Août 2023, je commande un tit matin avec sirop. On me répond EN ANGLAIS! Une autre employée s'approche pour me servir en français, mais son français est tellement mauvais que j'ai du mal à comprendre ce qu'elle me dit! Au moment de prendre la commande, on m'interpelle encore EN ANGLAIS! Je demande: 'en français svp! '', j'entends un profond soupir d'une autre cliente derrière moi que j'interprète comme de l'exaspération à demander d'être servie en français! Tous les employés-es me semblent des non québécois de souche, je ne suis pas du tout contre les immigrants, mais je demande qu'ils apprennent le français comme la Loi de la langue française au Québec l'exige! Et en plus, on n'a pas du tout réchauffer mon plat: un oeuf froid, après avoir reçu une douche froid de langue anglaise!

Disappointed. Although I understand this branch of TH is constantly busy and moving, it’s not an excuse for badly made coffees. I keep giving them chances but I’m not sure why they never seem to know how to make a good coffee. The staff is always smiley and nice, but it’s upsetting because I’ve had exquisite coffees at other THs, but I don’t know why it’s never good here. Coffee is always watered down, doesn’t even taste like there’s coffee in there, I always have to add an extra shot of espresso just to make sure what I’m drinking even tastes like coffee. I hope to see some changes soon! Thank you for your services.

I am waiting in lineup for 15 minutes, then they said to me, the coffee machine in not working / broken! Waste of time.
At least a sign to say so.

I ordered large hot peppermint tea and I get to drink my tea, I burned my lips and my hand because the crew who served me over filled the cup! INSANE!

Meilleur Tim Hortons de Montréal. T as même pas encore fini de parler que ta commande est déjà prête. Par contre va falloir travailler sur le français on est au Québec.

The cashier was paying attention to talking with her colleagues in another language than the customers in the line. Is not the first time.and I am sure is not the last time.
