Please indicate that this location is closed. This is very inconvenient.
It says open, but when you get there, everything is blocked and the store is closed.

Cet endroit le plus degulace que j'ai jamais vu j'ai voulu utilisé les toilettes d'hommes les employés m'ont demandé d'aller au toilettes de femmes regarder bien la photo caca sur terre j'ai demandé de parler avec un manager m'ont dis y pas de manager avec un sang froid

Lady preparing the food was extremely rude. She called out my number, and I approached the table where they serve the food. She then proceeded to lecture me to shout yes if it's my order. Kind of ridiculous really, given that I was the only one approaching the table. Strange person and interaction

The location was kind of dirty and it took me almost 20 minutes to get my wrap. The wrap was delicious though.

Vendeuse ne dit jamais ni bonjour, ni au revoir, ni sourire.
Service tres desagreable. Il faut apprendre la politesse un peu.

J’ai demander un sandwich et le monsieur m’a simplement dit «  on n’a pas le temps d’en faire un » j’ai trouver sa assez ordinaire, il m’a dit de revenir dans 10min quand ils auront fini de faire de la vaisselle!

Stinky place, and washroom is always out of service. Check how the floor is dirty oh my god. And there’s an unpleasant worker…

Very Big Space for dinning but mostly tables are dirty. Need to keep the place clean. Dirt reviews have been around for months.

What’s the upper of having mobile orders when I still have to wait for 20 minutes after I come to pick up my food? This happened multiple times where I come 10-15 minutes after ordering and they don’t even seem to bother to complete mobile orders. The staff is incredibly rude and when I let them know about my missing food they yell and complain about how overwhelmed they are. They also bicker with one another. Today my order was made atrociously, with my wrap being stuck to the grill with no parce t paper protecting it. Disgusting.

Nous sommes allés prendre un petit déjeuner le thé et les croissants étaient corrects mais la propreté est vraiment à revoir car le sol était vraiment dégueulasse du grand matin.

Le service est abominable. Aucune salutation, pas de sourire. Mon cappuccino glacé ne goûtait rien, on dirait de l'eau coloré, mon verre coulait et collant. L'endroit n'est pas propre, à la limite insalubre. Il faut vraiment être mal pris pour rentrer là.

Just had a most terrible experience in this branch with unfriendly staff, making trouble when ordering water or sauce on the side, and on top of that made a terrifying discovery that the fire exit was blocked. Action required by management!

The place was dirty and the coffee machine was broken. We were told to wait and after 20 minutes they gave us a refund

Pour ma première expérience au Tim Horton je trouve vraiment très sale, les toilettes sont immondes.
Les poubelles débordent.
Le service est long.
Il manque sérieusement de personnel.
Prix cher pour ce que c'est.

Un Android très très sale, les toilettes son vraiment dégoûtant, en général tout est mal propre

Very tired and in need of a revamp. Croissants not fresh, weak coffee and a lot of homeless people.

Just kind of a dirty, gross location. Service is a little slow and dysfunctional.

Pretty much like any other Tim Hortons. Quick and accurate service, but cleanliness could be improved. Overall I would say it's in a top location and it means that lots of people buy their coffee there. Nothing out of the ordinary but definitely the home feel.
