Food and atmosphere was amazing. Just the person served me was slow and did not understand me.

Après avoir donné ma commande au service à l'auto l'employer ma répondu cant you speak english depuis j'ai cessé d'aller chez tim

Je demande un beigne à l'érable et on me remet un boston à l'érable.
Ça manque de concentration là!

My original review (1 star) was 6 years ago, and unfortunately this establishment has not improved. Service is inexplicably slow (10-30 minutes for a coffee at the morning drive through), the restaurant is dirty, items are regularly not available, and the grounds are consistently littered in garbage.

Tough to get a Tim Horton's wrong, but this one isn't ready for prime-time.

Just got my oder. I don’t know who hired that employee i spent 6 minutes on him. Still he gave me plane bagel with nothing and charges for everything that i ordered to put inside that.

Toujours très lent quand tu commande au comptoir, et pas de service à la clientèle. Les gens de drive thru sont beaucoup mieux.

Toujours la même gang de b.s qui monopolise la terrasse extérieure et qui fument malgré l'interdiction affiché clairement. Personne ne peut en profiter et manager en paix!

Terrible service. Waited more than 10 minutes to get a soup, had to ask for it, to get told there was no soup. Attitude from staff was below any restaurant I went to. Where is the manager? !?

This Tim is very nice! The employees seem alive, which is surprising for a fast food restaurant.

Je suis passé aujourd'hui à votre tim horton et ce faire donner un café avec une esti mouche morte dans café ça me met en tabarnak. Votre service est pitoyable.

Nourriture froid et la caissière a bcp bcp de misère à parler français ou anglais alors très difficile de se faire servir convenablement.

It's always kind of busy here. It's rare that there is no waiting time, in store and drive-through. Food is okay, they usually have all the options available.

5 people ahead of me in line, took 23 min to get a coffee.two people came back to return theirs. Cashier kept disapearing and walking in circles. Then my coffee was made wrong. Not impressed. It's going down hill.

Le pire service médiocre de Lachine. Aussi pire que le Mcdonald victoria juste en face… La nourriture toujours Vide.jamais fraîche.jamais de beigne ou de sandwich ou de viande prêtes.aujourd’hui dans la même commande les employés ont attendu que je paie ma commande pour m’aviser que le poulet croustillant n’était pas prêt et qu’il y avait fkn 10 min d’attente. Ensuite on viens m’avertir qu’il n’y a plus de patates. Non mais quel manque d’organisation et de qualité. Tim va faire faillite réellement. J’ai travaillé dans 2 Tim hortons dans la vie et jamais je n’ai offert un service aussi pitoyable!

Without fail this tim Hortons regularly disappoints. It's unfortunate because this is a small yet nice location.
There are always lots of people working yet It takes forever to get served and when you do finally get your food there is often a problem with the order. If it's not a problem with your order, it's a problem with the order of the person in front of you. It's also not uncommon to see someone return their order because it was wrong and come back upset again because the replacement order was still wrong.
There can be nobody in line in front of you and it still takes 15-20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Here are just a couple of examples from my recent visits:
- I ordered potato wedges, I got a ½ full container with soggy potato wedges and was told that was the serving
- I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the bagel had so little cream cheese you would think it's butter
- I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, they forgot the bacon. When I went back for my bacon they made me a new bagel with bacon, but almost no cream cheese.
- I ordered an iced coffee with no ice, they filled the cup ½ full and told me that was the serving if you don't take ice.
- coffee is often burnt

This location does not respect recommended serving sizes. Don't expect to receive the food you ordered based on what you saw in the photos on the menu because you will be disappointed.

I have reached out to Tim Hortons customer service multiple times and they say the same thing every time: it's a franchise and they will pass the information on to the franchisee and they will get back to you.but they never do.

Nice place. Young cashiers that need some time to get an order, which is fun to watch. Food is good.

Je ne visite jamais ce lieu où on méprise le français donc les francophones, je suis allée ds un autre commerce de ce centre d'achat.
