Tim Hortons

Super, les employés sont très gentil et respectueux. Pleins de diversité dans mes timbits. Mon points favoris, le beaux employés avec des chevaux curly. J’aurais aimer get son snap.

Nous sommes toujours bien servis et il y a rarement des erreurs pour les commandes que nous avons reçu. Petite remarque à "remy" super professionnel et sympathique! À comparé d'autres tim hortons, celui-ci est bien.

Toujours un bon service oui des fois c'est long mais cest la fin de semaine

Généralement très bien. Par contre, il arrive souvent que le café soit moins frais (je pense). Il goûte parfois le brûlé, alors que je passe au dîner quand il y a du monde. C'est du café, c'est pas la fin du monde et il est généralement bon.

There was a huge line at the drive thru so I went inside to order. It took so long to serve the group of 4 girls who were there before me because they didn’t speak french and the cashier was struggling to identify what they were trying to order. I ended up helping them translate so it’ll go faster. Once it was my turn to order, it was clear that the cashier was new and kept having to call someone to help them at the cash… there should be someone shadowing a new employee at the cash especially when they keep calling for help!

Le matin. La team es super. Très efficace et souriant. Malgré ce soir, comme plusieurs autre soir. Le magasin es fermé avant l'heure. Décide d'aller voir un second tim, le plus près au 400 Rue de Strasbourg. Aussi fermé. Mon cher tim hortons. Descend de plus en plus de mon estime. De loin les meilleurs du quartier en soirée.

La nourriture n’est pas fraîche surtout la laitue, elle est toujour blanche. Il n’y a jamais la soupe au brocoli c’est frustrant aussi l’horaire n’est pas le bon il change en permanence même si ils ont quand même assez d’employés.

Le service depuis une semaine est terrible. Une erreur par commande sans exception et l'attente est rendu interminable. J'irai maintenant proche du travail. J'aimais ce Tim avant.

Every time we go to Tim hortons in la prairie, they either forget my hash brown and tell me i didn’t order one when it was written on the screen, or they have a bad attitude towards their customers. I’m never eating at that tim hortons again. They’re all pathetic at having a good attitude. Hopefully they’ll realize that it’s the customer that is always right and to STAY CALM when talking to a costumer.

Régulièrement au service au volant, j'ai toujours à faire à un jeune homme extrêmement sympathique et souriant! Ça donne le smile pour la journée!

The cute boy Antoine with the glasses helped me when i was confused. He is supper nice and i would come again to get his phone number for a date. <3
