exaggeration. The order was placed, and 15 minutes later, they said half of item's are not even available, and the worst of it all No Refund given for the items they didn't had

Le service est excellent parcontre j'aimerais que la nourriture soit plus de qualité.

Big fail with the microscopic parking space for such a busy area. Long wait inside to get a coffee. I came with my travel trailer, I had to park further along the side of the street, then walk to the store and wait 13 min to finally get a small coffee. One person only taking orders at noon, weekday summer.

Le service est bon la nourriture est bonne mes ses très long surtout la fds du au touriste

It was the typical Tim Hortons quality but the service was incredibly slow compared to most Tim Hortons.

Really busy place during the breakfast and lunch but really quick and great service. Staff were nice enough to cater to my mom french speaking which was nice.

Juste prix un cappuccino glacé, un peu liquide, service moyennement rapide à l'intérieur car beaucoup de monde aux commandes à l'auto, grand stationnement et plusieurs places à l'intérieur

Well, I don't usually eat at this place. But there was nothing else open in this. The village had a hard time finding something open.

Stopped on the way to job at a construction site on friday monrning. Took for ever to have 3 sandwiches like no joke almost 30 min from in to out with food? Always thought tim hortons was a "fast food" place

Sa prend 45 minute a passer 5 personne. Il y a 20 personne dans la file et la caissière prends le plus de temps possible pour perdre du temps. Les autres employés à la place d’ouvrier une caisse, ils parlent au téléphone en cuisinant.

C'est un bon tim horton qui roule bien! Commande à l'auto couvent achalandée par contre!

I am not usually a huge Tim Hortons fan but while visiting St-Jovite, I couldn’t resist visiting the place that gave me my first job 33 years ago. The place was very busy but employees were efficient. The cashier was incredibly serviable & efficient. This location had all my favorites and the freshness of the donuts are incomparable to what we have in the city. Peter & Ann, I was so happy to hear you own both locations and business seems to be booming. As a business owner myself, I can now understand the hard work and sacrifice you put in. Working for you taught me the value of hard work, impeccable customer service and production work.

It was a pretty good experience, its a nice small time hortons. For once a tim hortons that actually has pastry. The service was good. The only reason why i am not putting 4 stars is because i saw them serving expired coffee to the drive truh.

Quand ca va bien, ca va bien. Certains jours on attend 1h et d’autre seulement 10 min. Le staff toujours heureux de nous servir est un plus. Je recommande de faire préparer votre commande sur l’application tim si la ligne du service au volant est trop longue. Le staff de soir/nuit est sur la coche

Les autres Tim’s du Québec devraient prendre exemple sur vos quantités… merci d’être honnête… Quand on achète un grand format sans glace, on s’attend à avoir un verre plein! MERCI!

Service très nulle assiette très moyenne à comparer les autres tim elle était presque vide et mal organisé et les boissons n’étais pas les bonnes quand on leurs a dis ils ont répondu que cétais impossible
