Tim Hortons

The food is really good as long as it’s freshly made. The service isn’t bad but there are some chances that they mess up your order and some of them might not be able to speak English.the atmosphere is just fine, there will usually be some men’s playing cards or some students there studying but it’s not the right place to rest in peace.

The eggs were bad but they denied changing it. It was totally green from inside but they started laughing that it is usual. May be usual for them.
Also they barely speak english. And repeated one sentence again and again.

Les œufs étaient mauvais mais ils ont nié les avoir changés. C'était totalement vert de l'intérieur mais ils ont commencé à rire que c'était habituel. Peut être habituel pour eux. De plus, ils parlent à peine anglais. Et répété une phrase encore et encore.

Workers working at this place are fast unlike the other tim hortons. Every time I got served, I got no issues with my order

Getting worse, they scan my member card and they took donate automatically, when I told them they said you on the automatic which it was lie. I use in Toronto all the time.

Everytime I went there I was left speechless because of how rude the staff is there. Especially, the supervisor. She was extremely impolite to my friends and I today and I do not appreciate that at all. I was just counting my money to make sure I give the right amount and she screamed at us to hurry up while I wasn't trying to waste her time at all. If you see a short, tan, bold lipstick wearing lady, avoid her at all costs. Heck, avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Also, the service is extremely slow.

Superbe de belle équipe parmis ce restaurant. Ambiance agréable et surtout belle atmosphère d' entraide au sein de ces derniers. Très belle expérience de la fondation biscuits sourire et très heureux d' y avoir contribué.

Do not visit this Tim Hortons. There is a towing company which is actively looking for customers moving out of parking lot and tow away their vehicle. Even if you go out of parking lot for 10-15 mins they would tow away your vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied. Making free money.

Service en français difficile. Mais service en anglais régulièrement. Service plutôt lent malgré une équipe de 4 personnes au comptoir et une caisse ouverte.

Impossible de se faire servir en français.
C est inadmissible. J ai fait une plainte à l office de la langue française.

Since it's near the Cote vertue metro station it's always crowded and a bit messy. Service and food is good.

The costumer service is bad. The cashier is very rude with every customer. She doesn’t have sense that how to talk with people.

Les sandwichs franchement pas généreux, mieux Subway pour la qualité des condiments ainsi rapport qualité prix!

The food is good.
The problem is…. 1 time out of 3 they are gonna mess up your order or forget one item.
I do come regularly in the morning to get my croissants and they always forget to grill it.
Just today I ordered a croissant and a donut …. They forgot the donut
