Tim Hortons

L’employé qui porte tjrs un masque a tellement travaillé au Tim il pense que ça lui appartient avec son attitude arrogante. Change d’attitude on vient acheter du café toi on t’aurait même pas dit bonjour dans la rue.

Edit: la qualité a baissé, ils servent des produits qui datent de la veille

Very bad customer service. I asked for a medium coffee. The cup was half empty! The person on the counter was very rude I was ordering and she said bye! I wasn't done. I don't understand there was no rush nor other people waiting behind me. I spent money on a size I didn't get clearly and the coffee was cold too.

J aime le tin van horne parce que moderne, agréable, mais il faut mettre personnel avec français et anglais, comme le tim de Jean talon, en face du marché jean talon, full bilingue, you don't thinks so

This place is always a mess, if you are on a rush go to the other one down on côte des neiges. The service is so slow and bad.

Very small Tim hortons, few tables, and very busy, not very good for long work sessions, ideal for quick bite or grab and go.

I eat the habanero chicken bowl every day for lunch. I decided to try out this new tim hortons location.

This was more than half the portion I would get from any other Tim’s. What an absolute disgrace of a bowl. I asked the kitchen gentleman for an extra scoop of rice and he gave me attitude and told me to get a refund.

Terrible service.

Food and drinks are okay in this store. Only complaint is the staff. I come in the morning a few times maybe a month ago. 2 female staff were there. They were unpleasant, did not smile, say hi nor you're welcome when I said thank you. They just blankly stared at me. As a customer, these staff weren't giving a welcoming vibe so I am not going back to this store.

My husband accidentally dropped his 4 cold orders, was not even offered a free replacement but instead was harshy told without even my husband asking for free replacement was actually told “ because you dropped it and it was not their fault althou’ it’s inside the restaurant we can’t replace it for free. Very poor service from the young indian lady.
